I ve used Bob & Fred Auto Body a handful of times over the years and I wish I left a review before now, because they are great at what they do and they do it in a Fair, Courteous, Very Professional Manner. I ve Always been very pleased with their work and over the years it s been 5 or 6 times and some of the work has been major. Thank you Bob and Fred and all that work there. Needed a new bumper after getting rear ended. Dropped it Monday was ready Wednesday. Professional, courteous, solid communication. Fair pricing too. Hope to never see a shop again but if I have to it s going to be these guys.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have gone to Bob & Fred's on multiple occasions over the years. Their work is exceptional and I have never had any issues with the work being done quickly. My most recent claim was to have been completed in 12 days and it got done in about 6 or 7. They're a great group to work with. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended body shop from the local Facebook groups. Lived up to the hype the first time I needed them - for an insurance covered repair. Time estimates were spot on, repair was done flawlessly, extensive help in getting me to understand the paperwork heavy insurance process. Hope I never have to use similar services again, but if I need to, will prefer this place over the others in the area.

Brought my daughters jeep in for repairs and they did a great job. Repair was perfect , blended the paint so it looked like it did when it was new.

They appear to be quite the scam artists. My wife got in an accident on a friday and had to have her car towed. So Bob and Fred were sent in, no big deal. Monday I call and Tuesday I sent AAA to go get my car.Tuesday morning I went in to go pay the bill. Now, I will say that I am to blame here since I just paid and didn't look at the receipt until after.But that's when I noticed some weird charges.Number of miles towed: 1.6.with first mile free. And for charges it said Each additional mile $5: Total charge $20. Umm what?Clean up $35, Clean up what? Yard $50. Yard, how so? I'm already paying $25 a day for storage!Like I said, my own fault for paying without checking receipt, but wow. Just, wow.

I m extremely happy that my first call was made to Bob and Fred s auto body shop!! Within 15 minutes (that s extremely quick) my suv was on its way to the shop. The shop is EXTREMELY professional and I felt at ease! They kept me in the loop and the end result was magnificent! They took a S out of the word stressful and made my experience sensational!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Used Bob and Fred s to repair my vehicle after it got minor damage in a parking lot. I asked a few neighbors and friends and contacted Bob and Fred s . Absolutely great work on my Subaru Forrester. Can t thank them enough for the quality work they did!!!!!!

I brought my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman to Bob and Fred after a no fault accident in January. After 15k worth of damage the result was better than I could ever have imagined. My car looks brand new and the paint job is flawless. It took a little over a month to fix, but these guys dealt with a ton of aggravation especially with ordering special parts from all over (damn BMW) and never complained. I have been going here for years and highly recommend their work!

I rarely ever bad review, but these clowns in there are the biggest incompetent butchers in all of LI, they cannot fix anything in detail, paint or do anything of quality for that matter. This is non-professional operation suitable to fix only junk cars $5k or less. They just want your money and vehicle out of there messy sweatshop as fast and slopped together as they can. Stay the F away from this joker operation, TRUST ME, your vehicle will be a total butchered up disaster visually and mechanically with endless trouble if you bring it there!!
