I have known Andy, the owner, for years we take our cars to him for oil change, breaks, inspection. Andy and his team are honest. Realiable knowelable.His secretary is lovely. I totally recommend Andy's Auto Repair.

I usually never write reviews but the way the owner was acting and talking to me, he was lucky I didn t snuff him. Go there with an engine problem in the morning on my way to work, and he tells me after I give him the keys that there s 20 people in front of me and I tell him I need to get to work and another mechanic down the street (That s honestly way better service and communication) and I couldn t wait all day for the car so I asked politely for the keys but now the car won t even start for me to drive there so I tell the guy I ll wait however long it takes now since the car won t even start and now he starts crying saying he burned his hand taking a look at my engine and that was like a small boo boo that a child would cry over, and now he won t even take me because he becomes petty. Didn t get mad or argue with the dude, I was apologizing the whole time and swallowing my pride and he still refused service. This man is fragile and his communication is terrible, barely can understand him. Don t waste your time and just go to Advance Auto Repair down the street, they even came to this dude repair shop and jumped my car so I could get to their place! Trust me it ll save you the disrespect and frustration.

After Andy moved from Westbury I tried other mechanics and let me say this none of them could compare. He's worth the ride, I'm glad I found him at his new location. His prices are very fair and he and his staff are just the nicest people.

Andy runs the best, most honest and expert auto repair shop in all Nassau County. I've come to him with several cars over the last 20 years as a regular customer when he worked out of Westbury, and then following him to his current locale in Bethpage. I've been satisfied with the work (and cost) each and every time. I won't ever go to another mechanic.

my entire family has used Andy for 15 years. We trust him so much that when he moved further away, we have stayed with him even if it might be a little inconvenient. He is very honest and knows what he is doing. I don't want him to retire. He is a tough person to replace. I saw one horrible review. That person is dead wrong.

Best auto repair place in NY. Honest, fair and the nicest sweetest guy you will ever meet !!!!! I have known Andy now for about 12 years. And would never go anywhere else to repair my cars . Even though I moved further away , and even though he moved. You will never find anyone like him . Truly one of a kind !!!!!!!!

Our family trusts Andy's. We were referred by a friend back when he was on Carman Ave in Westbury, and we followed him here to Bethpage when he moved. Andy's is the best mechanic shop we've had! They're accommodating within reason and will talk to you straight about your vehicle issues.

This place is a joke, Andy is a liar, a thief, and bad at his job. Always seem like he's to busy to deal with you, acts like he has something better to do, your a mechanic what better things could you possibly do? Never go here ever
