Kind, considerate, and timely work. Swapped into rental at location when time to drop off my vehicle for repair, and was given courtesy calls with updates on progress throughout completion. Although their parking lot seemed jam packed, it did not take long for the work to be complete! Thanks Gerber

I hit a deer and damaged the front end of my car. I chose Gerber based off of the reviews I had read. From day 1 the service was excellent and I was informed of the progress being made with the repair every step of the way.Mallorie and the team in Bergen were incredible. Every question I had was answered with no doubt and in a timely manner. With only 5000 miles on the car, it looks exactly as it did when I picked it up from the dealership. If I ever have any further auto body needs, I know where I'll be going to have the work done. Before + after photos are included in this review.

I had damage to my vehicle , I turned it in on a Monday and they called me on Thursday to let me know it was complete . My entire passenger door, it was detailed , my seat controls were set for me so when I got in my seat moved to my setting , this place is amazing!!! The went the extra steps to make it awesome !!! I damaged my vehicle and Gerber's repaired the damage. I am very pleased with the repair. My vehicle looks like new when I purchased it last year. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I would get my vehicle back. Gerbet fixed my vehicle and returned it to me in 1 week and the repair was 1000 dollars under the original estimate. I do not want any more accidents but I would highly recommend taking a vehicle to Gerber's if repairs were needed. They are number 10 plus!

I had a broken window and mechanism they fixed my window and all the mechanism in the door I give them an A plus for their courtlinessthey did a GREAT job! I recommend them highly to everyone !

I recently had damage to my Nissan Rogue and my insurance company had me go to Gerber. I dropped it off on a Monday and had notifications every step of the way. My husband picked up my vehicle a few short days later and was raving about their customer service. My Rogue was perfectly repaired and was returned to me much cleaner than when I dropped it off. They had done a mini detailing for me! Gerber made my experience of getting repair work done not so dreadful!

The staff was very attentive and helpful during our entire repair process. Especially Michelle who helped walk us through all of the insurance items. It was also very convenient to get updates via text and to be able to stop by and check on the progress since the shop is close to our house. We definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

[Updated Review] I just got my car back and the workmanship is so much better! It has a cleaner cut and everything looks like a better fit. It also functions properly as it did before.It's unfortunate that a second visit was needed, but this time the work was done right. I was recommended to Nu Look by a friend and by reading other reviews, it's a good shop to go to. The initial work done to my car was most likely a fluke, but it happens. Nu Look addressed all the minor issues and corrected every single one.I'd definitely give them another shot if it comes to it. When done correctly, their work is great. Overall I'm happy. And again, thank you to the staff for everything!---[Initial Review] So far, the staff and customer service is the only thing I can say good things about. As for my car, the workmanship looks very unprofessional.My car was recently serviced due to an insurance claim. I do understand that it takes time to get parts in and finish the service. But for a total of 18 days (even though I was told 4 days, then 9, and then two weeks...etc), I received my car back with several noticeable imperfections. I was given a call that the quality inspector was checking out my car and will be ready for pick up that same day...not sure how the inspector missed all these noticeable areas. My car was gone 18 days; I'm pretty sure keeping it an extra day or two to fix these wouldn't have been an issue.I already scheduled a second appointment this week to get everything sorted out. I'm disappointed that the job wasn't done the first time. I'm more disappointed that the body shop found the work acceptable to return back to the customer. Now I have to spend more time to get extra repairs done.I will update my review once the second round of repairs is complete. On the positive side, thank you to the customer support and staff for quickly getting me rescheduled back in.

Lovely staff! They are always great to talk to, and are well informed to give accurate quotes for collision repair and such. Prices for parts can be a little high, but I can understand that they have to get all OEM parts. On our quote of $740 in parts, if you search around online, you can drop that down to 400. But they are happy to have you bring them parts and let them do all the installation and repairs. We always take our cars there for any repairs, and they do more than just collision!

Had body work done after an unfortunate driveway mishap. Originally dropped car off at Gates location but they transported to Bergen to get the work done quicker. They had one person (Jennifer) handle my case and it was a great experience. She provided frequent updates to the claim process and work being done. She also advocated for me when the insurance tried to go cheap on a replacement part.I got my vehicle back quick and it looked amazing.

Excellent service and work. It is never a good thing when you have to bring your vehicle to a body shop, but the team at Nu Look really do a great job. From arranging for the rental car to the interior detail that they include. I have taken multiple vehicles here and have always been very satisfied.

We recently had our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500Updated with chip guard applied to rear fender wells and lower rocker panels on both sides of the truck. They also did cosmetic work to the hood . They did a FANTASTIC JOB. I want to thank Mallorie Bisig for all her knowledge and suggestions on the repairs needed. The body and paint crew did an exceptional job on our vehicle!! The turn around time was also GREAT. Thank you Nu Look

Took my car in to inquire about getting a spot on the rear quarter panel where the paint had been rubbed off. They suggested a $69 detail where they would "brush touch" the area. The painter could not get the brush touch to look up to his standards so instead sprayed and blended the area. It now looks perfect to me! Nu-Look went above and beyond! I could not be happier.
