Traded in a vehicle. Sold us a van with some broken parts. They promised to fix. Heated seat didn t get fixed till mid winter after having to hound them to do it. Gave it back to us with allThe plastic cracked out on the seat. Never received the registration for the van. Found out it was because they messed up the paper work. They re did the registration and we received it. Some how they managed to lapse the insurance in the process by changing the dates around to cover up their mistake even though iv been paying it since the van left the lot. Found out that it suspended my wife s license and we can t fix it for over a month. I didn t think it was possible to screw up that much over a vehicle sale.

We have bought a used car here before and was very happy with our experience with Ryan and prices so we just bought our second! We will definitely be back for our next used car when it's time to upgrade!

Took my truck here for rubber removal job trust me they won t disappoint in that department did have to explain to him that the truck doesn t have traction control he seemed real scared about breaking the driveshaft for some reason.

Horrible place !!! I took my 1994 Honda in to get an oil change now is going to be running 3 Honda Civics with spoon engines. And on top of that, he just went into Harry's, and he ordered 3 T66 turbos, with NOS. And a Motec exhaust . Sooo no what I wanted and my driveshaft is blown!!

Terrible service. Took my diesel in because I was having some problems with the son of a gun manifold, and a transmission output speed sensor . When i went to pick it up it drove home just fine but when i got home I came to find out that these rascals had taken out the whole gadam engine.I'm planning on taking legal action.Don't ever come to this placeI've attached an image below

I just purchased an used vehicle from them. I found my salesperson, Greg, to be honest and upfront. I had a couple of issues with the car and their mechanic AJ was knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I would definitely and euthastically recommend this business to anyone looking for an used car. Yes, many have a salvage title, but that was disclosed as was the damage that caused the car to be a salvage title. I think that myexperuemce with Bergen Sales was the most positive I ever had when buying a used vehicle!

Ryan's a great guy, we've bought two used Cruzes from him. First one lasted 7 years with no issues, and just traded it in for a newer model this year. Great cars at great prices, you won't find better than these guys.

went in for new headlights and came back to my car LS swapped with 8 turbos and they made me pay for it after they bombed my driveshaft into peices

Easy buying process bought car noticed noise in rear brought car back in three weeks later earliest they could get us in and seems to have fixed the problem the first time in good mechanics over there thanks bergen auto

Wouldn t recommend this shop at all. Went here yesterday to install a supercharger and they decided to add 4 turbo s instead. They completely ruined my car because I had my car specifically built for a supercharger. I pray for your car if you go here.

Extremely unprofessional shop, I took my turbo Miata in to get an alignment, and when I get my car back my clutch is almost completely burnt out, and I can tell they were doing burnouts in it because of all the rubber in my wheel wells. When I confronted the owner about it I was met with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. Don t take your car here, they will break it and not fix the damages that they caused. Also this shop deletes all of their bad reviews to make themselves look better.

You know the saying don't judge a book by its cover?? That goes for this place!! Don't believe these terrible reviews!!! From people that don't even live in NYS!!! when I pulled up announced, they were washing allllllllll their cars on their lots, they were loading cars up to go get fixed at their garage, BECAUSE THEY DONT DO IT THERE.. cars came back, all while I was there for 2.5hours. Ryan is amazing!! Not only did he listen to me and my needs, he went above and beyond to help me find something in my price range/mileage range/and size preference!! I have poor credit, but he still got me approved! So I'm greatful to him.... I was worried about this process, as I'm a girl and used to dealers that like to take advantage.... But he was just so calm, and likeable, that I kept forgetting I was even there to carshop! The car I chose, was towed off to go get it's fixings! I will be picking it up this week, and I'm so ecstatic!!! Thank you Bergen Auto, but most importantly, thank you to Ryan, the best car salesman I ever met in my life. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE USED, NEW-TO-YOU CAR, ID 10/10 RECOMMEND THEM!! Again, don't trust these reviews started from a TikTok challenge sway you! Go there yourself and see how awesome they truly are! Their rating should be way higher than it currently is. I will definitely buy my next one from them in a few years as well! And will be recommending them to anyone I know.

Really enjoyed my purchase. They had exactly what I wanted. Ryan was awesome and down to earth. No high pressure sale. I definitely would recommend Bergen Sales to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Absolutely horrible service work from these people. I know that a lot of these reviews are from a viral TikTok but personally my aunt had her car fixed at this place last year and the list goes on and on of complaints that my family has had. I m not the type to post reviews for family members but my aunt needs justice with her issues. I have tried to reach out to the ownership multiple times within the last year with no response. It wasn t even until I saw the TikTok video and realized others were having problems too that I decided to go this route and post this. If someone from ownership could please reach out to me I d appreciate it.

Terrible technicians, came for a simple wheel alignment and ended up leaving with a broken driveshaft, bald tires, and I have it all on camera of them mistreating my car. Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!

We got a car here for my college bound son. Had it checked out by our mechanic right after purchasing and there were some issues. Ryan arranged a loaner so my son could keep going to school without a problem and fixed everything on the vehicle. Impressed with their fair dealing and honesty!

I just bought a Chevy Trax from Bergen Sales.Greg was great with me as I had many questions. I just loved the no frills, comfortable atmosphere. Great experience and the Trax is absolutely wonderful!

Professionalism is mediocre at best. Just seen a tiktok where one of their techs test drove a customers car asked for location of traction control and proceeded to break the drive shaft. Then when customer uploaded the videos the owner proceeded to harass him. What's funny is an employee noticed the dash cam and proceeded to stop what he was doing. I live in the area and never heard anything good. Don't go here unless you have backing.

I would not recommend going here at all! Went in for new rotors and pads and ended up breaking a caliper that I had to pay for because they said that wasn't their fault! Never bring your car here ever!!!!

Although I didn't look around much here, the inventory here was vast and looked very good. Liked a car listed online, a very good deal for the price, went for a test drive and drove off with the car on the same day. Ryan is a great sales guy. Held the car for me for more than a week, to look at it in person as I was not in town. Also, took care of the state inspection before I arrived and changed a few things on the car without affecting the selling price to me. Would highly recommend.

Go ahead and keep deleting reviews, thats fine, it won t stop em from coming. You are going to personally walk your business into the ground, and I ve got a lawn chair and popcorn prepped ;)

don t believe everything you see on the internet, this is an amazing place with incredibly qualified people. The kid w the blown driveshaft is a filthy liar and known by many shops near by to lie and try to get things paid for. Wouldn t trust anyone else with my hellcat, thank u Bergan sales:)

Pretty sure my cousin sold methamphetamine to joe and probably the rest of the crew there. Also my neighbor said that when they got the car back it smelled like the guys were getting frisky with each other inside and there was an what they referred to as baby oil everywhere needless they burned the car

Great place to buy a car. My family just purchased a third car from there. Ryan is a great salesman and makes the car buy experience very relaxing. He never pressures you to purchase a car. My daughter recently bought a car that had no warranty because it was over the 100,000 mile limit. A few weeks after we bought it we found some minor issues with the car. I contacted Ryan and he had his mechanic fix every minor issue we found. Jo Jo the mechanic went above and beyond what was expected of him. Bergen Auto Sales has been a great place to work with and we will continue to purchase cars from them. Thank you Ryan and Jo Jo for everything.

Likes to do burnouts in peoples cars all because of a dare , didn t take care of the customers when they complained and continues to blame the customer for being upset and then not making it right like they promised no new tires nor driveshaft done correctly , IF YOU WANT YOUR DRIVESHAFT SNAPPED IN HALF THIS IS THE GO TO PLACE!
