These guys have taken care of complicated jobs for me over and over again. I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else, even though it's a long drive from where I live. Keep up the good work, Marc and Chris!

Audio Concepts did an outstanding job at recommending the equipment that I was looking for - new receiver and backup camera for my 2007 FJ Cruiser. Their install was fast and flawless, They even fabricated a bracket for my rear camera and ran an LED light bar wire for me. Upon delivery, they clearly explained the whole system. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Audio Concepts is highly recommended.

I learned of The Sound Concept through a friend and had a CarPlay headhunt and subwoofer installed in my Jeep Wrangler. Marc and crew are friendly and did great work. So good in fact I brought my wife's Subaru in for a CarPlay head unit and speakers. And when the radio kept shorting out, Marc fixed it.

These guys were great in recommending a super radio for my FJ Cruiser, as well as a backup camera. They did a very professional and fast install, fabricated a bracket for my backup camera and explained the whole thing. I am extremely happy with my new system. I would highly recommend Audio Concepts. Highly knowledgeable and professional people.

Absolutely the best! No muss no fuss. Installed and knew exactly how with complicated wiring on an older vehicle. Very kind and knowledgeable people. Oh and far better priced than Best Buy

I ve been going to Sound Concept for almost 40 years. I drove from North Carolina to New York so they could install my stereo.Marc and his professional team are knowledgeable and experienced and will help and guide you with all your stereo needs. I ve never had to go back for a problem. Their work is superior and they always worked on my vehicles like it was their own. I highly recommend going there.

I brought my car to Sound Concept for an auto start. I had never been there before. Marc who I think is the owner helped me. He was so informative and helpful. The pricing and quality of the work were excellent. I was so pleased that I brought my other vehicle in for an upgraded sound system! Excellent experience. Highly recommend!

We have been restoring a 1981 Mercedes wagon to original condition and finally found the perfect rebuilt Becker radio from the period. Marc and his team did a fantastic job installing it and upgrading the sound in the car. Highly recommend you work with them even on an offbeat project like ours. Terrific guys.

These guys REALLY know what they re doing! The service was great from start to finish and at a very fair price. I actually offered up more on the final payment because of the time spent and Marc wouldn t accept it. I really can t speak any more highly of this business, what a refreshing change!!! Knowledgeable, Friendly and Fairly Priced top guys!!!

I have been going to Sound Concepts for many years for all my car audio and car security needs. The remote start systems have been a great investment, not only for cold winters but hot summer days and the satisfaction the alarm has my car protected is priceless. Workmanship of the installers is great, especially when cars are so hard to work on now a days. May take a bit of time, but well wort it. They have always taken care of me and my car after the sale! Even years later!

Marc was extremely helpful finding the correct CarPlay module for our Mercedes. The installation was seemless and everything works perfectly. This is our second vehicle that Sound Concept has installed CarPlay into. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with my experience! I was helped by Marc, who was extremely helpful. I really appreciated how he listened to me, and gave me the best options available, not just what would be the "most expensive." I am thrilled with my new radio. Sound Concepts was great! Service was A+, I contacted them on Wednesday, had an appointment on Friday, and it took less than an hour to install. Doesn t get better than that. thanks Sound Concepts!

I got an aux port installed in my '05 toyota. Great experience, guys know their line of work, experience was short and sweet, reasonable price and quality work. Some people want to be courted and sold to aggressively, this is not the place for that. The man I spoke to was straightforward and honest. He didn't kiss my rear or push expensive products, which I really appreciate. Bottom line is, for a simple, short experience with dependable work, come here.

Marc and the team installed radar detectors and laser jammers in 2 of my cars. These have saved me countless tickets over the past couple years. The jammers work! ...and the detectors give me plenty of notice for radar.The installs were super clean, professional and I had tons of input on placement. Marc is very communicative and worked with me to make sure everything was proper. These guys are highly recommended.

Have you noticed all the 5 star reviews for The Sound Concept? I can tell you one thing Marc and Chris deserve every one of them!Audio Visions installed my system but went out of business right before covid hit. During that time I went to someone right down the street from Audio Visions who believes he is the best. After dealing with him for about a year I had enough of the arrogance and put a shout out on facebook to find an honest, reliable car stereo installer. The Sound Concept was the number one place that friends came back with. I even spoke with someone who use to be in the business and he even pointed me towards The Sound Concept.All I can say is Marc and Chris do not disappoint. They are honest, not pushy in sales, work with your budget and are problem solvers. I brought my Jeep in because the left front door speak would have static over every bump in the road and it was driving me insane. Marc and Chris could not duplicate the problem but found that my back subwoofer/tweeter speakers had bad subwoofers. Once replaced my system sounded like it use to. Unfortunately the static was still there when going over bumps.I called Marc and told him about the static. He said to bring it in first thing on Saturday and they would take the door apart and try to figure it out. Thankfully when I got there I was able to replicate the static. Marc and Chris took the Jeep apart and went over all components. They found that the "crossover" was not secured. Once properly secured the static went away. I have a peaceful drive into work again!! They have earned my trust and I will be upgrading the crossover soon.Really can't say enough about The Sound Concept. If you are not a car guy but love your music, put your trust in The Sound Concept. Again, they will not disappoint.

I needed to upgrade my camper van with a blue tooth radio and back-up camera. Based on the excellent reviews here, I went to see Marc at The Sound Concept and couldn't be more pleased with the service and results. As soon as I can find the right mini flat screen TV for my camper van, I will be going back to The Sound Concept to have it installed.

Marc and the guys installed a back-up cam for me. They did it promptly and professionally and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Sound Concept for any electronic installations

The Sound Concept did an excellent job on my '93 BMW 525. The radio fits in perfectly and the quality sound from the speakers is exactly what i was looking for. I would not hesitate to go back for my work and will be recommending The Sound Concept to friends and family.

Marc was extremely informative and knowledgeable. He was able to explain his suggestions and not try to push what I didn't need or suggest something obsolete. Everything was professionally installed and haven't had any problems. If I ever need to do it again I'll definitely be coming back.
