One star due to not able to post without stars.I am afraid this car wash is off my list of places to wash my new car. Both carwashes in this neighborhood are incredibly bad. They should be ashamed of how they run their business. The cars get scratched and they are not cleaned. EVERYTIME i go here I say I will never go back and a few months later I give them another try and again, regret sets in. The worst part is the drying process. The Blowers don't work and the cloth used instead is week and soaking wet so the car drives out soaking wet. Then the single, poor sole at the hand drying station is alone and is in such a rush to move on to the next car that they do a horrible job drying the car.Again, I am NEVER going to this place. I rather wash it myself at home and leave it dirty in the winter if need be.My photos are not great as my car is dark blue so unfortunately they do not show how bad the car is. It takes me 20+ minutes of hand drying and cleaning my car when i get home! What is the point and what am I paying for??!!

The amount of streaks/dirt left on my car is unacceptable. I paid for the premium clean and each door handle was filled with dirt, steaks left on sides/trunk/hood. Will not go back

BE AWARE!!!!!On October 10, 2023 I went to Splash in Bedford Hills NY to have my car hand washed �but I entered the �line for the express service. I was assisted by one of their employees to back up. When reversing I hit their menu sign because they kept telling me to back up. It was not my fault because they kept telling me to back up ( see picture) I was directed to the managers office and asked to fill out a report where I explained what happened. Time �went by and on January 8th I received an invoice for the sign for $1,800. !!!! �I spoke to the manager and told him that I �thought their insurance was going to cover this since it was an accident while at their place while directed by their employees, they didn t think so, I didn t appreciate that and definitely I didn t appreciate their NASTY voicemail on January 27th where they called me a retard and threatened to get me arrested if I didn t pay the invoice. I thought �they should have payed for this and also fix the scratches on my car, but ok , you win you get the money from my insurance. You should learn what the cost of doing business is and treat your customers with respect !!!! Especially if that customer is local and has given you business for so many years.

Great service Osman was amazing at helping me enroll in the monthly plan for both my personal vehicles. Is so nice to have a car wash so close to home and such deals. The monthly memberships are the best. Thank you Osman

Posted a photo of the brake dust they were able to get out! It was all over my rim, so bad, and they got every bit out in 10 minutes! I showed up asking for a unique cleaning for this and they were able to help me no problem. It was so nice of them (: and the owner Paul came out to check things out too, to see what they could do. Such a nice guy! But they got out hard, stuck on residue from the tire and it looks *brand *new. I m so happy! I will be back!

Splash Bedford is the most efficient and thorough car wash in Westchester. No matter what package, your car will be treated with care and attention to detail. Car is always completely dried when leaving. Staff is pleasant.

This is a well-run operation. Had no wait for an oil change. No hard sells for upgrades. Quick zip to the car wash that comes with an interior clean. Paul is professional and attentive. It s uncommon to find such a high level of service in this day and age so to find it is refreshing and maintains future business.

Came in for a car wash cause my truck was slightly dirty came out, was still dirty went back in for another wash still the same thing ( got the works twice ) none the less all the marks and and soap stains from the rags and a half done dry job leaving water spots all over the windows and paint. dirt still all over the running boards and in the fender wells and undercarriage. unbelievable

I was shopping around for a miracle on a project car that was completely dirty. I would not have friends or family even get in the car because of how dirty and horrible it smelled. I spoke to Tony at the car wash and not only did he give me the best price he assured me the staff will do their best to make it clean. So for the price it was worth taking a risk as other detailing places was charging me $250 and up. When the car was done not only was it as clean as it could possible get but the smell of cigarettes and mildew is completely gone. I highly recommend this place and for the price they charge I promise you it s worth it. It s worth traveling within the tristate area to get your car detailed. Moving forward I will never go somewhere else. Thanks a lot Splash Car Wash you won a customer for life.Service: Auto detailing

You could better spend your money elsewhere. Paid $35 for The Works and left with soap marks all over my car and some scratches from the rags that they simply rinse in a bucket of dirty water from previous cars. Probably could ve gotten the same outcome by just going through the quick wash.Also, don t let them fool you by their special of 1 Month of free washes is just their way of tricking you into their unlimited membership without you acknowledging it.It s definitely not worth the money.

Excellent service and great detailing job. Have been using them for years. Paul is super helpful and goes out of his way to make you feel like your his only customer. I can't recommend them highly enough!

My Boyfriend Urbano Had Acura TL cleaned there and let me tell you that car was dirty there are some before and after pictures there. He then got another project car but this time the interior was dirty and the paint appeared faded. We'll look at the pictures and judge it yourself. These guys do Amazing work the car is showroom clean looked brand new. Thank you Tony for always looking out and giving us the best service. We will continue to go to you guys.

This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at an auto shop/ detailing place. Ask for Paul at the front desk by the car wash parking lot and he will take care of you. Not only did they buff out and fix a bad scratch on my car but they did it in a timely fashion and for an extraordinarily friendly rate. Don t hesitate to come here if you want to work with folks you can trust and will do right by you and your vehicle!

The Bedford Hills Splash is definitely the best car wash. I live in Ct but make sure I go to this one. They have more people and are fast and efficient. Customer service is over the top ! Don t waste your time with other car washes.

What car wash lets you peruse artisanal cooking supplies, pet essentials, toys, cards, AND things you might need related to having a car while you wait? And they re friendly, quick, and efficient? This one.UPDATE: Wrote my review while in store. Got home to find multiple scratches. The inside of the shop is nice and the manager (?) is really friendly, but if they can t dry cars without scratching them, what s the point? I was wary of other bad experiences posted here, wanted to support them, but this is really bad. It would be great if you guys made this right by at very least removing the scratches from the dry job.

I thought my car was a goner, it was completely infested with mold. Cars get salvaged for this all the time but I called splash with little hopes of success and to my pleasant disbelief. New car washed twice here in their machine wash and ended up with scratches. They could blame the prep of the dealer but we all know where the damage really came from. Never again.Update:Email provided below doesn't work...I'll try to call.

I have a monthly membership here, and for the most part it s very efficient. Customer service is always friendly, and my car gets a pretty decent clean inside and out. Occasionally I get the full service detail, and I have found that their estimates in time can be variable. I have waited much longer than they said once and had to leave in order to make it back for the school bus. Overall a nice, friendly and clean place.Service: Auto detailing

I got the full service wash and cleaning inside. It wasn't cheap, but for the amount of cleaning they did, it is a great value. If I ever need a deep clean on my cars interior, would definitely go back again.

I brought my car in to Paul and the team today, and they couldn t have been nicer or more thorough in how they dealt with my car, which had interior issues after moisture got into the car and affected the upholstery. They left my car looking new! I was shocked how good it came out. I really appreciated how they brought my car back to me and were really kind about it as well. Great customer service, great work.

The best in the business. No comparison to anyone else. I have both cars on a monthly subscription and my cars look like they just came out of the showroom. Besides a great wash and detail everyone that works there are the icing on the cake. They are always friendly and attentive to all of my needs. and I can get fresh coffee too!!! The best car wash. We bring all 3 cars. I have used others and no one leaves my car as clean and dog hair free then they do. The guys who work here are always super nice and polite. From Fernando who always greets me with a big smile to the guys who dry the car at the end. Will definitely continue to use them for years to come.

Love the monthly program so I can run through in a matter of 5 min and always have a clean car! Darwin and the others that dry your car are prompt, friendly, and do a great job. Also appreciate the vacuum station across the driveway - we ll-maintained and very clean. Highly recommend Splash.
