Consummate professionals. Brian and his team are extraordinary. Friendly, patient, and willingly helpful...with a great sense of humor. If you need urgent service, cross your fingers that you get PRATOW. If they don t get the call, call them.

Broke Down in Bedford hills, Pratow came and hooked my truck up and got me out of a bad place, Brian and his team were very helpfull and even drove me to a hotel, service was excelent and they had me back on the road in no time, Very profesional and helpfull! Thank You!

As Safety Manager for a small trucking company in Rome Ga. I called & spoke to Brian here when one of my drivers alternator went out in his freightliner. Brian was very nice & helpful. He immediately sent 2 of his men to not only replace the alternator but make sure the drivers batteries were charged for safe travels home. I would highly recommend & will use again. We were 3 hours from home and blew out our run flat tire. We were 2 miles from the tire place and the tire started to shred. AAA couldn t get anyone dispatched for over 2 hours so we called Pratow. He was there in 15 minutes. Life saver on. Sunday and really nice guy..Helped us out a lot! Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Stay away, Brian and his daughter Samantha are thieves, they're rude and unprofessional, they hang up the phone on you. They doubled the quote of the original estimate without ANY authorization. The truck is not worth double the estimate, a complaint with the attorney general, better business bureau, and consumer's affair will be filed. They've received the majority of the estimate, and have doubled the original estimate and will not release the truck! STAY FAR AWAY! We will have to get an attorney involved, thankfully, I know a few, Mom was town attorney in Harrison, Dad was an attorney too!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim, Car towing

My car was hit from the rear. I got paid out by my insurance and only had a limited amount of money to spend because they totaled my car. I brought the car to a nearby shop and the bumper fell off just a few days later. I brought the car into pratow and the experience was great. They put the bumper on real fast, pulled the frame and had everything done lickity split. The girl behind the counter had a great smile too! Thanks guysService: Body & Trim

I've been towed by Pratow 3 or 4 times and the job has been done quickly and efficiently. Being stuck is no picnic but Pratow puts your mind at ease and is the only towing company I'd ever use. 24/7/365 they're there for you! I've been in their yard and have watched how they work to get a car off the rig...perfect, there's never a rush to dump the car off...careful and precise are the words I'll use!

Pratow provides excellent customer service and is quick to arrive when called for a job. They had kind employees on their tow crew who were very helpful during a stressful breakdown alongside the highway.

As a trucking company that runs all over the US, we occasionally have mechanical issues in unfamiliar territory that need immediate fixing. It is such a relief to find a place like Pratow's. They looked at us right away, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a decent price. We were back on the road within two hours.

Don't ever get anything from this store, the owner it's a total scammer and fraud. We went to get a dumpster from them and then try to cancel the next day. We try to talk nicely to the owner , so we can get our money back, and he rudely kicked my father and I from the store. How can you treat a client like this? The man was disgusting towards us (know that we're from south america) maybe this came into place. I felt like this man was being kind of racist because of our appearance, and how my dad didn't speak fluent english, once I got in the conversation he started to act like a smart ass. Later on, we called the bank to get our money back, and this man try to decline our refund so many times, it was frustrating that It took almost about four months to get our money back from this negative individual. Worst owner to own this place. Sadly I can't give it a negative star. Get away from doing business from this man.

The crew at pratow towing are awesome! Ifound myself stranded on the side of the road with a busted axle on my trailer. They respond very quickly and even transfered the load from one trailer to another for me!! Always traveling on rt 684, I always keep the number for pratow towing in my phone for next time! Thanks again to all at pratow towing!! You guys rock!!

I had a flat during the corona crisis and these guys were superb, picked up the key from my house and towed the car to the tire repair shop within an hr of calling. Exceptional!!
