A fantastic experience from start to finish. North State did a beautiful job repairing my vehicle. They were friendly, informative, and honest. They made my insurance claim extremely easy to handle. The quality of their work is exceptional. My vehicle has a difficult color to match, but they pulled it off perfectly.Benny was great to deal with, and everyone inside the office was friendly and seemed eager to help. North State is the only shop I ll go to for body work from now on.

Serendipity is rare, but happens here.I became acquainted with NSC through their superstar customer service mgr; Avi, many years ago. A real gem of a human being.NSC has no competition. First off, let me start by saying that I will never go to another auto body or auto mechanical repair shop ever. From the very first moment I walked into North State, I was met with excellent customer service. They prepared a quote for me within minutes and worked along the way with my insurance company, ensuring it was a seamless customer experience. North State got me in for service within days, assisted with recommending a rental car location just around the corner and communicated updates regularly throughout the process. They finished the work ahead of schedule (!!!!!!) and went above and beyond, cleaning the vehicle to better than new car clean. Not only was the body work on my Porsche pure perfection, they made the experience amazingly pleasant! Who says taking their car in for work is amazingly pleasant?!? Right. North State rocks and if you read all of this, go ahead and give them a call now or you will forever be sad you went somewhere else. <3Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I have brought my Tesla Model 3 a couple of months back for collision repair. To be honest, I was scared of bringing my vehicle to a unfamiliar area since I live in Danbury CT. Especially with Tesla vehicles, not many shops repair Tesla vehicles. However, North state customs did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Avi did an amazing job coordinating my vehicle repair and keeping me informed on what needs to be done and why it needs to be repaired. I would recommend to any Tesla vehicles that needs repairing. They know how to handle these vehicles

From the moment I walked in for an estimate, to the moment I picked up my car my experience was outstanding! Frank was warm and considerate, while providing detailed suggestions. Walker was outstanding at communication and handling any need. He was kind enough to put me in direct contact with the manager at a car rental location. The facility is clean, organized and obviously run like a well-oiled machine. Whether your need is small like mine was, or large I wouldn't hesitate to visit them and draw your own opinion. I hope I don't need an auto body shop in the future, however if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use North State Custom again.

Excellent, I highly recommend! I have used North State Custom twice now to fix my 911. Each time they did a brilliant job, attention to detail is amazing and customer service was also impeccable. Benny and the team are rock stars in my book!

North State Custom was a great place to go for my car repair. There aren't a lot of shops available/approved by Tesla, but NSC was recommended. From my first conversation on the phone, through the inspection/estimate, insurance nonsense and the actual repair - they said what they'd do and they did what they said they would. I worked with Benny - he was outstanding. Terrific communication, quick parts ordering and tracking when parts were received. The repair itself was great - everything like new. The car was cleaned inside and out - looked like the day I took it off the lot. Thanks to Benny and the NSC team!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the ONLY auto body shop I will use from here on out! I went through a traumatic experience when my brand new car was totaled (while parked!) just DAYS after I got it, and North State Custom had my back every step of the way. They advocated for me during the total loss claim, and Neil went above and beyond in offering me advice as this was the first total loss I had experienced. Everyone at North State Custom is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made the stressful total loss experience so much easier for me. I told them I would be a customer for life. Shortly after, bad car luck continued for me and my family, and my mom s car was hit in a parking lot. Of course, she brought her car to North State and they did an incredible job repairing it. By far the best repair experience I've had in my entire life. The team at North State Custom went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations and then some. I feel lucky to have been referred to such a high quality, professional, and communicative group of people.I wrecked my car after hitting a deer head on. North State took my vehicle immediately, coordinated directly with my insurance, helped me with the logistics of getting to and from their shop and got my car back to brand spanking new. I returned my car a second time to address some residual cosmetic issues and they handled them day of. My vehicle looks the way it did the day I drove it off the lot.Not only do they provide high quality work but everyone that works there is a high quality person. They'll fix your car and make sure you get to where you need to go while they do it. I don't know any business that will offer to give you a ride if you need it - not because they offer that service, but simply because that's just the sort of kind people they are.I can't more highly recommend North State Custom. If you need any body work whatsoever - your car will be in great hands and so will you. I was in an accident and I took a chance with North State Custom after reading all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! From the day of the accident they came same day to flatbed my car which was 45 minutes away. They were professional and great with communication. They answered all my questions right away and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I have a white Model Y Tesla and the paint job was perfect! After I had picked up my car, there was a small issue and they were super fast in taking care of it, and even let me take a rental car for the day so I didn't have to wait. I highly recommend them, they are professional all the way around, from their customer service to the quality of their work. I was told by the car rental place that some autobody shops take some of their repair work to them so they can fix it, I believe it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They went above and beyond with EVERY detail repairing & cleaning much more than just body and trim following our collision with a deer. North State Custom deserves 10 stars!Their professionalism, courtesy, advocacy with my insurance company, above and beyond customer service and of course immaculate, gorgeous repair of my car, elevate this shop to the very top of auto repair businesses. Every contact with Joe, Neal, Dianne & all was a pleasure. They understand how traumatic it is to have your car hit and do everything in their magical powers to fix your wounded spirit along with your car.Our family had 2 not at fault accidents with our parked cars within a month and the one consistent bright spot was North State Custom.They put the customer in Custom for sure!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not trust ANYONE else besides North State Custom to do your body work on your car. They have perfect reviews on Google for a reason. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to get your car fixed and stay in your budget, and Neil, the damage estimator/dude who handles the situation with your insurance, is THE BEST. I was first hit in a front end collision, Neil and his guys fixed my truck... and then two weeks after getting my 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude back from this shop, some kid rear-ends me. No wait time to get right back in with them, timely repairs. The paint is vin-matched so it looks exactly like the original paint and you could NEVER tell there was damage there before. This shop also only uses OEM parts, so you re getting quality over speediness and cheap parts.I can t say enough about this establishment, everyone who works here is fantastic, and the work is top-notch.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Anyone that has ever worked with North State Custom, knows they are one of the BEST shops around. I am from upstate NY and wont let anyone else touch my vehicles, even with the shop being almost 3 hours away from my house. Greg (owner) and Avi are AWESOME to work with!! My most recent experience with North State was not my fault....The service center scratched my vehicle and tried to return it without me knowing. I noticed it upon return and they asked me who I wanted to take it to for repairs, and without question, I said North State. After it arrived at North State, I reached out to Greg and we spoke immediately and he told me to rest assured, it will look like it did when I picked it up new, and without question, it looks just as good the day I picked it up. The customer service with North State is probably my favorite part of working with them. They are extremely friendly, and are also in constant communication to let you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. I will never let any other shop do any kind of body work on my vehicles, other than North State. Simply the BEST!

I want to extend a sincere thank you to Greg and the staff at North State Custom for the incredible repair on my 2013 BMW X1. From beginning to end, the level of service and attention to detail were impeccable. North State turned a stressful situation - someone crashing into my brand new car! - into an excellent customer service experience.I came to know of North State from the outstanding reviews on various BMW forums; they did not disappoint. North State Custom was amazing to work with. Excellent communication and the work was stellar. This would be the only place I would have my Tesla worked on. They trained in California with Tesla on repairs. They were over top with customer service when the job took a little longer than expected. A+

My experience with NSC inspired me to write my first and only review of any business ever. Their professionalism in all aspects is unparalleled. Not only did they refuse delivery of inferior parts for my classic car, they made sure that my damage was repaired flawlessly with the original parts intact.Researching and upgrading to NOS badges made my car actually better than new. They battled with the insurance company so I wouldn't have to, and made a stressful body repair a pleasant experience. Quality craftsmanship at its best!Special thanks to Stacy, Frank and J.R. This is the shop you would bring your Tesla. Model 3 got rear ended first day and the paint job is superb. Made the vehicle like new again and can't even tell the bumper was replaced. They also had the sensors flushed with the bumper, this wasn't the case when I first got the car! Felt like delivery day when I picked it up (minus the paperwork). Best of all they included some touch-up paint for the car after the repair!Everyone at North State Customs were professional and responsive throughout the process.

these guys are the BEST!i brought my Tesla here and it was not only repaired but brought to a condition better than new.i cannot recommend these people enough. it is rare to find a business so dedicated to customers and so connected to the insurance company.i will never hesitate to bring my car here but hope not to need their service.

North state repaired my Suburban for 25% of the cost of my local chevy dealer, and it looks like new. I did not think it would be possible to remove deep scrapes from my bumper without replacing it, but they somehow did it - looks like I just drove out of the showroom. This is a father and son business, very professional, and on time. Highly recommend them.

I was referred to North State Custom by my dealership who had sold me my Porsche Panamara. My car was stolen and recovered by the police. The experience began with me speaking with Marisa who guided me through the process and she explained everything to me from start to finish. I received multiple updates per week along with pictures via email throughout the entire experience. The customer service is second to none along with the quality and craftsmenship of their work. They worked with my insurance company and handled everything without a hitch. North State turned what was an extremely negative experience into something postive. In the event I find myself or someone I know in a postion of needing this type of service in the future, I will recommend North State Custom 100%Thank you Frank and team!

I just picked up my KIA from North State, and I couldn t be happier with the repair that was done!! A coyote strike took out my left fender and undercarriage. North State did an in credible repair, as well as buffing out the entire car to look showroom new! Thanks to Stacy, Marisa and the entire crew at North State Auto. I would highly recommend, and they specialize in luxury cars!!

I brung my Tesla Model 3 to North State custom because I hit a deer on Merritt Parkway & then fixed my Vehicle and brung it back to Brand New. Joe at the front desk WAS AMAZING AS HE ALWAYS kept me UPDATED on EVERYTHING. The entire staff was great & GOD FORBID but if I ever get into any other incidents I will always bring my car to North State Custom .. 5 STARS WELL DESERVED & THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

The team at North State get's 5 stars, without any doubt. They took excellent care of me and my Tesla Model S after someone backed into it and wrecked the rear passenger side door and wheel well area. If you need any body work on your Tesla, do not hesitate to bring it to them. Here is what to expect:1. Professional and friendly service! Off the charts really.2. Experts on the job. These guys really know what they are doing.3. Attention to detail. The work is near flawless, down to the last edge and corner.4. Efficient and fast - They really want to get your car back to you as soon as possible and they managed to turn things around surprisingly fast even when Tesla parts are backlogging.5. Proactive service. They actually reach out to you to keep you updated on the status ... even send you pics of your car in progress!6. State of the art shop. They were nice enough to show me around in the back. Everything is clean and neat and all Tesla patients looking like they are in very good hands! Even up front, they know what email is and SMS and they use it, keeping communication quick and easy.If everything I've written here doesn't convince you, just go down there and see for yourself. I guarantee you'll be adding a post full of praise here in no time.

I had an amazing experience working with Greg and his team at North State Custom. They treated me like royalty and took great care to make sure my car was returned to "like new" condition. They even got rid of the door ding. I highly recommend North State Custom.
