A quick note for my friends at Mt. Kisco Honda service. I have been coming here for years and always have been treated great and had excellent service but today .let me tell you about today! My Honda Accord 2018 has made a terrible noise for years and no other service department has ever been able to pin point it but Tony (best serve advisor ever) was determined to get to the bottom of it. She asked Steve the service manager to take a ride along with me, Steve was so patient and then boom the wretched noise that s been taunting me for some many years came on. I mean no other service department was ever able to replicate it but Steve did. Nevertheless Tony gave me a loaner and I trust that they will fix it. Thanks again.

Good location near shops and within walking distance to the long-standing Bedford Diner is a plus.Service was good. Came for an oil change and multi-point inspection and they went over additional services that will be done in the future.Everything took about 1.5 hours. Only downside is they don t include a wash which every other Honda Service Center that I ve taken my vehicle to does.Service: Oil change

Brian Galper was hands down the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There was never a point where I felt pressured or a point where I didn t have all of the information I needed throughout the whole process. Everything he told me was 100% accurate and true, he was honest and open about everything. 10/10 would recommend going to Brian for all of your Honda needs!!!

I specifically come to this location 1 hour away because they are so accommodating.i called at 7:30 am asked if they can do a walk in and I have to be at work in a few. They were so fast and helpful. This place never lets me down with service. I would not have been able to travel this weekend if they did not take me. So thankful for them!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was able to make an on line appointment and chose to wait for my car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It did not take long for my service.
