The owner is the most polite and business oriented professional that I've ever taken my car to. Their service was quick and cost appropriate. They have a clean bathroom, lounge area and a TV to pass the time. I will definitely go back for my car needs. THANK YOU

Since my brother sold his auto repair business 8 years ago I have been jumping from auto mechanic to auto mechanic until I was introduced to Abraham. He has to be the most trusted and honest mechanic I have dealt with since my brother sold his business. He is quick, knowledgeable, his premises are very comfortable, his workers are friendly and his prices are more than fair. What more could you ask for in an auto repair business! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I paid a completely unnecessary $1000 repair bill for a blown motor on a car I ended up having to junk, that Abraham should have known and advised was not worth it. Instead he pushed me to do the repair and convinced me otherwise.What was wrong with the car was that the water pump broke and jumped the timing belt. The timing belt jumping caused several of the valves to either bend or break, causing the engine to not start. I didnt know any of this, Abraham advised me that it was just the water pump, and replacing ALL of the timing components would fix it. It didn't. He told me AFTER the $1000 repair bill that there was no compression and likely the valves are bent or broken from the timing belt jumping....this was only told to me after this repair was done. i do not know why he kept that information from me until then, as if I had known the repair would be futile, I would have never of gone through with it.After speaking with 3 different auto shops, they all told me the same thing; that a high-interference engine like the one I had, would almost certainly have had bent or broken valves knowing the water pump broke and the timing belt jumped, and would have advised that prior to any repairs and would not advise any repairs except an engine replacement.Why would Abraham keep this information from me? Either out of malice, or out of technical inexperience. Either or, I paid the price. Hopefully you dont by avoiding them for any major repairs. I'm sure they can do all the simple stuff like brake jobs and wheel balancing, but I'd go to someone more reputable for any and all intermediate-advanced technical work.

Abraham has been a constant go to mechanic and his crew always seem to be up to the task, big and small. If Abraham feels it falls outbid his domain he will tell you up front and also where to go for help. I recently bought a new late model used hybrid for my wife and asked him to do a safety check . He asked me to come back the next morning to give his guys enough time to evaluate the car properly.He took me the next morning, gave the car a thorough once over and congratulated me on my purchase. I tipped the mechanic but Abraham said you re a good man for making sure that your wife is safe, I d do the same no charge, see you soon my friend .How does it get any better than that!

Needed my inspection done not realizing it expired oct 31. I Drove to 3 other places prior to pulling into this one, and they all said 3 hour wait , the owner took me in right away . I waited 10-15 Minute tops and it was complete. Very professional and kind .Thank you

Awesome! Had a car inspected for purchase at Mt. Kisco Auto Center 2. Abraham and his guys were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and fair. No hesitatation going back for service!!!

Such a nice people work here! They did our inspection on NYE. They were already closed but the owner approached us and ask if he can help and turned out it was his last sticker. We had so much luck to bump into him! Thank you again!

Abraham is the man!! He is so nice and attentive. He always answered the phone, called me with any updates, and was very up-front. Fixed an issue with my front brakes and oil change in less than 24 hours at a good price. I'm not a car person and still he was very patient and didn't try to take advantage. I always have hated going to get my car serviced, because they can tell me anything and I pretty much have to believe them, not knowing much about cars myself. But with Mt. Kisco Automotive 2, it is no longer a problem. Abraham gives amazing service and is clearly an honest man. Today, he didn't do something I'd asked for because apparently I didn't need it and he saw I had kids and knew how expensive they are. He calls with updates instead of the usual chasing. The prices are more than fair. He will squeeze you in if your are really in a hurry. In 40 years of car ownership, this is by far my best service experience!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Ordered tires from their other location in the past and was happy with how fast and professionally everything was done. Additionally, being in a competitive automotive area their prices to mount and balance all four tires were very reasonable! Last week I brought my work van to the new location for a tune up, brakes, rotors, etc. I had a tight schedule and the owner Abraham offered to drop the van off at my house when the job was done, which he did! Work was great, van feels brand new, and no more check engine light. Overall, truly pleased with the service I received and grateful for Abraham s hospitality!

I was surprised that I haven t reviewed this place already. I ve been coming here for about 3 years and have never had anything less than excellent, trustworthy service. We recently moved 2 hours away and came back here for some basic service. Highly recommend (in case you couldn t tell!).

I highly recommend bringing your car to Mount Kisco Automotive Center 2. I have brought both of my cars to be serviced here and have had nothing but outstanding service! I have had excellent customer service, great communication, everyone has a good work ethic, good diagnostic skills, there is updated technology and honestly they care about what is best for the customer. I wish more businesses were like this one!

These guys just opened up their second shop in the neighborhood and i must say it is great to see. They are great people, Abraham and his son are amazing to deal with. Their mechanics are top of the line! And prices are fair. Definitely recommend going if you re in mt kisco area. Great work for great prices

Great business. Works well with our business whenever our volume is too high during our understaffed days. Waiting room is comfortable and spacious, and both owners are always friendly and honest about the time we can expect for turning cars around. Definitely our go to Kisco spot.

First time at MKA 2. Chose them due to good reviews. Called in am, had oil changed that afternoon with no wait! True to reviews, owner was very friendly. Waiting area was clean, hand sanitizer at the door, masks worn. There is only one garage I would go to... for me and my family s cars. This one. Abraham is the owner and works with his son. So it s no surprise he treats us like family. Actually, I think I prefer him OVER many of my own family members. . But in all seriousness when it comes to ensuring my kids cars are in safe and solid shape there is no question as to whom I trust. Cannot say enough good things about Abraham and the crew at Mt. Kisco Automotive.

Been going to the original one for years, when I heard that a new location was opening up I stopped by for my yearly maitence. Rashid provided me with the best service and showed me what was being done to my car. Mount Kisco Automotive 2 (Abraham and his son Richie) are a bunch of unscrupulous and incompetent auto mechanics. When I brought my 2013 Subaru in for what I thought was a minor suspension issue, Abraham suggested replacing the lower control arms. After that, the nightmare started. The CV axles were now making a clicking sound and Abraham suggested replacing them. After he replaced them and returned the car to me there was a strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off. I brought the car back to him four more times, and each time, he returned the car to me in the same condition (strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off). The last time, when I told him that was going to complain to Westchester County Consumers affairs, he told me I was like a brother to him and to bring it in again. When I finally picked it up, he told me that he had two other mechanics look at it, that it was fine and safe to drive. The son even had the audacity to say that pebbles in my rim were causing the vibration. By this time, I knew they were full of it, and when I drove away, the car still had a strong vibration and shaking in the front end and alignment was way off.Two weeks later, when I brought it to LaDuca down the road (he s awesome by the way), to take a look and have the car properly repaired, when he took it for a test drive, one of the CV axles that Abraham replaced, broke. LaDuca had to replace both of these along with the lower control arms that Abraham replaced, as the compliance bushings were separating; this is after a total of 1100 miles had been put on the car after Abraham s shoddy repair.Stay away from Mount Kisco Automotive 2. Once again, incompetent, unscrupulous, dishonest, etc... Returning a car to a customer four times in an unsafe condition says it all. I could have had my family in the car, and had I driven it just a few miles more, I would ve been the one on the side of the road with a broken front axle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
