I just picked my car up from IFM and let me say I am SOOO impressed by the amazing job done! You wouldn t even be able to tell there was any damage!! They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car which is definitely a nice added touch!! I 100% will always recommend IFM to all my friends and family! Thank you guys so much for a spectacular job!!!

One year after my car was repaired by IFM and i have to update my review because I am severely disappointed in the work done by the IFM technicians.The paint job they did was horrendous, and now swirls are starting to appear only on the body panels they worked on.The body lines are uneven on the same panels, and you could fit one or two fingers in the gaps between the panels they replaced.On the day it was supposed to be returned to me, one of their employees crashed my car again, resulting in an additional three weeks of repairs.The reps were rude over the phone.Truly a horrendous experience.Avoid at all costs.

Had my 2018 Crosstrek repaired after a fender bender at IFM Collision. Dave, Valerie and Chris were all awesome and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Chris was extremely helpful with the repair that came out perfect. Thanks !

IFM repaired our vehicle as part of an accident/insurance issue. One is always a little wary of the company the insurance company recommended, but they were amazing. Arranged a rental car after we though we wouldn't need one. Amazingly communicative. The work was done on time, on budget and perfectly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

These people are amazing.I got rear ended on a Wednesday. USAA sent me to them and they were available next day, but I couldn't make it until Friday End of Day. They inspected, documented, quoted, and submitted my repair estimate and I had a check from insurance less than 3 business days later.I worked with David Dellentash who was friendly, personable, professional, quick, and thorough. A very professional job from beginning to end. It was major body work, it did take 3 weeks, but the car was returned in perfect condition and in the time promised. I received regular updates via text messages so I knew when to expect it. They dealt directly with the car rental and the insurance company, making it easier for me. Amazing experience! I used them because my car got into an accident and the other person's insurance directed me to this place. Honestly so glad I know that they are in my area now because I plan on using them moving forward for any of my car issues or needs. Excellent customer service (thanks Alexandra!) and amazing professionalism from the insurance adjuster (thanks Dave!). And obviously, they did a great job on my car, even completing the repairs 6 days before they told me it would be ready. Perfect example of a 5 star place, from my experience.Service: Body & Trim

I used them because my wife had a car repaired here previously and she has a great experience.From beginning to end, IFM was amazing. Great professionalism and bedside manner. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Valerie at the front desk was a breath of fresh air and extremely knowledgeable. I m so glad I used them and would do so again if needed.

Made the checkin in super easy, had a rental at the shop, made the repair which came out great. Made it easy to return the rental. Really took an experience which I expected to be a hassle very easy and painless. Provided a lifetime guarantee on their work for the time I own the car.Really great shop..Service: Body & Trim

Because of an unfortunate accident our car needed major repairs. Other than the deductible our insurance covered the cost. IFM was amazing. They were professional, friendly, helpful and the work was finished earlier than the original date given, oh and of course the car looks great! Excellent work on our post accident repairs .. constantly kept us updated even when supply chain issues arose .. never left a question unanswered either by phone, text or email.Handled all insurance issues and communication with ease leaving the process for us very easy and stress free.Partner stopped in his tracks and said, "Wow! The entire team at IFM was wonderful from start to finish. I had the unfortunate experience of having a tree limb fall on my recently purchased Camry. Dave handled everything when I dropped off my car and I felt like I was in great hands. The car s timeline based on the work and parts needed was a few weeks but they got my car in and out of there in 10 days which was a great surprise. I thought the car looked great when I picked it up- better than new even. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care the entire team at IFM exhibited and I will definitely choose them in the future for any body work needed. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you again!

IFM did a beautiful job repairing the bumper and fender of my car. I highly recommend them.My car was sideswiped, leaving it scratched up and dented on the front passenger side. The other driver s insurance referred me to IMF and covered this repair.I asked also for an estimate for the damage I had previously done to the front bumper. The price seemed low for the additional repair. This was because they were not going to charge me for labor, since they were working in that area of the car anyway. I thought this was more than fair!Everyone who helped me there was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very patient and eager to explain and answer all my questions.My car looks brand new. In addition to cleaning the outside, they cleaned and disinfected the inside.Great job!Service: Body & Trim

I found IFM to be very professional and efficient. They kept me updated on the progress of my repairs from drop off all the way to pick up of my vehicle.The work was top notch and high quality. I was very happy with the repairs on my car and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was in a minor fender bender and my insurance company recommended IFM to repair the bumper. Service was great, everyone I talked with was pleasant. The work was great and the car looks good as new. As a bonus my car was fully cleaned when It was returned. Both the drop off and pickup were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

This was a preferred shop for Esurance, I didn't get my car fixed here because it was deemed a total loss. Alexandra was very nice and understanding in the begining but wouldn't let me into my own car to get things stating "as per your insurance agreement". when i asked my claims rep, she said that's between you and the shop, we have nothing to do with that.Then the Insurance and IFM made an agreement to remove aftermarket parts that were not covered. Its my car and my parts, but I was kept out of that loop. I did not get a copy of that agreement. It was like she worked for the insurance co. and not me. I was the customer! IFM did not remove everything on the list. I had to come back multiple times to get the bulk of it. In the end, I did not get most hardware to reinstall some of the items. I gave up and didn't want to deal with her anymore. This is just one person's opinion. I'm sure I'm leaving important details out. but the email chain for this claim was like 50 emails.

Terrible experience with IFM. A repair that should have taken two weeks took an entire month. They were late with getting us an estimate and the car was returned a week after it was promised. We specifically asked if they had the expertise to complete the repair and after assuring us that they did, they towed the car to the dealership on two different occasions to complete the repair. To add insult to injury they charged us nearly $300 each way to tow the car 2 miles even though the car was drivable. They were always defensive and rude when we asked for explanations. The repair ended up costing a lot more than the estimate and they don't show any concern for price as insurance was paying. At the end of the day the quality of work was not too great either. Look elsewhere for repair and body work and stay away from IFM at all costs.I have given IFM a substantial amount of business this year and am deeply disappointed about their complete disregard for my concerns.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Not only are the staff & service friendly, efficient and effective, but IFM sent daily updates so I never had to wonder how the job was going, they made sure there was a seamless transition to a rental car and then to the rental car return so that I didn't need to worry about paperwork, and they kept my insurance company up to date with documents and reports as well. Plus my car was disinfected when I got it back, and cleaner than when I brought it in. hope my car never needs more body work, but if it does, this is definitely where I'll have it done!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service! They were prompt in making my repairs and the car looks amazing! They do a meticulous job and don't cut any corners. Even cleaned inside of car and washed my car. The car looks new and beautiful. They were also very friendly and very professional. So happy with the experience. Also rental car brought to me at the ifm center and can leave it there for enterprise to pick up. Made the whole process simple. Couldn't have asked for more. Very pleased!

Great experience. Dropped the truck off for repairs covered by GEICO. The entire process was extremely easy, the rental vehicle was there waiting for me, they updated me along the way with an estimated completion date (which they actually completed 10 days early), and the work was spectacular.Will definitely use them again if I ever need any sort of repairs done.

IFM Did an exceptional job servicing my vehicle after collusion. They provided updated communication on the status of my vehicle, they were transparent about costs, and they were even accommodating to get my vehicle repaired earlier than had been scheduled. Finally, I am very pleased with the quality of the work that they had done, my vehicle looks as good as new.

IFM did a fantastic job. The car looks like new. The process was fast, efficient and as painless as can be after smashing up your car. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to.Fast forward 3 months later, my car got smashed up again. Afterwards, I knew exactly where to go. IFM did a other great job. Good as new! Hopefully I won't have to add to this review again.

Second time we've used IFM for a Geico claim. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Everyone there is very professional. Repairs were completed earlier than expected and the car looks like new again. High recommend.

Absolutely the finest customer experience that I have ever had at a collision center. The rental car situation went seamlessly and the quality of the work is exceptional. I would also like to mention the fact that the staff goes way out of their way to make sure you are being attended to professionally and in a very friendly and thoughtful manner.

IFM Collision always does an amazing job. They are like business from days gone where they take great pride in their work. They are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them. It s nice to know that I am always in good hands when I give them my keys. They NEVER disappoint!

I was referred to IFM Collision Center by my insurance company following a motor vehicle accident. The whole process was seamless from making the appointment on-line to dropping my car off to checking in with with the very professional and friendly staff to getting a rental car. I was also given an estimate that same day and sent daily texts to keep me updated on the repairs to my car. I was then able to drop off my rental car, pay, review the repair work, and be on my way within 15 minutes! And my car looks BRAND NEW!!!Service: Painting
