I brought them my absolutely filthy - it's been used as basically a farm truck for two years - little Chevy Spark to be cleaned up before surprising a 16 year old with it as his first car. Even though I hadn't been able to plan in advance and make an appointment, Luis the manager couldn't have been more helpful, fit us in and just a few hours later, I picked up a car that was sparkling inside and out, smelled great (replacing the previous overwhelming scent of donkeys!) and renewed all over. I didn't really have time to do any repairs to the paint scraped off in back after an encounter with the corner of a barn while backing up once but Luis and the gentleman who did the detailing worked some sort of magic that darkened it so it blended with the rest of the car's black paintwork. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did - at a great price. The whole team was friendly and it was just a very positive experience from beginning to end.

After repairs on the whole left side of my car, it not only looks brand new, but my car was also thoroughly cleaned. Besides the actual repairs themselves, Ethos was an easy body shop to work with, receiving great service and attention despite their busy workloads. Louis was especially helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Ethos auto body is the place to go. Their staff are true pros and treat you like a person. They understand your problem and go beyond trying to satisfy you and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend. If I ever have issues I will definitely return. Luis will greet you and from the moment you walk in will handle everything.

100/10 experience. From start to finish, I felt completely safe with handing my car to Ethos Auto Body for my repairs. I recently used ethos auto body to fix damage on the front bumper of my truck. They are an excellent shop! Very friendly service and very professional. They detailed everything out for me on what had to be done and kept me updated on my truck during the process. They handled everything with insurance and made the whole process easy. When my truck was all done I couldn t believe on what an amazing job they did. Would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

My wife had an accident and I was looking for a body shop for her and found Ethos. The service was nothing short of amazing. Luis reported the claim for her and set up her rental reservation. Raymond called her every few days to make sure she was happy with the rental. Matt was an over all great guy to her. Her car was detailed at the end of the repairs and looks just like the day she got it. Five stars is not enough for their level of attention to details and customer service. I highly recommend Ethos Auto Body for your needs you won t be disappointed.

Ethos couldn t be better. Their staff was so helpful, responsive, and kind. I got a same day appointment and was kept up to date every step of the way. They even offered to drive me to work as I needed. Really top notch service- I would bring my Tesla there any day!

The team at Ethos was amazing! From filling out the paperwork and taking care of the rental car (both pick up and drop off) Luis made the entire process from start to finish completely seamless! The body work performed was professional and flawless, and my car looked brand new again when I picked it up... Somehow they outdid themselves again, Ethos auto-body, took in my almost totaled Camaro 2SS and made it look better than new. Throughout my entire experience with Ethos , they were extremely supportive and engaging during the process. They made sure to keep me updated and completed the job in a more than fair timely manner. Big thanks to Luis for honoring his word and doing everything he could to help me out and get done what needed to be done and as well as everyone on the Ethos team. Regardless of whatever you need done to your vehicle, it would make no sense to bring your car anywhere anywhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Wow - I am amazed at how Ethos took care of my Range Rover and returned it in mint condition. I am very particular about my car and was very upset when my parked vehicle was damaged and was tempted to not fix bc didn t think would look same. Well to owners Matt s word he and team has it looking excellent like never damaged and in my opinion better than pre existing condition. He walked me through everything and very transparent. I had lots of questions. His business is high class w excellent customer service. They are great at working w insurance so best to drop car to them let them deal w insurance and they will return your car all fixed fluffed and buffed and clean and shiny. My husband now wants to bring his Mercedes into them bc says my car looks like a new car. They did an outstanding job

Great experience. The original insurance estimate was extremely low which the insurer hopes you take. Ethos worked directly with the claims adjuster to receive the max amount to cover the whole repair (minus the deductible). The shop kept me informed of the car s status. It was repaired 100% like new and on time. Best experience ever at a body repair shop. Everything on the level. Thanks Ethos

This is a first class facility. Dan and his staff are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. They will guide you through the process of having your car repaired and will accomplish the repairs on time and on budget. It is obvious from the first moment that you speak with Dan that he will ensure that the damage is repaired to meet his high standards. Ethos provides its customers with a worry free experience.

Owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Easy to work with and accommodating. They do excellent, high quality work!I brought my car into Ethos Auto Body after having backed it into the garage frame of our house and after speaking with the owner Dan. Right off the bat, I felt at ease...the entire shop, from the front/waiting room to the actual shop floor itself was pristine. Further, Dan was welcoming and friendly and completely straight forward on the process and cost to fix this little boo boo! He also offered to help set me up with a rental car. Service was quick and Dan provided updates through out the process and was quick to respond when I asked questions. Last minute, I asked if they could also do an oil change and a cleaning of the interior. He gladly said yes without hesitation. When I picked up the car, I was beyond impressed with the results! It was better than I ever expected. No more dents, garage paint, etc. The exterior was cleaned and detailed, literally sparkling! The oil was changed, and the inside was cleaner than ever! They also managed to get 99% of our yellow labs hair off the black interior!!! From start to finish, the service at Ethos Auto Body is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend them and will certainly be back for future service!!!

Went there for an estimate. Tried to help by contacting the insurance company of the driver who crashed in to my car. It didn't work out and I will have to sue the driver personally. They were nice but I had to go elsewhere for a written estimate.
