Giuseppe was amazing and so easy to work with. He was able to help me get out of my current lease a find the truck I really wanted.I called him, handled most of the transaction over the phone (which is great when you don t have time/desire to go inside the dealership), and the fact that I drove off the lot in my brand new Grand Cherokee L the same day made it even better.

Just left the dealership with my son's new Ram 1500 Bighorn. Everything went as smooth as possible. Jason and Alden were fabulous!! Everything that was promised was delivered- and more!! Being in-market for a new car, I was referred to Bedford Jeep (New York) and I could not be happier that my referral came through. Bedford Jeep, specifically Alden Mayotte) helped me along every step of the way, understanding what was important to me and did what he could to get me to the price acceptable to me.Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with smiles, an expert team (knowing every detail of the vehicles) and a trusted advisor that helped me along the buying process.Once the decision was made and the car was ready to go, I was in-and-out the door within 30 minutes (due to my schedule), never feeling rushed and I was fully informed of my new vehicle as I drove off the lot!Outstanding job!

Great experience overall. Worked with Alden who was knowledgable and made the process of leasing a jeep very smooth. He responded immediately to the numerous questions I had and the jeep was ready to pick up at the time requested. I would definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly and my sales person was very knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience. They made me feel welcomed and was patient with my needs - I had a lot of questions. Not overly pushy like I have had in the past. They let me leave to think about it and I followed up afterwards. It felt good and no pressure. John Fles was my sales person. Tell him Dante sent you. He will likely laugh lol but really good guy. One of the better sales people I have met.

Made the lease of my 2023 Grand Cherokee fantastic! Visited in February and no Limited s available! No problem as they helped me decipher the process and the car arrived in record time. The delivery was so easy. Jason, Lisa and Anthony were all hands on deck making picking up my new car a pleasure! If you want a dealership with great folks and caring service go to Bedford Jeep!Edit: just in for 10000 mile service. Fast efficient service. Warren helpful and friendly! This review is for the Service Department. To be objective I will say that the necessary repairs were done however it took 3 weeks to do it. The car is 2 years old and on a lease. Had to be emergently towed to the dealership. It took 1 week to have someone take a look and diagnose the issue, 1 week to receive the part, and 1 week to install the part. No effort to provide a loaner. Everyone I communicated with was very nice but the process was extremely frustrating.

We have a major problem with our Dodge RAM purchased here. It took months just to diagnose the problem. The Power Pack is defective, so the battery does not stayed charged, and it's unpredictable when it will fail. We use it for business, thus, we need good service and follow up. While the routine service here, such as oil change and wheel alignment is fine, the follow up for the essential part we need for our truck has been very disappointing. We have been waiting months for a resolution, making numerous phone calls to the dealer. Oftentimes we were promised a return phone call with an update on the status of obtaining the part, but most of the time we had to do the calling. A customer should not have to work so hard to get answers and, as a business owner, how do I run the business if I don't have a truck that operates reliably? We now have an offer from the dealer for a replacement loaner vehicle (although we are still waiting on this). But if the dealer knew they had problems obtaining certain Stellantis parts, why did they not make that offer earlier? Why make us wait months and go through a lot of aggravation? Management is asleep at the switch here. We don't feel like valued customers.

The customer service there is great! Mike was knowledgeable and helpful in finding my dream car! He was able to find everything I asked for and more! Literally most amazing customer service! Warren saved my entire month, I am due with a baby next month and he made sure to to inform me and help me take care of all the things that would have expired on my car. He was patient, kind and caring. Sean has also helped me in the past and Kimberly on the phone got me in when I called last minute with no appointment. This team is beyond exceptional. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! I would never take my car anywhere else! Extremely professional!

Bedford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is great! Warren is the man and was immensely helpful. The team here is very honest and will tell you what s up. Waiting room/area is definitely better than most lol 4/5 stars because I felt like I was there for too long, but the work is quality!
