Prime as a company is new in the area. Recently took over guardian self storage. I came to rent here during the craziness of the transition. The manager Akii was so kind and helpful with everything. Very knowledgeable young man who kept a smile upon his face after I seen customers who were being extremely rude to him. As we were doing the rental there were upset customers coming in left and right and by the end of the conversation he had with them you better believe they left with a smile on their face. I was truly impressed. This office will be in great hands with him here.

Horribly unprofessional, the manager akil has no management skills nor respect for the customer. I do not feel comfortable having my stuff there, so I will be canceling my membership as well as taking my stuff out. I had my stuff there for years and never ran into an issue. This is unacceptable.

staff very friendly and helpful. facilities clean. store manager Vicki was able to reserve a storage for us a couple of weeks ahead of move in, which made it easier for our planning.

First time using self-storage. Website was nice and user-friendly, so quick + easy to get everything set up. Vicki was very helpful day-of, as I had some last minute items I had neglected to note to attend to. Location is also great and the facility appears pretty high-tech. Highly recommend overall.

Vicki is great! She is very friendly, helpful, and kind! I moved out of Guardian in New Windsor when I moved across the river, and now I'm back to Guardian in Beacon with Vicki and couldn't be happier. The new building is incredible and the location feels safe. Thank you to Vicki for your help! (:

I had the most incredible experience working with Vicki at guardian self storage in beacon. She walked me through the process of everything so clearly. I felt so supported and she helped lessen the stress of moving so much. Highly recommend!

I have been using Guardian Self Storage in Beacon for about a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. The facilities are clean, safe, and climate controlled as described, and the staff is wonderful. The manager, Vicki does an incredible job making everything seamless and pleasant. She's the best! There was an issue outside of the facility's and my own control that was handled swiftly and courteously, with excellent communication every step of the way. I absolutely recommend Guardian Self Storage's Beacon location!

Vicki does an exceptional job at managing these facilities. From the moment I was notified of availability, through the sign-up process and even setting up auto-payments everything was so simple and I felt well informed throughout the process. The facilities are very well cared for and ease of access is top notch. Highly recommend Guardian Storage in Beacon.

I always go with guardian between moves. Vicki has help me through 3 moves within the last 4 years and she's the best. Storage is hard to find these days but Vicki assured me she put me on the list and as long as I picked up when guardian called I'd have a unit. She's a wonderful person and she does her job really well, you won't get her professionalism and kindness at any other storage place trust me I move at least every other year.

Finding Guardian Self Storage was the most positive experience when I moved across country and needed a safe, clean place for my belongings. Vicki was so helpful in finding me a perfect size storage locker and she couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a safe and clean space to keep their stuff!!!

The reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is because of Vicki. It is nice dealing with someone who KNOWS their job and has a great personality! Moving is stressful enough, at least getting the storage unit wasn't.

We just rented our unit last week. Vicki was so nice, helpful and down to earth that we would have stayed all day talking to her. The units in Beacon and very clean and secure. I would definitely recommend Guardian Storage in Beacon. Thanks again Vicki!

Big thanks to Vicki at Guardian Self Storage - Beacon. Finding a temporary storage solution for our furnishings that are arriving from overseas next month was easy when talking with Vicki. The facility has easy access from Beacon and Fishkill too!

Clean facility with great service. Vicki was very kind and helped me rent a unit on last minute notice while she was getting ready to close the office for the night. I would definitely recommend Guardian Self Storage in Beacon if you're thinking of renting a storage unit.

This is the cleanest storage place I've ever been to. It still feels brand new. The access to the road is great and the location is very convenient. I'm glad I used this facility. The space I saved in my home is well worth the cost of storage. If you are thinking about storage options stop by and check it out. And no, I don't know them personally.
