I called for help after another body shop had incorrectly placed the backseat in my car, which meant I couldn t install my kid s car seat safely. On a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, Palisi s saw me and fixed the problem in less than an hour, plus didn t charge for their help. Highly recommend.

Absolutely above and beyond work. Came recommended from another friend who owns a very reputable auto repair shop in the Hudson Valley (Verplanck Auto).Bob Palisi and his wife are sweethearts. Thorough, kind, and professional. They set expectations early about the wait time but as with all things of quality, it was well worth the wait.The areas that Sam Dwy repaired on my car look as good as new, potentially better, and I even received the car clean, washed, and even the interior detailed.Can't thank Sam Dwy and the folks at Palisi enough. Beacon staples for a reason and absolute miracle workers. Was an honor bringing my car into them. I have used Palisi on several occasions since USAA first referred them to me. They do very good work, and I have always been satisfied. My door was basically crushed (hit while parked) and I couldn t close my car door unless I used bungee cords. My supervisor referred this company to me and I m so glad he did!!! They fixed my door so well I didn t even recognize my own car when it was time to pick it up! The paint was so spot on with a clean finish! I m so happy with the outcome !!! My Jeep was hit from behind on the highway; the bay door and bumper totally destroyed. Palisi fixed my Jeep and made it look brand new! They installed a new bay door and bumper, re-bent the frame and painted it. Absolutely amazing work! Great people, great service! Very nice dealing with them! Palisi Auto Body did some insurance work on my Dodge Challenger and the work was phenomenal. The paint matched perfectly and body work was also perfect. The work was done on time. I brought my car here after getting rear-ended and I could not be happier with the service I received. The man (I'm assuming the owner) was so polite, and when I wasn't sure how I was going to pick up the car, he kindly offered to bring it to me. My car was delivered on time, in beautiful condition. They even detailed the interior. When I tried to tip him, he politely declined. You don't see service like that anymore. I would absolutely recommend him.

Quality repairs, they did tie rods, control arms and other steering rpairs after we hit a rock on the Teutonic Parkway. Honest assessment and fair prices. Chris provides excellent customer service on the phone with updates and informed responses to questions. Worked well with our insurance co. Top notch auto body shop.
