Best experience ever! Our car died on our trip from Massachusetts to Maryland. We luckily landed in the cute town of Beacon. We called two local places who said they were too busy, and then we tried High End Auto and they said come right over. They did a quick diagnostic, get a part delivered and get us on our way in under 3 hours. We are super grateful for the kind and super fast service we received!!

Price gouging on towing .Had my car towed when Beacon replaced a street. Fine. It happens.I was prepared to pay somewhere near $300, give or take. Have had my car towed in Chicago and Manhattan over the years. It s never cheap.But $650 for four days of storage?$175 for the tow plus another $260 of non-standard tow fees?And they only take cash ?Must be nice for the owner to be buddies with the police The office lady said well, we only charge what the city allows Really?And they get to re-sell or scrap the cars of the people who don t pay the exorbitant cost.Sweet deal for you, High End Automotive.People: bring your business elsewhere.

We are 2 out of town women who experienced an engine warning as we headed on a 3 hr. car ride home. home. The shop was busy but took pity on our plight and worked above and beyond to get us on the road. Service like this is so unusual today. The ONLY place that I will ever take my vehicles. Carmelo, the owner, is honest and very fair. They saved me from buying a lemon and have done thousands of dollars worth of work for me in the past. Never had an issue with their impeccable work! Ashley, in the office is kind and always there to help, as is Michelle. They're just the best and I can't thank them enough for all they've done!

I brought my car here three times for service, each time I was given different information about my car. Each time I was told bring it back to be fixed. After 3x you would think they would have solved the problem by now. Instead ASHLEY, insists that it is not their problem and cannot help me. ASHLEY made me feel like such a burden to ask what is going on with my car. As a Receptionist this is your job to update me. she is EXTREMELY RUDE and could care less about helping you. OH and the best part of all after 3x of wasting money, ASHLEY said nothing I paid for matters and will have to pay again after being told I will not be charged since I came back for the same service (to find out what is wrong with my car) and ASHLEY HAD NO ANSWERS FOR ME. Lesson learned, money wasted.

I've been using high end auto for many years. Carmelo and Ashley have been there since I was a kid growing up. Helping my whole family with mechanical work. I do most mechanical work myself, but when ever I have a major job or a head scratcher, I always use them. They always do the best work and never let me down. And their price is always fair. I am extremely meticulous with my cars and they are always right there with me. Anyone ask me where to bring their car. I brought my vehicle for a new clutch. I was quoted a price of 750. I ended up bring wrong and it was the transmission. They wanted 1300 for a used trans. I brought my own and they installed it with no issues. However it took them 3 weeks just to get it into the shop. They finally called to tell me it was done. Keep in mind its been 4 weeks sitting there. My everyday driven vehicle. Then I'm told its 1177$ for the work. I told the owner Carmello that I was told it was 750 on more than one occasion by his computer person, Ashley. He said it was impossible and I ended up paying well over my price I had been under the impression I had to pay. They did good work and I trust the work was done right.but I kept getting pushed off and was lied to about the price.***edit*** i had not realized at the time I had no reverse lights and bolts were left stripped and not correctly inserted into their respective threads. They never responded to the Better Business Bureau about the formal issues.Service: Transmission

Open and honest communication from Ashley and Carmelo, I am always treated with kindness and respect when I go there for repairs and knowing I am not a car guy they break down the repairs very simple for me and show me what needs to be fixed. Their biggest concern was my safety and that is a feeling I left with. It was Thanksgiving Eve and I appreciate them getting the car in and out in one dayServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

My car got swiped and the whole front end had to be replaced. Michele guided me thru the whole process, and was amazing throughout. The work they did was also top notch. Hopefully I won't have to go thru this again, but if so I'm definitely coming back.

I was referred here by the Mavis down the road to have my car's thermostat looked at. Despite having a busy day ahead of them, they took in my car and gave me a ride to work on Beacon's Main Street. When I returned at the end of the day, they had not encountered the same issues that I had with my engine overheating, even driving the car around for over 20 minutes. Not sure what happened there but the problem went away for me too so I won't question it! I was prepared to pay a labor charge, but they did not charge me since they said they couldn't find a problem to run diagnostics on. As a young woman, I have sometimes found myself getting talked down to or even being overcharged when getting my car looked at alone, but they were so gracious and honest and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back if any further issues arise.

On Aug 18/2020 From out of town and my vehicle was overheating. After calling I was told to bring it in. They got right on it and replaced my Thermostat. Very appreciative of such nice and "quick" Service. AUG 19 2020 Van started to overheat again. New diagnosis at another shop in Wingdale-- BLOWN HEAD GASKET. Make sure you re clear and have it in writing what you got done. Ashley will act like she has no clue what you re talking about if you have to take it back.

Even though they were very busy they managed to squeeze me in and discovered an oil leak that had almost emptied the tank...I was so relieved! Very good service and nice people to boot.
