I called at 11am to inquire about replacing a headlight. Stacy told me to come in, I came in at 11:30am. She took a look at my headlight, picked out a new one and replaced it in less than 10 minutes despite the store being very busy. She is efficient and skilled! Would highly recommend this store.

Love this place I choose to come to this auto zone over the rest of the stores because the employees are well educated on cars.Ran into a new employee named Ravon he helped me understand the issues on my car saving me from stress and ultimately fixing the vehicle.Definitely ask for him if plan on visiting this store in particular.

Retail workers often catch a lot of flak for their customer service, but the staff at this AutoZone location are super helpful. Definitely recommend it.

Tyler was extremely helpful. He assisted me with picking out the correct size windshield wipers for my vehicle and installed them as well. And I am glad I went with the wipers he suggested.

I spoke with store rep.Rayvon working at the Beacon Auto Zone he was polite and professional at answering questions about dashboard codes and how to resolve issues, concerns and battery problems.l am very thankful for his assistance.

Amazing customer service from really warm and kind people! I came in to buy a battery and my car died as I tried to leave with my new battery. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and Kerwin especially took care during the installation. He checked and double checked everything, even made sure to replace a piece of the attachment hardware to guarantee everything was safe before I left. I felt like family here and I'm really grateful to everyone there.

Stacy S. at the Fishkill/Beacon location is one of the managers apparently there and she is the most foul person I have ever dealt with at any store I have ever visited! She had a nasty attitude from beginning to end and when I was walking out to leave because of the service without saying anything to her she got even nastier saying I needed to leave the store. That's when I got upset and got into an argument with her and she even threatened to fight! Never have I experienced anything like this before corporate needs to definitely do something about her.

Was personally attacked by an AutoZone employee in the Vails Gate STORE! Still have unpaid medical bills. I understand this employee still works for Autozone at another location. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Will NEVER go there or use another AutoZone store again. Shame on Regional Management to keep this EXPLOSIVE VIOLENT EMPLOYEE with the company.Not sure why this was never posted on their web site.

We went to have our battery changed as the car was having difficulty starting, but when it was changed the car wouldn t start at all. The woman who changed it realized it was the starter, tested the old battery and confirmed that it was doing fine. They contacted a local mechanic they know who assisted me with the starter replacement and refunded the battery charges. They were extremely helpful and supportive.

I had a bad experience here last week and had written a bad review for the store, citing the shockingly poor customer service that I received. I have since given the store another chance, and feel obligated to change my review. The customer service that I experienced in my recent visit was exceptionally good. The employee that helped me was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. A second employee who rung me up was also exceptionally nice and willing to help and chat. Regarding my experience last week, I may just have caught someone on a bad night. I'm happy to move forward and plan on revisiting this store.

I ve been to the store twice now and the customer service is impeccable! These wonderful humans go out of their way to make sure that you can find everything you need an offer a helping hand. I highly recommend the store. The staff is so incredible!

James was very friendly and helpful. Determined I didn't need a battery and checked everything out like the starter and the alternator which was all good. He even cleaned my terminals as well as installed them alter putting on yep felt terminal protectors with special contact lubricant as a courtesy! Thanks, James!!

Kelly was the sales person I talked to with a problem I was having with a heater/ac blower part. In spite of me giving her the wrong model car by mistake she was able to find the part for me. She was patient, courteous and correct in her knowledge of the parts.... she also made it fun and we shared a few laughs over it...she was terrific. So , by the way, was her co-worker who' and name escapes me at this time, hopefully Kelly will know who he was and pass on my thanks to him, as well...All in all the service was terrific and very much appreciated... Great helpful service.Not only did they get from behind the counter and go grab the right oil filter that I needed. They also instead of giving me a rain check call me out the door with a wry similar product for the deal.

Only rating 4 stars due to their website. The staff is great! Especially Nicha ( hope I spelled that right) another employee looked up a sideview mirror that I desperately needed for obvious reasons on my work van. They did everything correctly typing in the information as far as make model and year of the van. The website had several different mirrors that website said would fit. Not even close when I received it. I looked it up myself and same issue. None were correct. Nicha was very kind and helpful with my return and offered to do some more research. I was able to find it elsewhere already, however I would still shop there. I go fairly often and this is my first issue and it certainly does not fall on the staff or this location.

These guys are great, very knowledgeable, I recommend stopping in and asking them questions before you bring your car to the mechanic. These guys have helped me save money on repairs in the past, let them hook your car up to their computer and read the codes, at best it could be a simple repair you can do yourself, at worst you'll leave knowing what's wrong with your car and you won't get ripped off by a mechanic.

Yesterday my car battery suddenly died while I was out doing errands. I called my dad to come jump start me and we went to auto zone on south road Poughkeepsie to get a new battery. I drive a Hyundai and for whatever reason the battery lined up a little weird so my dad wasn't able to secure my battery well. I was super stressed out as I commute to work during the week and my usual mechanic wasn't around on Sunday's. I went to auto zone in Beacon and I was so stressed out because of the typical abundance of mechanics who don't know what they're doing or the deceitful ones who want you to spend more money. Werwin took the time to come out and look at my car and was able to to solve the problem within 5 minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable and I'm so grateful for his help. If I ever have a car problem again I'm very likely go to back to auto zone beacon and I hope he'll be there!

The staff turn over is high, but some how I've been safe guarded from ever having a bad experience with this Beacon location. The few staff members who stick around are great.

Kelly Mahoney was a great help she is an amazing sales person and helped my put on the right wippers for my truck and car was very very happy for the right wipper blades and the great prices love autozone and the workers treat each other like family :) good job kelly will recomend you to eveyone

Great customer service, they're also friendly and welcoming they help you get the job done they can get you in and out with no complications and anything about cars that you don't know what's wrong they can just about help you with anything

I have been to other AutoZone's before but this one by far was the best experience ever.. My son brought his first used car there & needed help and the most knowlegable person I've ever met & so honest helped him.. I won't go anywhere else again.. Thanks Duane
