Found V&S via google search and saw its high reviews & comments, so I decided to take one of my cars there for an alternator replacement.I was originally gonna do it myself cause I'm the 'if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself' type of guy, but it was raining cats&dogs that day, and I just moved to an apt with no garage/driveway.So I had my reservations, but Vincent provided comfortable reassurances from start to finish. He was also thorough with letting me know the other things that was going on with my car, which I already knew of, but knowing of what he pays attention to, adds to peace of mind.I'd definitely use V&S again.Thanks Vincent, much appreciated.

All of the staff at V&S were polite and helpful. They repaired my car a few years back and did an amazing job so I knew who to call when my car was recently hit. They still provided stellar work, my car looks perfect and even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Nobody wants to need body work, but they made this a pleasant experience and I would recommend V&S to anyone who asks

Vincent and his team were absolute angels. My car had major damage after a hit and run. Vincent was transparent, communicative and kind. After 3 and a half weeks my car was returned and it looks beautiful! I couldn t be more grateful. Thank you for being efficient and transparent in a very stressful time for me. Honest Review 2018 Honda CRVGot into my first accident and collision which caused major damage to the side of my car, had to replace both doors. USAA recommended Vincent and his team to me and I called them immediately and they took my car in right away. Very clean place.Took about four weeks and a half to fix and they did a great job. I don t think anyone is perfect in this world, they forgot to do one small thing but when I called they didn t complain but was very professional and fixed the problem literally in 5 minutes.I wouldn t mind seeing them again if I ever have to. Great service. They used factory parts for my vehicle. The service was very courteous, particularly Jay. They had Enterprise rental car service pick me up. Jay explained in detail what was expected and answered any questions I had. I had my car back in less than a week. Fantastic service!

I have had to use V and S after my car was hit twice within a 4 month period.after the first time I would highly recommend them and went right back after my car got hit the second time. I will always recommend them.My husbands car was also serviced there and he is very picky about his car and we have been totally satisfied. Vinny and Sal and Jay have always been accommodating and professional

I've been coming here for the last 5 years or so, originally with my Hyundai Sonata from 2010, and now with my new Ford Explorer, a company vehicle. I trust Vincent with both, and I've never gone wrong. I don't expect him to be "cheap" on the wallet because you have to pay for good service.Today, I picked up my Ford Explorer after someone rear-ended me. It took almost a month to get it back, but when I did, it was all washed inside and out, tires all shiny and stuff... very impressive. Good, professional work. I appreciate the honesty, above all.

Big Thanks to V&S for taking Great care of my Truck .After the dealer ruined my bumper V&S stepped up to the Plate and knocked it out. Believe me I am Extremely critical of the color matching and Making sure it comes out 100% . Don't let the shade in the pick fool you. Take my word for it no Complaints here I Will Be Back very soon . Definitely Recommend these guys over any other shop including my old Body shop .They're fired ! Thanks again to Sal and Vincent and his team.

I found V&S through an insurance claim after a car accident. The first thing I did was I searched for it, and I found it had more than 100 positive reviews and decided to take my car to them. Best decision ever! They did an outstanding job. Car was repaired before the estimated day, and it looked like nothing ever happened. Vicent, Salvador, and their team made this process so smooth and were very helpful and professional along the way.

I used to use pep boys nearby this shop.I walked past V&S couple times and saw that their shop was decent sized and very clean.So I decided to bring in my recently purchased vehicle for oil change.Car was serviced quickly and everything was done cleanly.Overall it was a good experience. I'll probably continue to bring my vehicles to V&S.

I just picked up my car after having them replace my thermostat. They charged $542.91(2.7 hours labor = $145/hr*2.7=$391.50. Others for the parts). They said it will take a day to replace and they called as soon as it s ready. I do not have any complaints about the timeline.But the thing I did not like about is that they did not tell me the cost before fixing. I asked how much and they said they dont know. They need to look and will let me know shorty. But I got to know how much it costs when i pick up the car. I googled the the price range and $542 was way over my expectations. I wish I knew how much it would be before they started working.

Broke down in a torrential downpour with our dog and a baby in the car along with everything we needed for a weekend away. Vincent and his team got us in an out, did everything possible for us. We are so grateful

Called in regards to replacing a alternator told him I had the part and said "I rather use my parts we put warranty on our parts ". I said I'm getting it from autozone and it comes with a warranty so then he got nasty and said "so have them install it " and hung up on me.....would never give none of my money to this business ....horrible customer service!!!!

Got into an accident and was recommended by Allstate for the repairs. They were incredible! So friendly and personable. My car looks brand new. They estimated 7-10 days for the repair and it was ready in 8 days - perfect!! Vincent kept me updated on everything called 2-3 times just to keep me informed. My car needed some fairly minor repairs done after an accident. It s never any fun to have to repair your vehicle, but the staff there made the process bearable. Their prices were fair, their customer services excellent, the standard of work impeccable, and the fact that they went above and beyond what they were asked to do means I will come back here if I need to in the future.Service: General repairs

I strongly recommend this company - if you are in bayside and need any body work done, V&S is the place to go.I first met Vince at V&S when I urgently needed my car inspected. Vince inspected the car promptly, and when the inspection revealed that my tires needed replacement, helped me replace them quickly with no hassle whatsoever.I went back to Vince for help when I got rear-ended. I had never been in an accident before, and Vince told me exactly how to work with the third party insurance company. During the repair process, the third party insurance company dragged their heels, and as a result, I had to check in with Vince daily for almost a week. Despite my constant check-ins, Vince remained very friendly and helpful. Even though the insurance company took over a week to approve the paperwork, Vince had the repairs completed within 3 days. On top of everything, when I picked up my car, I found that Vince had very professionally cleaned the inside of the car. My car was quite messy before I brought it in, so I did not expect for it to be cleaned for me, and I am very grateful.If I ever need any work done on my car, I will go to Vince for help, and I strongly recommend him and V&S.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car got hit in November and brought my car for repair with USAA's recommendation. Vincent was really helpful and accommodating, he stayed after hours to diagnose my damage due to my working hours. They deal with USAA directly and no headache on my end. All I had to do was drop my car off, and pick it up (he even finished the work so I could pick up a few days early in holiday season). Repair looked great, very transparent with pricing, quality service and attentive to detail. I would recommend V&S. I had my car back for over a month and no issues.Helpful tips: They work with Enterprise also, you can give Enterprise a call and they would pick you up/ drop you off at V&S.

Had to take my Hyundai Tucson in as my catalytic converter was stolen. Once I dropped my car off, the repair was done in 2 days! They dealt with my insurance (Allstate) and made this easy for me. I would recommend this shop to others.
