Surprised But Very Happy!I did a thorough review search on this Shop & did not see a lot of positive feedback. But sometimes you just have to try places for yourself. This was my first time there.To my surprise, I was very impressed. Went for an inspection which failed & from the reviews folks didn t have a good outcome. My experience however was wonderful, they did what was needed to repair my car with new parts & passed inspection. Great job Ben & Staff.

My family and I have been coming to Ben for years with any car troubles. I unexpectedly got a flat tire today and they were able to help & replace my tire for me within the same day. Everyone is very nice and super helpful, they are trustworthy and I never have any complaints after I leave the shop!

It's unfortunate but I will no longer be coming here. I recently went for an inspection & was told I needed front & rear brakes (I knew about the front). They then told me I needed rotors too because they were warped (they weren't, I checked & the shop that did the work confirmed they weren't warped in the slightest). I wanted to see what kind of price I would get if I did the work & it came to almost $1000 & if I did just the brakes around $600. NONE of what they said was true other than the front brake pads needing to be changed. I used to trust this place quite a bit & have been coming off & on for years but never again. It takes one time & I'm done. Not gonna say don't choose them, just going to say be careful if you do.

Had them do exhaust work less than a year ago. Noticed a short time after my tip was hanging low. Looked under and the new exhaust pipe they used was completely rusted. Spoke to owner explained everything he said no problem come by well take a look. I told.him I just want my money back bc I don't trust them to fix right way. When I went in the owner wasn't there but the son was. Real prick. Gave me an attitude like I did something wrong. Ended up walking out bc he was getting confrontational

SCAMMERS!!!! Horrible place, My wife took our family van for an inspection and they said we needed 2 new tires, wheel fasteners and also told her there was a leak on the steering fluid pump and a whole bunch of other " visual safety fails" NO ONE Emission fail code. When I was able to check the car NONE of their visuals fails were true. They just wanted of take advantage of the situation.DO NOT take your car here for an inspection they will try to get money out of you!!!!

Ben called me a liar on the carfax review where I gave him a poor review. He insinuated I didn't change my air filters after my last oil change and laughed when I said I did it myself questioning me three times when i said i You tubed it.Obviously a rude, sexist remark. Well I have the receipt from Advanced Auto Parts for the cabin airfilter purchased the day you changed my oil on 8-16-23. As I told you the engine filter was back ordered and purchased when it came in and put in the car. It sounds like you owe me an apology but I'm sure you won't reach out for that or to see the receipt.

Bad place, car was failed for inspection said I needed 4 new tires, they are new tires. Also said all 4 wheels were removed and they were not as they have no finger prints or markings were as dusty as before, do not take your car here for an inspection they will try to get money out of you!

Worse experience ever. They failed my inspection. It's a newer car 2018 they said my windshield wipers were no good. It was so minor, I had my son put on the new ones took less than 2 mins. He claim my rear brake pads were metal on metal which I just changed myself took me 20 mins they weren't metal on metal. He also failed me for a tire which still has tread. He said it doesnt meet state requirements. When I push what is the size of the state requirements because all tires treads are different. The young kid got rude and said I could fail all ur tires but just did this one. Which is a lie all my tires were new except that 1. I got a flat back in October n replaced 1 and after our first snow storm this year I change front tires. 3 new tires but he said he can fail all of them? The worst service ever. All repairs were so minor except the tire which they sell he could have just said Buy a new tire now or it will fail. Took down the block and pass with only changing the wipers n pads myself NOT THE TIRE... Will report this place

I just popped up to the shop and was greeted with a smile and excellent service. They gave me a time to return and were ready for me when I came back. The wait time was very quick and the gentleman answered all of my questions clearly. They even gave me awesome recommendations about my tires. I was called and told that they forgot to put the air filter back in my car. When I went there I was told to pop the hood" I said no I will get my kids situated first then I will record the mechanic because this sounds like b.s. Then they said it wasn't my car it was someone else. What? They sent me on my way. I really hope they didn't screw up my car.

Went for car inspection and failed due to 1 lower ball joint was damaged. To have both lower balls joint replaced with wipers blades and air filter, it would cost me $1,100. I went to the autopart and replaced the wiper blades with air filter and then I took the car to a different shop the same day. The inspection passed without any issues and questions; it took them about 20 minutes to inspect the car.

USA is the number 1 place I go for all my auto repairs. I've been a customer for the entire 17 years. Not once has USA not made it right. I've tried many Mechanics in the area, USA is the best by far Try them once and you will feel the same way

I will give you a -5 rating if I can. These people will rip you off even for the smallest thing and fail your inspection. They will tell you to change brakes and wipers even though these are still good just to make money out of youService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have a 2019 Lexus and I just got service from Usa Auto repair on Valentine s Day I have been a customer for years and I highly recommend anyone to come down to get there car serviced the mechanics take pride In caring for your car there honest and will help you the mechanics are great and down to earth if you have a Audi Mercedes bmw or any type of vehicle rest a sure you come to the right place whatever parts tires filters they have . Ben and the other guys are excellent techs...they will fix your car fast and it will be done right !- but the young kid -his son has a nasty nasty attitude - you can just feel the negativity just spew from this kid !....the other guys in the shop are class act technical geniuses they do excellent work i trust them with my car every time ! First time @ USA AUTO for repair. My car had been on & off idling weirdly shaking when at a full stop. I was due for an inspection and passed at another garage( apparently no warning light , no issue) Ben listened to my situation , and discovered my spark plugs needed replacing ( the car is 10 years old) Repaired & driving smooth.. even at red lights!!! I took my van in for a routine oil change and tire rotation . Turns out I had a shock leakage in the front alignment which is dangerous. Ben the owner and Ogan the mechanic handled the situation beautifully and we're very knowledgeable and considerate. The pricing was competitive and although the wait was long it was totally worth it! Thank you all again I look forward to returning with my other car! God Bless
