I couldn t be happier. The shop is experienced, professional, and customer focused; they really went to bat for me against my insurance company. The work they did was AMAZING. My jaw literally dropped when I picked up my car. I want to thank the entire team at Unique Autowerkz. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Much love!

They do not prioritize their customers (long response times), or were not respectful with me. They don't take their time in making sure everything is done right as there are some paint stains on the headliner, and that they don't thoroughly check in replacing all connectors (my sunroof). Verbally agreed for 650 stars, dual color and was not given that service even though I paid for it. They also still have my sunvisors that were supposed to be swapped to black suede, and have not returned them to me. Brought it up to Dan and he "promised" to get it done. Do not chose them to work on your car, they are not trustworthy and will scam you.

The whole crew is phenomenal.I have been been taking all of my cars to unique for 2 years now.My weekend cars, my daily cars as well as my work trucks. They do it all.Thank you guys for always coming thru.Highly recommend.

How can I start? I was on the southern state parkway driving my 2022 Porsche Cayenne when all of a sudden I heard a loud thump and what sounded like my driveshaft was dragging on the floor. I called dozens of tow truck companies, and no one was actually working. I called Unique auto works in Bayshore and their driver, Anthony came within less than 30 minutes, he really save the day. If you guys are gonna use a tow truck company definitely call him.
