It's hard to really describe how knowledgeable and good Jim and his shop are.In the past I owned the first year 392 Challenger and remember how far behind the aftermarket options were behind the LS and Ford offerings at the time.What Jim has been able to learn, engineer and do on countless builds since then is nothing short of astonishing.I recently had lifter failure on a 6.4 Jeep SRT and figured with the cost of a new stock block it gave me an opportunity to go with something more performance oriented for not much more $$.I called the shop and was connected with Jim who agreed I almost definitely had lifter failure and needed a new block and to bring it by whenever I could.I figured the sooner I got it there the better just to get it off the road and mitigate the damage.Within 2 minutes of getting there Jim and I were going over various options, pricing and ETA for completion.I opted to do a 426 swap, with a stage 2 comp cam and long tube headers. The internals would be fully forged and leave the option open for serious forced air options in the future.He gave me a price all in that was right on target with what I've heard and a really reasonable time frame given the amount of work and how busy the shop is.Both price and time frame were exactly accurate.When I got the call it was done Jim explained the night before he just wasn't happy with something and had driven it along the day before and diagnosed a cracked oil cooler which he fixed at no additional cost because we had agreed to x amount "all in", he didn't have to do that and I appreciate him being a true class act and professional.After a few days driving it I'm absolutely in love with how it came out and will just say if you have a modern hemi that needs anything there is no more knowledge, competent, fair shop that exists.Huge thank you to Jim and his crew for their passion and unrivaled expertise.Their reputation with the modern hemi is unrivaled and the way he runs his business as well as how accessible he is and way he meticulously explains all options with pros and cons is simply something incredibly rare in any industry.To recommend True Street Performance would be an insult, I can't stress enough that the list of places for modern hemi work starts and ends with Jim's shop.

Jim and the whole staff were amazing. They also got me my car back earlier then the time expected. And the price was unbeatable. The car performance wise is night and day. Would recommend to everyone with a hemi to go to him

I live about 5 blocks from a Dealership. I would sooner pay to have my truck towed to Jim before I use anyone else. If you love your Hemi, you are doing yourself an injustice If you allow anyone to touch your vehicle besides them.

This is a great shop. Jim is responsive and great to work with. He spent the time to meet with me and answer all of my questions. He even showed me around the shop while I was there! I could tell right away that he was detail-oriented and cared about his customers. I'm very happy with the work done on my car.

Just an overall great experience Jim fixed prior shops mistakes on my Jeep along with pointing out other maintenance that had to be done. Top notch speed shop. I wouldn't bring my hemi anywhere else. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. He takes great pride in what he does and does it right. He installed a pro charger on my challenger and took the time to sit and talk to me before and after explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Thank you

Jim and AJ really know their Hemi engines they really do a phenomenal job, they really know their stuff they fix whatever problem needs to be fixed and you ll never see that problem again. Jimmy and his team are fantastic! Long story short my dodge dealership quoted me 25k in repairs to fix a check engine light. Absolutely hilarious, I know ! Jim fixed my car for 1600$ lol. Solid stand up guy, loved working with them.

Jimmy b& AJ are top notch. They understand the customer and what he truly needs without selling them BS. Jimmy always has to correct other mechanics F up s and Nvr complains. I Don t usually write reviews, but True Street Performance is the place to go for your Mopar needs. Aside from the competitive pricing and wealth of knowledge, they remember their customers, There s a welcoming voice answering the phone and Jim is always willing to give technical advise long after the work is completed to make sure your happy with the end result.

I bought my Jeep in to get a supercharger installed. They did a GREAT job putting it together. I was really frustrated with the shop I originally went to. He calmed me down and reassured me that he can fix the problems. He took me on a tour of the shop and helped me fix problems that another shop had overlooked. I called him from time to time to ask questions about certain things and he NOT ONCE turned down my calls or texts. A++++++++

Best hemi shop around. Jim is the HEMI DOCTOR knows everything there is to know about these cars and builds some of the meanest stuff around. Don t think about taking your car anywhere else, this is the guy. Jim is a professional and so is his team. They re more than knowledgeable. let the work speak for itself when you walk into the shop. After a bad experience with another shop Jim had done his utmost effort to get our car up and running perfectly. He started from the bottom and found multiple errors that another shop had done. Needless to say he fixed them on our procharged 426 and we couldn t be happier. This is the only place I d ever trust with a hemi.

Jim and Aj know exactly what their doing, I walked in and spoke with Jim for 15 minutes discussing past issues with work done on my 06 Yellow Daytona by other shops. Well lets just say gave him a budget of and after 3 weeks I was in no rush and 1.25 pages of parts, labor, upgrades and tune by "Aj" all I can say is WOW!. Better than if it was new, engine runs smoothly and quiet in the bay but purring out the back with a nice pulse from the cam upgrade. I will definitely come back here and looking forward to it.

I brought in my trackhawk to get some repairs and maintenance performed, I had some issues from a previous shop. The crew at true street performance fixed everything. I even had some room in the budget for a few upgrades. They were very professional and kept me updated on the whole process step by step. The in-house tuner dialed the car in on the dyno, I love my trackhawk again.
