Saw this guy around 11am today on 27 West driving aggressively through traffic. I was very concerned for my safety as the driver initially passed the car I was riding in from the right, and then cut over from the right lane into the left lane in one maneuver with no signal light as well. He then proceeded to make the same dangerous maneuver back into the right lane. Those actions are dangerous and can easily cause an accident. If there was a car on the truck, the extra weight would definitely make the truck lose control, and maybe even tip.I also noticed there was a Help Wanted sign in the rear window. I hope you replace this man with a professional.

Very ride and unprofessional staff, this is one of the worst places, they do what ever they want with peoples personal property, My car disappeared under there care, i called and they said that they literally threw my car out without even giving me a notice or warning about anything and the car is still registered under my name and im still paying insurance for it also the just threw the car out with all my important documents personal items including all my childrens stuff backpack stroller car seat ect...... and also the most important the licence plates how they can do something like this, if i could i will give it 0 stars this place does not deserve to be open and operating, im going to sue this place for negligence. I suggest people no to trust this location they are horrible people.

From the moment Will got to the scene of my family s accident after being called by the police he was on top of things. Confident, attentive and professional. The claims contact at TNT Tanya was very helpful and informative during the short time they had our vehicle. While we ended up transferring our damaged new car to a family friend s shop, I m thankful for the professionalism shown by the two people I mentioned above at TNT during the initial stages of our claim.

My experience with T&T Autobody Towing was great and, quite frankly, a lifesaver. This is my first time ever needing to be towed really, but the experience was stress-free thanks to my rep, Sebastian (AKA Columbia). He asked for details on the car s condition, its running state, and checked out the problem under the hood himself with me. Afterwards, he advised me on how to properly get it fixed while en route back to my house amidst generally pleasant conversation. He was gentlemanly, kind, and sweet - a good and sincere person. My car was left perfectly in place for it to be repaired and checked out later, but should I ever require autobody assistance ever again, T&T will be the first ones I ll call.

I had a bad neck with these people I changed the gasoline pump they charged me 300 for the part. and 400 for labor at 3 months was damaged. and I replaced it but they charged me again 400. total paid $1100 dollars for a gasoline pump. i feel robbed don't go to tha place

No Stars an absolute nightmare(sadly that choice isn't available)...possibly looking to do class action lawsuit. After reading the reviews on multiple sites this seems to be the trend not the exception. Clearly dragged their feet at every opportunity to accrue storage fees! First instance was the "LOT" guy wasn't around to check to see if my vehicle was taken to their location...took 8hrs to find a vehicle that was right out their backdoor(on a lot that is maybe 150x150). Would not even let me come look when I offered. After signing release form to have vehicle taken somewhere else for repairs took them 3 days to figure out fees since their billing guy wasn't around!! That is the short story it is much more entailed. If anyone is interested in joining in class action comment below I will keep an eye out.

I will never bring my car back here again!! Nor would i recommend it to anyone!! Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for auto repair. They did a half ass job, my car makes noises it never made before and may i also mention they left their greasy fingerprints all over my ceiling. They left damages on my car, made excuses for the damage they did and don t even have the decency to even get a call back!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Your tow truck driver was a true professional. I am sorry that I did not get his name. I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needed a tow. The driver was very efficient and proficient. He had my car up on the flat bed in no time and had me to my destination in no time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I m not understanding why there s negative reviews however this company is wonderful. Our whole family uses there services for everything from repairs to towing. They are absolutely amazing & very friendly. They work extremely hard & everyone needs to try their services before making rude comments. Thank you to the entire staff for always going above & beyond from the Gonzalez/Flores Family

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY..MY VEHICLE WAS ROBBED BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE. HERES THE STORY.. Honestly the worst service I've ever engaged in service wise. Called at the OPENING of business and left all my info, they never called me back. Tried to say it was my fault I didnt keep calling and following up and tried to charge me more daily fees. I argued tooth and nail because I shouldn't have to pay for the incompetency of their "manager" Gryph.. Then they agree to tow my car to my house while I'm at work and 1.5 hours after my car gets dropped off at my house [130pm afternoon!!] IRONICALLY EVERYTHING got robbed out of my car in a good neighborhood that doesnt see crime. Tools, clothes, camping equipment, my radio, even garbage!!. When I called the tow truck driver he admitted he USED MY TOOLS BUT PUT THEM BACK ...called Gryph to ask what the policy was on LEAVING CARS UNLOCKED AFTER THEY TOW THEM TO THE HOUSE AND TOW TRUCK DRIVERS USING PEOPLES PERSONAL ITEMS and he refused to answer my question or let me speak to the Owner of the business. Disgusted isnt the word. We have to let BBB know they are taking advantage of their consumers who have no choice in the matter of where their car ends up because of the highway patrol contract they obtained with SCPD... LETS A CALL BETTER BUINESS BUREAU. IF ENOUGH OF US COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND HOLD VEHICLES AS HOSTAGE AND THE WAY THEY DEAL WITH THE AUTOMATIC HIGHWAY PATROL CONTRACTS , THEY COULD LOOSE THE CONTRACT = NO MORE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN A BAD SITATUON. Judging by everyones comments, their business rating across MULTIPLE platforms and everyone else's comments - it would appear that losing the highway patrol contract would be a learning moment in business management and service. THEY ARE THEIVES....

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The owner is so aggressive and rude, charged me a ridiculous amount of money for having my car towed. He was also extremely threatening and told me to call his personal phone number when I arrive. Absolutely horrible.

After Hyundai's "road side assistance: failed to assist my daughter stuck at SCC, I called around for rates to get our car from Brentwood to Bay Shore. Most of the people I called were ridiculously expensive. And then I tried TNT. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease since I no longer live in NY and was relying on them to help my daughter. They were prompt and I will definitely use them again should we ever have a need again.

HORRIFYING COMPANY!!!! I called for a tow they picked up my car and lost my car. I called the next to to find my car they were extremely rude, ghetto and didn't care for what they did. 3 full days and NO CAR they procrastinated and didn't tell me they lost my car i had to find out.
