Shotgun Offroad was a huge help in fixing my old 1985 Toyota LN65 Turbo Diesel. It's a rare truck, and I had trouble finding a shop in the 5 Boroughs or Long Island willing to perform the repairs. Shotgun Offroad stepped up without any hesitation.At our scheduled appointment, Jim and Eddie explained everything in a way I could understand the problems with my truck, how much it would cost, and what needed fixing. They kept me updated during the repairs, letting me know where they were getting the parts, when they would arrive, and sharing other important updates.They were super organized, taking pictures and keeping detailed records of each step. The team was amazing, going out of their way to make sure I knew how things were progressing and answering all my questions. Fixing suspension issues can be tough, but Shotgun Offroad made sure I was back on the road quickly.After the rear axle repairs, my truck's gas mileage got a lot better, and they even found and fixed a turbo oil leak. I want to say a big thank you to Shotgun Offroad for taking the time to do the job right, on time, and within my budget! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality repairs.

I went to Shotgun Offroad to get new 37 BFGoodrich inch tires and KMC wheels for my jeep wrangler. The service was great and fast, they got me exactly what i wanted and gave me good knowledge and advice while being very nice and professional. I will definitely be going back to this shop for any future upgrades.

I have to say I have been to a lot of different places for my 4Wheel drive needs and Shotgun off road is by far the best! There attention to detail, understanding and capability is by far the best on Long Island. There staff is friendly and my truck not only looks great, it is more capable than ever.I highly recommend Shotgun Off Road

Amazing customer service had some questions about lighting for my 2023 F350 Tremor. Jim was so helpful before and after the sale, had some LP6s shipped right to my door. Thank you Jim, I will be long time customer!

I got my Jeep in 2019. Since, I've visited a whole bunch shops in Suffolk county trying to find people who are exactly what Jim and Ed are.They're knowledgeable, they do things the right way, they sincerely care about their customers, and they wear their work as a badge of honor. And they should, bc their work is top notch.If you're looking for the last shop you'll ever bring you're offroad vehicle to, you'll find it in Shotgun Offroad.

The guys down at shotgun off-road were awesome. From sitting down and going over the rim and tire selection right down to the install. They are nice guys who do a hell of a job definitely a hidden gem and would absolutely recommend going and seeing them for any lift kits or off-road work. I visited a few truck shops and definitely made the right choice with these guys for sure.

Jim was great to work with. Brought over my GMC 1500 and he installed for me auxbeam switch panel and 2 40 M&R light bars in my grill that are amazing. Very neat work in the cabin, engine bay, and nicely aligned in the grill.

Wow, let me just tell you if you need suspension work on a Tacoma. These guys nailed it. What an amazing job. Great job great guys. These guys are definitely skilled in their field so happy with the air suspension in my Toyota Tacoma I recommend everybody to go see these guys. 10 STARS

Great guys. Efficient. Well priced. Professional. Friendly. Transparent. It's rare to find these things in shops these days. 3rd gen tacoma here. Access to led/hid kits, exhaust, fabrication, and lots of other great things. Also have a lift. Hidden gem here in long island. Visiting from ga and was blessed to find this place. Had my cats protected with some rebar, and the work and bending skills were amazing. Thanks a lot, guys!!!
