The repair came out great on my bumper. The people were very friendly and accommodating! Also, being that they work with Geico directly, it was a very easy process. Would recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop.

Scotsman's Auto Body 2 did a phenomenal job on my 2013 Honda Pilot. I dropped off a complete disaster, and they delivered a showroom quality vehicle inside and out. A big thank you to everyone at Scotsman s, my family and I greatly appreciate your amazing work and professionalism.

I was recommended to this body shop through my insurance company due to a minor Accident. Initially, I was happy to get my car repaired, but while my car was being maintained at this body shop communication was a little to none. They didn t update me on the repairs. They didn t even call me when Repair was finished. I spoke with one of the receptionist they were telling me a whole different story that the parts did not come in and we have to wait for the manufacturer to send the parts. Then I spoke with another receptionist ( mind you I don t know their names) because they didn t state. However, she stated the car was finished the day before. I don t recommend going to this body shop for repairs, and I will not use this body shop in the future.

We are thrilled with the service we received at Scotsman s II. The people were very friendly and very competent. They worked directly with our insurance company to handle our claim, and arrange for a rental car. Our Hyundai Kona looks brand new. We are not happy that a deer ran into the passenger side of our car, but are very pleased with the service we received at Scotsman II.

This place goes above and beyond for me- numerous times!! Highly recommended... great workmanship, true professionals, and kind and caring... especially Denise, who moved mountains to facilitate me in a difficult situation and made sure I was always taken care of- even when it came to my rental, etc- they are truly above all the rest!!

This is an amazing place! I went because I got sent there from the other person's insurance company and I couldn't say anything bad about this place. They are very nice and they explain everything to you clearly. Copies of all repairs done were given to me and at the end of my repair date I got my keys and my car perfectly fixed. Thanks !UPDATE: 05/14/18Back with another fix and I decided to give them a call since they dealt with my car before because of a different hit. I went in and immediately was assisted, they gave me an estimate and I decided to go with it. They told me 3 days and that's it. Fast forward to now I picked up my car today and I am forever grateful for the AMAZING SERVICE! They took the time to clean it from the exterior and interior. They know what they are doing. Thank you to everyone who helped get my car back together and I feel SO bad for being that customer who didnt give a gratituty of some sort.

My first experience and I have nothing but high praises for this shop. I received a price to repair my front fender and since I had replacement parts only paid labor. But one part was wrong (my fault) so Zachary had me order correct part and said he wouldn t charge me to remove and replace part (this was much appreciated and I have to say unheard of). To Zachary and his team you will always have my business if I ever need it. Thanks againService: Body & Trim

Seems like a great establishment but the communication once you drop your car off could be better. I was informed of the part being ordered but never informed that the wrong part was ordered and therefore more time for my car to be worked on. The very LEAST customer service could do is inform customers when they have made a mistake that pushes back overall timeframes of when the car will be available.Update; So they sincerely apologized for the lack of communication. Gave me a timeframe that was respectable, which was all I needed. School starting..I needed my car and a timeframe. The car was picked up clean and shining. I would recommend their services just request for them to communicate with you throughout the process so your up to date with what s going on with your vehicle. They completed the job within 24 hours of contact as well. So their apology was truly felt.Thank Scottsman!

Today I went to pick up my car . I defenely recommend this body shop to anyone . All the receptionist in that shop are all nice and attentive. I ve never been to a shop that they do such a great job . They all did an amazing job , my car is like brand new . I give this shop 5 stars.

I had to leave a review of the expectational experience I had with Scotsman's. Zach, Obie, Brock and the ladies at the front desk were all very caring and professional. They were pleasant to work with, they made me feel comfortable that everything would be alright and they would take care of me. In which they did! I was informed of the time line via texts. Due to no fault of their own, there was a delay, but it was because of claims adjustor not doing his job from Esurance. The work Scotsman's did on my vehicle was beautiful! They had to replace my bumper, paint and do adjustments to the entire back door. Everything works perfectly and looks great! The paint job is excellent!! They even went above and beyond to fix a door handle for me !! Plus my car was so clean and detailed when it was returned to me! I can't say enough good things about them! I will absolutely use them in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone! THANK YOU to all of you at Scotsman's !!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scotsman did an amazing job on my 2018 traverse. I ve used them in the past and they really outperformed this time had my truck back to me in 2 weeks due to parts on back order. I will recommend them to anyone anytime

next level service is what you get with these guys! I had an insurance claim and used Scottsmans for my repairs (through Geico) and their service was unmatched. Zack was my guy through the whole process and he would give me daily updates about my car and even sent me photos as the work was being done. I never experienced such thorough customer service before. Not to mention my car looked like a million bucks when everything was finished!! Everything went so smoothly. From bringing my car in, to getting into my rental, to picking my car back up and returning the rental, it was so stress free. I can t say enough good things about this business. 10/10 recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience from when I entered the office to drop my car, all the way through to when I returned to pick it up. The manager, Zach, is very personable and realistic. He explains how the whole process will work and they even provide rental cars on-site to expedite my time spent there. They offer life time guarantee and Zach always goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the outcome and I stayed well informed while he had my car. I would recommend Scotsman s auto body to anyone I talk to!

I recently brought my car to Scotsman's for repair from a car accident. My mother had her car repaired here a few years ago and recommended them. I was completely blown away by their awesome service that I felt the need to write a review.To start, they worked out the cost with the insurance company of the woman who hit my car seamlessly without myself or my husband needing to get involved. They also have an Enterprise rep directly on the premises which streamlined the whole process. When I scheduled to bring my car in I was picking up the rental car before work - well unfortunately for me the Enterprise rep was very late (half hour) so I ended up being late for work. The receptionist must have noticed I was annoyed - she was nice enough to call Enterprise twice to find out how much longer I would need to wait (I didn't even ask for her to do so). Some advice to anyone if you're picking up before work like myself: don't expect Enterprise to arrive at the time you scheduled.When I got my car back it looked beautiful, as if nothing had ever happened. They also took the time to clean the interior and detail it as well! As if this wasn't enough... I had a slight scrape and small dent on my front right bumper from a previous fender bender that I never bothered to have fixed... well they touched it up for me at no extra charge! Bottom line is this auto body shop is top notch; I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family in the future.

What an amazing place of business, the minute you walk in everyone is super friendly and eager to help. Zach knows everything and anything about repairing cars. It s relieving to speak with a competent well informed person, he has the right answer for everything. I was getting ripped off left and right with other repair shops until a good friend of mine recommended Scotsman s. I ll never look back. From the first handshake walking in to the last handshake walking out the experience is top notch. You don t feel like just a customer waiting awkwardly in a waiting room, the workers there maintain a conversation the whole way through your time. I will continue recommending Scotsman s to everyone I know. 10/10. Knowledgeable, affordable, friendly. Thank you Scotsman s!!

My vehicle neeed extensive repair rear side panel and surrounding. Car looks and feels very good. Used Scotsmans on north shore for minor work years ago and remembered that it was a good experience.Very pleasant and professional in that they promptly return calls with requested information.Parts ordered and work completed exactly on time.Had a minor problem which wasn't Scotsmans mistake, but they addressed it and replaced the part.Went above and beyond.

Every time I go into this shop, I have an outstanding experience. The staff and the manager, Zach, are super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They always go way above what is expected from them and deliver the best results no matter how small or large the issue is and have rental cars on-site if I need in order to speed up the whole process of waiting around. This shop is and always will be my go-to shop and I will forever recommend them to anyone who needs to bring their car to a shop.

Last year I got in a hit and run in my truck that I love very much, not only did the folks at Scotsman's II fix my truck, wax, wash it and clean it up, but they were indescribably kind and knowledgeable. Recently I found myself there again for a fender-bender and Zack and his crew fixed up my truck, assured me that it would be back to new condition and fulfilled that statement. They're professional beyond compare and the only auto body I will go to. I never write reviews, but the kindness and care I experienced here prompted me to do so. I would recommend Scotsmans II to anyone.

The amazing place to take care of your car!!! They are professional, amazing and caring. I chose this auto body through geico and I randomly chose it. I never thought they would be best in every category. The manager and his team members took care of everything and they are amazing. If I had a chance I would give them 6 stars!! And they also will give you life tine gurantee

Getting in an accident is very unfortunate and stressful but Scotsman s and Geico made the whole process hassle free. Zachary was very professional and kind. He carefully explained what they were going to do with the car and he was true to his word and delivered beautifully. Everyone else in the facility was also very friendly and accommodating. I definitely would recommend!
