I needed the windshield repaired as a rock hit it and it the crack was spreading. I made an appointment online, gave all my info. Dropped off my car at 330pm and by 400pm it was done. I went through my car insurance. I spoke to Brian who was very nice and explained the after care. I had a good experience here. Their staff was friendly.

do not use this location there is a guy named Carl there claims to be the Manager but he is incredibly rude and condescending. I do not think that they would put a manager in that position that speaks to clients and customers like that be aware!!!

They were fabulous at replacing my windshield. however, they couldn't come to me like the say on the commercials. very disappointed. I had to waist 6 hours for a new one in person

They worked with me every step of the way. They re cheaper our equal to local repair shops use the $80 coupon (80sem) and it will definitely be cheaper with a lifetime warranty.

HORRENDOUS, avoid and find a real glass shop, incompetence at its finest. Failed to install rearview mirror at all. Then mounted mirror mount upside down after 3 trips. Winshield trim is installed twisted. Called corporate and shop was supposed to contact me about refunding charges that they never refunded. Never called so more wasted time. This was a simple job. I had the glass out of the car for them prepped and ready to go and they still couldn't get it right. Cheap Chinese fuyao glass.

My overall experience was fantastic. All of the staff were professional and courteous. They were spot on with the time estimated to complete the work. My service technician, Rob, did an excellent job installing my new windshield and wiper blades. It has been 48 hours since installation, everything looks and works perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased.

This shop messed up my safety sansors and cameras. They opened the system which they were not supposed to do. Sensitive electronics are wiped sometimes with the simple swipe of metal, maybe a screwdriver or whatever tool they used to decase the sensors.Safelite did not take responsibility, dealer had to re calibrate the system and it cost almost $1000.Proceed with caution especially if you have safety sensors near your windshield. The staff is not adequately trained. Don t make my mistake

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here!! Refused me service for no reason. Incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Should be ashamed by the lack of service and professionalism they provide. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

They didn t tell me to come pick my car up till the last minute an when I was just down the road called me to tell me they where leave after telling me they would say open till 530 they called me an closed there doors at 514. I was one minute down the road. I would be fine with this if I had been late on my own but they called me at 450 an had my disabled mother drive me there just to tell me not to come anymore. So now I have no way to work then next day an may have to call out of work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Good service if you can get them on the phone. They do everything conceivable to NOT allow you to speak to a representative. So if you're just doing something routine and don't need to speak to anyone, no problem, BUT IF YOU NEED A REP.....GOOD LUCK

Never again, took forever to get my glass and then kept making up lies. Not only that a couple months ago had my windshield replaced on my truck and started leaking right away. Should have known better. They told me the glass was at the warehouse but no one was picking up that they would call me back, it's been 4 days called another shop and they got it ordered and done

Fortunately I was at work all day because the technician had trouble at an earlier appointment. He was keeping me up to date as to his status in the later portion of the service window time. It was extremely hot outside, but he finished the job timely and the windshield replacement turned out as expected.

4 stars as they were very helpful and nice as always. A fifth star would have been given if they did a better job on our chipped windshield. Last few they did were almost completely gone. This chip is still there. Still would recommend them!

Most unprofessional service I ve ever received. Took a day off work for a mobile appointment, which I waited over a week for .They showed up with the wrong windshield (their mistake) and then wanted me to reschedule for another week later. Oh, and did I mention driving over my reseeded lawn?? even though it was clearly marked with flags.All worked out in the end, as I went to the service center for my vehicle dealership, and ended up getting everything done with no hassle at 54% of the quote from Safelite.

Here is the "service" I got from this business. I brought my car in for glass replacement last Sat. They had not checked the glass they'd received from the warehouse, they only discovered when my car was there that there was a chip in it, it broke during stress test. They told me they'd do everything possible to reschedule me for today, Mon. Today they called and offered me an appoint TEN DAYS from now, and would not offer anything earlier despite the rescheduling being due to their screwup. So long folks.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Horrible Customer Service, very condescending demeanor and complete disregard for anyones time but their own. Went in twice and got the run around about whatever excuse they could find not to do the job. Am happy to wait and go somewhere else just to not comeback to this store.Proceed with Caution.

Where to start.. Went to pick up my car only to find broken glass still in my seats, center console and door, everyone was rushing to leave and asked them to revaccuum, it was less then a Minute the guy comes back and says he s done, yet there s still glass again, they said it must have been hard to get out.. I pointed at the very clearly not even looked at spots.. whatever I ll clean it myself when I leave.. if I can leave, nope, battery is dead.. guy said it must have been my battery, yet it had no issues prior.. and last but not least my inspection sticker is beyond destroyed.. I just hope my windshield doesn t fly off on the way home.. maybe I got the new guy? Regardless, final thoughts.. very unsatisfied AVOIDService: Auto windshield replacement

I don't think they did a good job replacing my window. There was black glue on the upper part of the window, you can't see the year on the inspection sticker. It doesn't appear to have the light tint the original glass had.

My window has been broken for over a week now. They have given me the run around since day one. They said they would come the next day and repair my window. They then called the next morning saying they didn't have the window in stock and it would take a few days. A few days passed and I didn't hear anything from them. I called and they said that the manufacturer doesn't have any windows for my car and it would take a few months to get a window. How am I supposed to wait a few months?! I asked for a temporary window and they agreed but said they would not come to me because they are too busy and that I have to bring the car to them. I said fine because I need a window but, they are still giving me the run around and won't give me a time to bring the car in. I am extremely annoyed over this! Very poor customer service

Very rude. I had a 11 oclock appointment and at 1125 when nobody said anything I calmly asked what was the purpose of an appointment when Im sitting here waiting without even a word from anyone.Then the technician was very rude and yelling and refused to work on my car even when his boss told him too.Finally after my truck ran outside for another 15 minutes someone started the work. Not even a apology even after speaking to the owner. Not a way to earn peoples business.

YMMV, but a 30 minute wait quickly turned into a 60+ minute wait for me. Don't expect miracles for chip repairs...the windshield may be more structurally sound when they're done, but that chip is still going to be visible.

I do hate that phrase "a whole new level", but sometimes it is entirely appropriate. The technician (James) was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. Even when issues arose (none of his doing) they were dealt with properly and succinctly. Hats of to a job well done!

Replaced my windshield my rain sensing wipers sensor wasn't installed properly, had to come back 3 times for warranty service for them to fix it. Came off again so now I have to go to Mazda to fix it as I'm through wasting hours every other week waiting for them and bringing the car back. Mazda said SafeLite put tape on my sensors and they had no clue what they were doing. Sensor was therefore broken because the double sided tapes adhesive is stuck in the sensor. Now I have to pay Mazda like $300 to fix this. Absolute hack job will NEVER go back to SAFELITE EVER AGAIN.
