I received a couple of estimates from other auto glass repair companies before contacting Pinnacle. Upon contacting Pinnacle, I received a friendly greeting by Kevin, and thereafter a professional explanation as to what was to be expected with respect to glass replacement. Notably, Kevin made a couple of phones calls to dealers and/or manufacturers and was able to quote a price that was way below what the other glass companies had estimated. I have to admit, I remained skeptical of potential hidden fees, for labor, etc., however, upon completion of the windshield replacement in the comfort of my own driveway, I paid the technician exactly what was quoted, the same extremely reasonable price! Lastly, the two installation techs that replaced my windshield were true experts. They were in and out in less than a half hour. Thanks Pinnacle!

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT PINNACLE GLASS ! My family has needed three cars done within the last year and they were all done by pinnacle. My mother was in a jam , and had no windshield in her car, I called Kurt and Joe, and they hit the floor running to make sure my mother got a new windshield the next day ! They ordered the glass got it overnight and THE NEXT MORNING , JOE HIMSELF. Came out and put the glass in for my mother ! The customer service is great too ! If you need a new windshield look no further your in great hands ! Thank you guys ! -Angelina

I was using a Nationwide auto glass company. It was a disaster from start to end. Pinnacle Glass was recommended to me. They provided me with outstanding professional service. They do a great job with communicating. I will using them for future repairs.

This is by far the best auto glass repair/replacement company I have ever let touch my car. From booking the original appointment with Kevin and dealing with the whole office staff, to the installer Nick who not only did my job fast and efficient but was also very knowledgeable and respectful. Extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. I am very picky with the work I get done on my vehicle. I asked the guy to put the windshield on properly and evenly. The guy replied with "Do I stand over your head when you are working?" and "It's annoying." Nevertheless, the windshield is on unevenly. I will not recommend this company to anyone getting work done on their vehicle. Also promised me a windshield they could not follow through with. It is pretty unbelievable how unprofessional these people are.Service: Glass installation

These guys could not have done a better job. Scheduled immediately, showed up at my house, perfect install, even my regi and inspection stickers look like they were never touched. Eric the installer is the man.

Paul did a phenomenal job fixing my cars windshield. Windshield was installed, cleaned, and driveway was kept clean. Quick, efficient and transparent. Let me know 10 minutes prior to arrival and when everything was finished. Very happy, will refer to family, and will use them again. Time from my initial call to repair was one business day, pretty quick figuring they had to order and pick up the glass. Thank you, thank you.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Highly recommend! The service filling in the chip in my windshield was surprisingly quick and professionally done. It s difficult to see where the chip was. Also, the crew is very friendly. They made the whole process easy. Very happy to work with them.

Its really feels good to see companies treat their clients the way they, themselves, would want to be treated. These guys went out of their way to have my car done well and even took care of a mildew issue i had. Which was no small job. They did it with friendly and professional service. And no matter how many times i spoke with them, it was always the same . Thank you Pinnacle!

Wouldn't use anyone but Pinnacle! I called on a Monday and on Tuesday they showed up to my workplace and replaced my windshield right there. Just had my windshield replaced by Chris, what a pleasure! Setting the appointment was super easy, they came right to my office, took them 35 min to pop on the new windshield, the price was just right and competitive, I chose them over about 3 other companies I called. The service was quick and profesional, he came into my office afterward to give me some quick instructions for care and he was on his way. I work for a big construction company and we have many commercial vehicles who need glass work often, we will be calling Pinnacle Auto Glass again and again because of their great customer service and excellent work! Would recommend this company, they'll come to you, it's hassel free! Great job!

Cracked windshield on my 2022 M5 needed a replacement. I was told by Safelite that OEM was not guaranteed under my insurance. Pinnacle got me an OEM windshield for the advanced features on my car. The guys that came out to replace my windshield very very polite and professional. They scheduled recalibration for the front camera right after the windshield replacement. Again, the tech was fantastic. So happy that I chose Pinnacle over Safelite. Highly recommended!!!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I needed my windshield replaced on my Audi A6, I requested a quote from 4 different auto glass companies near me, I was surprised how much $ these companies wanted to replace my windshield!! later that day I mentioned to a friend I needed a new windshield and could not believe how expensive the quotes were that I received, he said try Pinnacle auto glass on Pine Air Drive in BayShore so I requested a quote from them on line, the same day I received the quote, I could not believe how much lower their quote was vs the other quotes I received from the other auto glass companies, I immediately wrote them back and said I would see them in a week or so, the person I was dealing with was Kirk, he was very courteous, he answered any questions I had immediately and told me to contact him when I was ready. I contacted him yesterday afternoon and asked him when I could come in to get my windshield replaced, he said come in tomorrow morning so I did (Kirk offered to come to my address and replace my windshield however I wanted to drop my car off) upon entering the establishment I was greeted and treated very courteous and professional from the office staff, I left my car with them, a few hours later they called and told me my car was ready. I showed up and was beyond happy how well they did and how great the windshield looked!! I also want to mention how clean my car was. I recommend to everyone before you waste your time asking around for a quote on auto glass and getting ripped off from other auto glass companies contact Pinnacle auto glass in BayShore. I want to mention I do not know anyone at Pinnacle, this is my first time dealing with them... Referred by a contractor friend. I used Pinnacle to purchase and install a custom shower door. I dealt with Luis there and most of the transaction was done over the phone but I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Door came out beautifully, was given a fair price, and my mom stayed at my house for the pre-inspect and and installation and said everyone that showed up was professional and complete gentlemen. I would definitely use them again.

Besides all the negative things that happened from scheduling to finishing the job I wish I could only give half or zero stars but the minimum permitted by Google is one star.They did a terrible job!! The worker who installed my windshield mumbled to himself the entire time tossing his tools with such an attitude, like if he didn t make enough noise with the particular tool, he was tossing he was not happy. He arrived nearly 2 hours late.I have nothing good to say about this experience.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

I had my wife s windshield replaced after a small crack got real big. I was able to schedule an appointment when I was home. The installers were extremely courteous and professional. And the cost was less than my deductible with my insurance company.About a month later my windshield has a crack and would not pass inspection. Pinnacle came the next day I called them. Same professionalism as the first time. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your glass needs!!!
