What is happening in this place?On 03/02 I did an online ordered a set of 4 tires and I made an appointment on 03/05 to have the tires replaced but they didn t have the tires and they placed the order on 3/5 what is the point to order online.??I called for on the 8th because I never had a notification if they arrived or something.They told me that they have my tires. How convenient!They make an appointment for me on 3/9 at 8 am, I arrive at 8 am. If it was getting late, it was already 8:45 and no one had opened. What a headache with these people. They are not professional at all and play with your time.

Great service. Friendly, attentive, take pride in their work. I had been having the same issue with a tire for over a year. I had taken it to a handful of other places and they all provided the same temporary fix and the problem persisted. I took it here, they listened to what I had to say, found the problem and fixed it. They also alerted me to a stripped drain plug on my oil tank, which they didn t have to. I recommend 100%.

I have gotten my car worked on at pep boys numerous times, the service is excellent and the manager Solomon Reese , is very professional, and explained things in a very professional way, and manner, excellent customer service skills. I always want him to service my car whenever needed.

The Pep Boys location in Bayshore on fifth Avenue gave me five star service which will guarantee a lifetime customer to always come back to that store. I will always come back to that business because they treated me more than a customer. They treated me like I was one of their family members, they helped me with my issues also they helped me with my car. I came in for a simple break change and they changed out the brakes and their customer service expertise was top-notch. I will always come back to that location and always bring service to that location those two gentlemen today help me out a lot and I thank them for that. Great great customer service Employees at that pep Boys in Bayshore off 5th avenue!! Top notch!!

I MADE AN APPTM. ONLINE. THE GUYS GOT ME IN ON TIME. OIL CHANGE , TIRE ROTATE, N.Y.S. INSPECT. I NEEDED A FEW MINOR THINGS , TO GET A NEW STICKER. THEY GOT ME GOING AND ON MY WAY IN LESS THEN TWO HOURS. GREAT.

Dave was fantastic! Polite, professional and gave me a great price. The installer (don t know his name) was great as well. Not only did he mount, balance and install my tires, he actually torqued all 20 lug nuts. That s something I don t see other tire shops do. I will be back and will recommend this location to all my friends. Thank you again Dave

Had a great experience at this pep boys here , Mainly because the staff was soo helpfulespecially the manager . He answered all my questions and i did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me! The gentleman named Daud was very helpful as well , and skilled my car feels so much better .. definitely coming back and would recommend everyone to come to THIS pep boys

This is the worst place you can ever get your car repaired. They are all hugs and kisses when you drop the car off. And then when it s not fixed correctly suddenly your the certified mechanic and they want you to figure it out. Do yourself a favor and go to the brand make of your car and have it fixed there you will pay more but you won t have people who take no responsibility after they damage your car. Btw Those reviews are all friends and family or employees. You can t get intouch with cooperate either just a horrible establishment which I m sure will be closing soon nationally

I went to pep boys this afternoon and met with Solomon and I told him what I needed and he was kind and got my car in right away and I was in and out in a hour. I would recommend this store to everyone and I will be using them for all my car needs

Never come to this location I had an 8 am appointment to install 2 tires There was no one at the store until 8:05 When I went in to begin the installation, I was told that my 8 am appointment would have to be 9 am, as the person who was going to do the installation wasn t coming in until then At 835, a second person showed up to work They took my information and put my car on the lift, then took the rear wheels off After an hour, I asked if they were almost done The second worker then told me that it takes 2 hours to replace 2 tires I ve had dozens of tires replaced- it takes about 30 minutes if you go slow He must think I m an idiot It s now 10 am, and I m no closer to leaving than I was when I started These guys are a joke

This is the ONLY Pep Boys location I will ever go to in my life. I m genuinely blown away by the service I received today. David, EJ & Daud are FANTASTIC. The courtesy, the professionalism and the respect/care my vehicle I cannot emphasize enough how GREAT these guys are. I d rate 6 stars if I could.THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!!

They said that tire with nail could not be fix and the bought me a $220 tire and also broke the TPMS sensor and they couldnt six it saying that may be eas damage before. (The sensor was good)

Please don't cheap out and go here. Learn from my mistake.They installed one of my tires backwards and completely ruined my wheel alignment. The guy wasn't familiar with sports tires tried to tell me I purchased snow tires and had gotten the wrong tire when he saw a thread pattern he didn't recognize.Luckily I had an appointment at a reputable spot a week later who showed me how wrong their work was. Just unbelievable incompetence.

I am making my appointment for 5 PM. I get here at 4:40 and all mechanics went home.also call before come here and they say yeah we close at six a waste of time never again

Made an appointment online , staff was friendly. Wheel alignment was done fast and accurately. Highly recommend this pep boys shop for friendly service that is quick and accurate. Prices are fair.

Solomon provided me with great great customer service and assistance. He was welcoming and able to find and resolved my car issue right away. I am thankful I found him, he assisted me regardless of coming at the very end of the day and put me back on the road safely.

I always get 5 tar plus service when I go to this location. The employees are very pleasant and kind. I bring all my vehicles for inspection and let you know about any issue you may have with your vehicle. If you're registered online they send you texts about the progress of your vehicle which comes in handy.
