PEAK Automotive has a great team. Rachel and Jason were great helping me to get my deal done. Angela and James made the financing easy with a great rate. Christopher made me feel better that the car was in great shape. (It is ) They were all very patient and understanding that buying a car is stressful.No hidden fees and everything was as they said. Do not hesitate to buy a car from them

No need to go anywhere else. This is my second time buying a car from Peak and when the time comes again I will go back for my third. James and Mike are awesome to work with. They go above and beyond every time. Rachael was also very helpful answered all my calls and questions. The whole team makes you feel like family.

Peak automotive is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. All of the staff are very kind, honest and outgoing, especially Angela and Rachel, they both went out of their way to make our car buying experience very pleasant. Everybody did their best to make it very easy and enjoyable for us. These people truly care about their customers, they even bought us dinner and gave us rides to our hotel when we had no other way of getting there. It was most definitely worth the trip all the way from South Carolina. I will 100% pick this dealership over any other dealership.

Very bad experience with that dealer. They were selling me a Maserati Levante with a lot of oil leak problems. Someone named Jason They were forcing me to buy a guarantee for thousands of dollars which I did not want to buy without first finding out if it was a good guarantee company. They were also forcing me to take a bank loan without me needing it. They are very poorly spoken people and they try to the customer very badly and apparently they are only friendly to people who allow themselves to sell cars under their conditions. I was a very kind and decent person with them and I did not receive the same from them. The only good thing I can say is : the person who did the road test with me ( nick )was an excellent person and very kind.

Rachel Marie hospitality was good handle everything professionally . Was attentive in all my needs to get the car I wanted . Took extra steps to make me feel comfortable. While I waited, and I went across the street to Bayshore mall . Came back there was snacks And all other accommodations.i would def recommend her and the dealership to other thank u. Again for your hard work and making me as a paying customer feel good and at home . Thank you. Again

This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I purchased a car from Peake Automotive online in January 2024. There have been so many issues. First of all, I was already approved for financing through my credit union, and I received the check for the amount of the car that was posted online which was $36,755.00 So, you would think this should be an easy transaction. It was not.1. The car was listed at $36,755.00. I sent the check overnight to the dealership. I was told that the 36,755.00 price was with a $2000.00 down payment. I paid cash so the $2000 down doesn t apply to me. Why wouldn t they waive the $2000.00 since I just gave you a check for $36,755.00, they would not so I paid the $2000.00 which they said was for tags and delivery fee. Fine I paid the additional $2000.00. (strike1)2. Delivery of the car. I was told by the salesman that it would only take one day to receive my new car. The dealership is located in New York, and I am in DC which is a 4-hour drive. I purchased the car on January 25th and receive it on January 30, 2024, at 1:00 A.M. and I had to get up and go to work the next day. (strike 2)The dealership did not endorse the check properly, so the bank sent it back to them. The car salesman accused me of stopping payment on the check. I contacted Navy Federal, and I was told that the check was not endorsed properly. So, I had to leave my job early go to get another check from the credit union and sent that one to them overnight. (no kind of compensation or free car wash or gas card nothing) (strike3)TAGS -As anyone who s ever purchased a car knows, the dealership will usually get your tags for you. My paper tags died on February 28, 2024, and I still do not have my hard tags. It is now April 22; they do not return phone calls or respond to emails. So I will have to get my tags myself. (strike 4)TITLE- Navy Federal requires that the dealership send them my title within 90 days of the purchase of my vehicle. Navy Federal still has not received my title. (strike 5)I do love my car, but I really wish that I had purchased my car locally. This stress has not been worth it. And I really did not save any money. Maybe they are better with local purchasers. This has been a horrible experience for me.

One of the Best Dealerships I have bought a car from, if not the best! Shoutout to Nick who helped me from start to finish in purchasing the vehicle. Would choose these guys a million times before any big name dealers who will tack on fees like nobody's business. These guys are honest, quick, reliable, and respectable, do not hesitate to check out cars from Peak Automotive. Also props to the Owner for running a great business, and for his transparency! Highly Recommend, 5 stars!

I've been looking for a Jeep Wrangler, and yesterday I came in to look at one here. Everyone was very nice, and their associate Nick helped us get the Jeep for a good price as fast as possible. Thank you so much, we have been searching for a while, and this is finally the place we found our car.

BEST experience buying a Mercedes Benz from Nick and Angela at Peak Motorsports in Bayshore!! Their expertise and hard work helped me get the car I wanted. I was looking for 2 weeks and THEY made it happen! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car, this is the place and they will get it done. You will go home just as happy as I did!! Nick even went above and beyond to set up my phone and everything I needed. He has answered EVERY call to help me understand how things work in my new Benz.

I came in not knowing what I could get approved for. Rachel and Angela were able to make magic and get me into a car I didn t think they could make happen. They were so kind and patient and work through every obstacle that was thrown at them. I feel like I ve known them my whole life. Make sure you ask for them!

My fiance and I travelled all the way from Grand Rapids, Michigan because we felt in love with a vehicle and we did not wanted to pass on it without giving it a try first. We want to give a huge shoutout to Dominic for such warm welcoming, for showing us and giving us more details about the vehicule and for guiding me around in a safe way since ofcourse, we where out of town, so thank you for the treatment Dominic, you are great!! Of course, we couldnt leave a review without giving a public and huge thank you to Julian for how forward, informative, comprehensive, direct, dedicated and passionate about his job he is. I just want to say that this is a great place to get your vehicle from, and a place you can trust. We left the same day with keys in hand and made it back safe. Thank you all at Peak Automotive for the service.

Rachel and Angel were an very awesome experience when I came into peak to purchase a car. It took less than 2 and a half hours for me to ride out in my car. I was so satisfied with them. !!!! I'd recommend them highly !!! No games and very polite. Awesome.

Probably one of the best dealerships I ever encountered! James was so helpful and genuine. He went above and beyond for me to get into something that was affordable and reliable! He was very upfront about everything, took time with me, and really made sure I was good after the deal. He s very hands on with his customers and will make sure you leave happy !!! I definitely will bring my family and friends here whenever they are in need of a car! highly recommended.

CON ARTISTS!!! Do not do business with these people! I recently purchased a Range Rover velar and traded in a Tahoe back on 11/30. They sold me an unnecessary warranty to which I called and canceled the next day. When sending over the new contract w/o the warranty, they jacked up the price of the car and reduced the value of my trade (I have screen shots to prove) in hopes I wouldn t notice. When we asked for a copy of the original contract they said well that one has been voided and stalled sending it for hours. They ended up sending every page except the declaration page with the cost breakdown until specifically asked to do so. When we called them out on this, it was a mysterious computer error . But it doesn t stop there .. it took them almost a full MONTH to pay off my trade, during which time we were forced to make a $700 payment to avoid defaulting on the loan. Rachel, one of their employees, assured me I would be refunded the $700 from my bank once the loan was paid. I asked her to send that to me in writing to which she ignored every request (again, I have the receipts to prove). Did that happen??? NOPE!!Instead of paying off the amount the car was on the day I purchased it, they paid off the NEW total, $700 less than the amount, so there is no refund from my bank coming! On top of that, every time we try and call their office they re not in yet or out to lunch or busy and will return the call to which they never do! It looks like I m forced to involve police and our attorney but SAVE YOURSELF THE MENTAL EXHAUSTION (and money) and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!!

I recently just bought the car I wanted at Peak Automotive Inc and I m in love with the car! Right when I arrived to the dealership one of the salesman Nick came to my assistant with friendly greetings and showing great courtesy and customer service! Nick the the rest of his team at Peak Automotive provide great gratitude, customer service and great experience with buying a car. Nick was able to get me the car I was looking for and wanted with no problem or hassle he went out his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car the same day at a affordable cost and the total process was quick and easy! Nick is a very honest, generous and outgoing salesman. I am more than satisfied with the service he and his team members provided me I ve never had a better experience buying a car from a dealership than Peak Automotive. I would highly suggest people to visit Peak Automotive to purchase your new or used car and ASK FOR NICK!!! He will help you get the car you want the payments you want to make and you ll leave with a great car and customer service I definitely look forward to doing business with them again in the near future! If you are looking to get your car, Peak Automotive is the place! Nick and Sean were great! I was able to get the car I wanted and they worked with me every step of the way to ensure I got the car. I live all the way in Connecticut and paperwork and car was ready for me by the time I got out there. Thank you guys so much for your help! I love my new car.

I bought car many time from big brand dealers every time in end u get surprised and extra hidden fees.i try peak Auto they are not pushing for sale specialy one straight price and nothing extra and hidden.All the staff are very nice specialy the amazing sale person Nick Egan he deal me like a brother not a customer.he give me good price on honda civic and make my car ready for me a to z.i highly recommend this dealer and specialy if u want good deal and treatment ask for great saleperson Nick Egan.

Peak Autosports in Huntington is great. Came looking for one car, but that fell through pretty quickly, but Angie and Rachel never gave up hope. They got me in another, even better car, at a better price, and on my way. I would recommend 1000% giving them a call if you're looking for a used car.

I will have to say, Peak Automotive has to be one of the most patient and dedicated dealerships I ve ever came across. They are definitely for their customers and it shows! Romain and James helped me throughout my process of purchasing my vehicle and my brothers vehicle the very next day. I ve been a customer of Nick s for years && honestly I wouldn t go anywhere else!! I came in with a trade in and expecting to put $1500 down also, I only had to put $1000 down and they got me the best insurance rates ever!! I m paying now for full coverage what I was paying for liability before!! Definitely come down because I can swear on it that you re going to leave driving!! Ask for Nick or James!! They ll definitely get you where u need to be!!
