Came in for an oil change "the works". I was here for 2.5 hours when they said they were done. Noticed before leaving these guys cut me short on what was to be done by not inspecting my tires, not rotating tires, and not filling them up with air, which is part of what I paid for. The mechanic falsified the multi-point inspection, stating everything was done. When asked about the topping off the fluids, they said it's only the washer fluid they top off. It took them an extra 25 minutes to handle what they didn't do, this place wasn't busy either. If you think you're getting a deal from this location, think again. I don't recommend this location. You have been warned.

Very satisfied with the service department. They had my vehicle in and out in a timely matter. The service manager Ken was extremely helpful and kind and also Doug the service writer was great he updated me and stayed in contact about my truck. I double checked if my over sized tires had been rotated and my fluids were topped off and everything was done as advertised. Highly recommend this shop. I will be back.

Newins Ford service is phenomenal. Called and got an oil change service the same day. My vehicle was brought in within 10 minutes of my getting there. I couldn t be happier or more satisfied. The management especially Xavier and the staff couldn t be more accommodating or helpful.

Had a great experience all around at Newins ford. Making an appointment for my explorer to be serviced was easy, the service writer was great he didn t try to upsell me on things I didn t need. He was straight forward with what needed to be fixed. They stayed in contact the entire time they had my explorer and the work was finished in a timely manner. This is my first ford and I ll continue to come back to Newins!

Really wanted to enjoy my experience at this location.Called in to make an appointment, was told there is a 3 month wait time so I said okay I'll wait since my car wasn't having grave issues.3 months pass and I call them up, was able to make an appointment for the same week. After dropping my car off I'm told that I will have to take out a loaner on my own dime, even though the car is under warranty and that they would reimburse me for it after the fact. After seeing the reviews posted about this location and how they've tried to gaslight customers into paying that bill I opted not to do so. On top of that, it was estimated to be done by the end of the week. Week goes by, no response from the service center, I call and am told the technician is currently sick and there's no one to work on the car but he'll be back next week. Next week goes by, still no response, I call and am told that they are extremely busy and that the car is just waiting to be worked on. Fast forward two months and the car had nothing done to it, I call and ask to speak to a manager and am still transferred to Kenya who was as useful as a hole in a bridge, so after speaking to her I write a negative review about my experience. Not 24 hours later low and behold the manager personally reaches out to me, but not to apologize for his departments mistakes but to crucify me for writing a review that was utterly untrue in his eyes. I told him this was my exact experience to a T but he insisted his team could never do wrong and that I'm lucky I wasn't charged a service fee ( a service fee for what, looking at the car? ). Hey buddy, if you have tens of hundreds of negative reviews on your dealerrater website, maybe the customer isn't the issue.All in all I'm happy that they never worked on the car because if their workmanship is any bit similar to their customer service, you'll be better off bringing your car to a preschool and having the children work on it for you. Take your business elsewhere people!!!

will not be returning here in the future, workers are extremely slow and the shop takes in much more work than they can handle, leading to very long turnaround times for having simple work done to a vehicle.If you didn't buy from them they will treat you like dirt.Update: Manager tracked my info and called me yelling at me for posting a review that "negatively portrays" his business. Told him I simply wrote about my experience and the truth sometime can be painful, especially if were egotistical ;)

If you would like to bring your car in and have it sit there for 2 months without a loaner and have zero work get done on it, this is the place for you.If you would like to have work done on your car in a timely manner, definitely do not go here. That is just my 2 cents after my experience with this horrific service center. Save your time and go literally anywhere else. Spent 3 months in a loop waiting for them to work on my car and at the end absolutely nothing was done. Absolute joke.UPDATE:After Ford service read this review, I received a call from the general manager who apologized for everything and asked what he can do to make up for his departments mistakes.Just kidding, the manager banned me and my family from ever returning and said his service center could never do any wrong and said to go elsewhere. Super unprofessional and egotistical, never ever have had a place react to a negative review in a matter like this. Stay away from this place at all costs and take your business elsewhere.

The client (I think Kenya) was very polite. But the price they get for the two parts change is more than the value of the car. I only paid 800 dollars for battery and fault detection. They polluted the upholstery of the car with i guess oil :/

Service industry is not an easy field however Newins Bayshore Ford goes above and beyond for its customers and makes for an easy transaction especially when dealing with Xavier Stickney.

Had my car here for 3 months and not a single thing was done to it, then the service center wanted to charge me a service fee. I think they wanted to take advantage of my age as I am 72 years old and struggle to stand up for myself the way I used to.

Needed to bring my Escape in for a recall service and was on a tight schedule. No complaints about the work or drop off experience, however, it initially looked like I wouldn t get my car back by the time I needed it. Kenya was a total superhero and made sure I got my car back with plenty of time, and she was so sweet and friendly. Give her a raise/all the money/yes even that money over there.

Unrealistically slow service center, bring your car in for christmas and you'll have it back by the summertime, in terms of a loaner they let you figure it out even if its under warranty. Prices are astronomical as well

Great staff and extremely helpful. They helped me service my car the other day, not only did they pick up my vehicle, they delivered back to my house and said everything was covered by my Ford Pass points. Highly recommend.
