There is no better auto parts store. I went in yesterday with a broken trailer hub and while these guys are always helpful. They took a step further in my book yesterday. Without too much detail, they helped/allowed me toget my broken bolts out while I was there and were super patient and willing to help me. After all, I didn t even end up buying anything because they didn t have enough of the bolts I needed in stock at the moment. Probably bc they re a trusted and busy place, and everyone who knows about them goes there. But they helped me find them at another local business and without their help yesterday, me and my business would have been in big trouble. Big thank you to Michael, Steven and everyone at Bud Shore. They re really a step above any auto parts store. These guys are experts, they know what you need and if they don t, they do everything they can to try and find out. I m a customer for life. 4/3/2022

Love this place. The guys here are so awesome & friendly. My brother goes here all the time, they know him by name & he recommend I go here to pick up parts. I highly recommend this place as the guys here are really super Awesome!

Probably one of the best if not the best auto parts stores anywhere around. The customer service is great. The guy Steven with the glasses is really good and get you whatever you need. I have special ordered parts from him and he always gets them same day or the next. Great store

Best auto parts store on Long Island. I'm an auto mechanic by trade and I deal with a lot of parts vendors, but this place takes the absolute best care of their customers! They're knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They carry top name brand parts and charge fair prices. I love to shop local and this place is the reason why.

I needed a " battery jump starter and had searched online for one. I found one at NAPA that was reasonably priced and was compatible with my car. I called over to the Bay-Shore store to confirm if it was in stock. The man who answered the phone was pleasant and informative and I placed the order and paid for it right over the phone. I was told I could pick it up the next day after 8:30sm, which I did with ease. I would definitely recommend this store for your automotive needs. These guys are quite knowledgeable and affordable.

Great knowledgeable staff. I've been coming here since I was a kid. They've got good stock, and if they don't have it, they can get it for you. Usually by the next morning. The prices are also very reasonable. Stop going to the chain auto parts store where you're helped by some 18 year old who's never seen under a hood, and come to someone with generations of experience.

REALLY kind people! They delivered a part to our house (even though they only typically deliver to businesses). They really helped us, as we needed the part, but had no way to pick it up. Now my husband can fix the car when he gets home! Thank you for going out of your way for your customers!!! That courtesy and kindness is something that very few businesses have!

After a disastrous experience with Napa in Stroudsburg PA, I feel compelled to give a good review in support of the rest of the Napa franchises. Overall I have had very good experiences with Napa, the Bayshore location was no exception. Got my order right the first try, the were friendly and helpful.

I bought a part from them and it didn't work... But they tryed to help me as much as they could by trying another part... The second part didn't work either... But they gave me a full refund. With out any problems... I would recommend them !

If a part is avaliable pretty much anywhere they will make sure they can gey it for you. They have a huge commitment to customer service and are great at what they do. Also, they mix automotive paint and can make hydraulic hoses. If you are in the area and need just about anything for your car stop here first. You will be very happy you did.

I keep losing NAPA stores by my house. Kings Park closed years back and recently Smithtown closed. Budshore is now my closest NAPA. I don't mind the drive at all. Nice people who really want to help you get what you need! Highly recommend.

I went to Napa because I read that they have very good car batteries so I bought one named the legend the price was reasonable. The only problem with this location is it's next to the hospital parking and driving becomes challenging
