Every time I come into Bright Bay I have an amazing service and sales experience. I bought a vehicle back in 2021 and only serviced my vehicle here. I am extremely loyal to them and always will be due to their amazing service and expertise. Callie in service is always kind and willing to help whenever needed. I am confident with their technicians and will always recommend them to friends and family.

I enjoy bringing my vehicle to this Mazda service because they are honest and reliable. Walter Miranda is my favorite. I go there because of his honestly and considerations.

Service adviser, Callie, was very nice and kept me posted on what was going on. I didn't get the car fixed as they need to keep it for a day or two. Waiting for loaner. Was a bit dismayed when they told me the problem being reported was the same as the last time I brought the car in. But the last time they did not report it as this issue. Why?
