Amazing service quick and easy i called ahead to see they had the tire I needed in stock the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and checked for me without a problem I came in to get the work done without having to wait and the work was done correctly and quickly and the price for the work dident change from what I was told on the phone which tends to happen at other shops will highly recommend to anyone else and will definitely be returning would rate 10 stars if I could!Service: Tires

Would recommend hands down..We have been going to them for years with all of our cars they have always provided quick honest reliable work Our daughter was away at college and having a problem with her tire after taking it to places where she goes to school with no luck she was home for the weekend so we brought it in and they were able to solve the issue in less then 40 minutes she hasn t had a problem since..The owner is friendly honest and beyond helpful Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

What I thought would be a simple tire patched, turned into me having to get my rim repainted. The whole time the worker was taking my rim off of my car he was careless. I asked him many times to please don t rush. I have a brand new car(less than 1000 miles on it) and don t want my rim scratched. You can tell since I was watching him he had an attitude with me. He then went on to say I hate working on newer cars that people care about rims. I only like doing old cars because it takes me half the time to do all 4 wheels . As I m watching him take the tire off the rim, I see him slip where he was prying the tire back and nicked the corner of the rim. As I confront him about it. He makes up some excuses and says it wasn t him. Once it s time to pay, he said they bill you for patches by an hourly wage since I have a new car. Since it took him 35 minutes to patch my tire it cost me $40. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone that cares about their car. I was hoping to support a local business, but turns out they don t care. I wish I read the other reviews before coming here.

Very small shop with quality used tires. The wait is quick and they allow you to sit and wait in the very small store area, which sells your basic gas station items. Soda, chips, gum, cigerettes etc. I've used them a few times with no complaints.

Very slow and didn't have the tools to take my hub cab off, on top that bent my rim. They also sold me a used tire for a extremely high price 80$! And it barely had any tread left with a nail in it too I do not recommend anyone using this tire shop

I went to this shop to get 4 used tires that took over an hour to do. I had to go back the next morning because my tire pressure light was on. There was a rusted nail in one of my tires. Then the next day a different tire was flat. Mind you in never took my car out anywhere . instead of giving me another tire they plugged it and said I got a nail in my tire. They nails were in the tires they gave me. Then my tire pressure light was on my wheels felt unsafely when driving that I had to pay somewhere else to get my tires fixed because THIS SHOP SOLD ME ROTTED TIRES AND TIRES WITH RUSTED NAILS IN THEM. THEY REFUSR TO GIVE ME BACK MONEY FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE. I spoke with the owner and let me tell you he does not care about his customers at all. SO ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.Service: Tires

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMERS!!THEY BAIT AND SWITCH YOU LIKE THE SCAMMERS THEY ARE!! Refuse to own up and make right!! I got 4 tires from them just to find out when my truck was being serviced on that both rear tires were dry rotted and high risk for a blow out AND AND also found out that there was 2 different DIFFERENT sizes...they took full advantage and the owners son never made good or right EVEN after admitting to it!!!!!. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO THE REAL 1 STAR REVIEWSThey need to be seriously INVESTIGATED and either FINED or SHUT DOWN.I'm reporting them to the BBB and everyone else should too!!

Horrible. Sent there because my usual place didn't have my tire size. A month later when my car wasnt driving correctly I went to my usual place and that said I had the wrong size tire on my car. Went back to HC Auto and was very upset, they replaced it and the guy who seemed like the owner said it was under new ownership and apologized. Monthes later I'm in the same predicament. I go to my usual spot, no used tire in my sz. Had to go back to HC as it was early and I needed to be in work by 9am. #1 no one got to the shop till 8:10am, then they took 30 mins to change the tire. So I leave and notice my car is going completely to the right as if I needed an alignment very bad. Few days later I go back to my spot to get 2 new, unused tires. Even changing them, the man at my spot thought I had replaced a different tire because the one given to me by this HC place was dry rotted and would never pass inspection. After 2 new tires were put on suddenly my car was driving straight. Went back to HC to be told I'm not getting any type of refund even w/ receipt in hand. Also told me he never said it was new ownership, just that he had been on vacation the previous time. DO NOT go here, they take advantage if they think they can. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Been to them twice in one week to have tires plugged in two different cars and was charged different prices. But work was done good and fast.

While the job does get done. You should have it in writing before they start. They give you one price before starting and another after it's finished. Even though no extra work that was talked about was done. They just like changing prices.

Went there after going to the big guys 2 hour wait for a patch .2 hours I don't think so went to HC patched tire in 20 min willDefinitely use them again thanx

Ali (manager) sold me 4 used tires all were patched from holes!! The sidewall blew out on one of them and he told me he would not give me my money back after a month!! They lie and dont back up their service DO NOT GO HERE!!
