I have been a Habberstad Huntington client since 1984. Transferred to Bay Shore 3 yrs ago. James was AMAZING with my lease of 2021 X3. He really works hard for his clients. One week ago he did it again. He found me an amazing deal on a 2023 x3 especially in this car market. I recommend James to all that are looking for a BMW. Now let me not stop there, love my service advisor Luis.always looks out for the clients. Xavier and Angel are fantastic as well in service. Cali the financial manager was AWESOME when I met her one week ago. And lastly the Genius Matt and Matt are phenomenal. The nicest 2 Matt s I have come across. This dealer has the nicest team.

I recieved what i would describe as a below Sub par experience . The car I ordered wasn't ready for pick up on the day I was told it would arrive. albeit everything is in backlog the car arrived at the dealer almost 2 weeks later,with what i would discribe as minimal conferral/ correspondence with Steve, my sales guy. When the car finally arrived and I went to the dealer for pick up and payment, my payment was processed then I was told the computerized screen on the car was inoperable and needed updating. The wouldn't be ready for almost 3 days.. fast forward 3 days later I was giving a loaner and the car was then ready for pickup. On day of said pickup there was confusion when I returned the loaner as to if there were additional papers I needed to sign or not. I spent almost 10 mins waiting on someone namedCarlos, who simply said he didnt need to see me, i was good to go, On the day of pickup sales rep simply left my key with the front desk for pick up, beyound impersonal. picked up the car 12/5/23 at about 530pm , later realizing the cars interior was damaged. So for 3 days after arriving and waiting for the cars computer to update no one inspected the car realized the interior had damage to it. I had a less than awesome experience, and this was my 2nd car with bmw. i Called my sales rep and emailed him photos of the damge to see what corrective or how to mitigate the issue. I was assured it would be fixed but I would have to get another loaner. and I tge consumer would be responsible to contact the service department. 6 phone calls to service advised by the service department I would have to get a loaner from Hertz as opposed to a bmw loaner. the Earliest service date available 2 weeks away. basically feeling as if I'm being penalized and or overlooked for My patience and sense of understanding. We'll based on the aforementioned information provided any reasonable person would assert I had a less than favorable experience. No compensation, no appeasement, for what I would describe as a major inconvenience.. generally I would never complain but this is my honest review of my experience

I m the happy owner of a 2024 BMW 430XI I bought it in August 2023.I ve been looking forward to making this purchase for a long time it was one of those proverbial itches that I had to scratch.I did a lot of research related to the car over the last couple of years while I prepared myself to leave full-time employment...after a lifetime of hard work and I was very excited to buy "my dream car".My sales rep. I recently had an exceptional customer service experience at the Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. I contacted the service center in the morning to schedule an appointment an my front passenger window was not functioning properly, and the weather was windy that day. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment. They even provided me with a courtesy car until my own car was fixed. Luis Naranjo was my advisor that day, and he was incredibly helpful in addressing my car issue. He went above and beyond by calling me the following day, even though he was off duty, to ensure that my car was being taken care of properly. The level of customer service I received was truly top-notch.Overall, I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff at the Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my experience a positive one. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and efficient car repairs.

Sales rep James was absolutely amazing. He was very patient and explained every aspect of the sale very thoroughly. I also sat with finance manager Cali, who was also very amazing as she made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing the final papers. It was my first BMW purchase and I m very thankful I did it at Habberstad. I would definitely recommend !!

We had a really great experience working with Nicholas and Justin when purchasing our first BMW. From the first time we came to the showroom until picking up the car, the experience was very pleasant and entire process super smooth. Highly recommend this place, but most importantly Nicholas, who is a very natural sales person. It felt like we knew him for years, which helped us make up our decision.

As a first time BMW owner, there were a lot of features on the car that were totally new to me. One of the BMW genius s took the time to explain some of the features and functions of the car. Wow!! First time buying a BMW and Habberstad rocked the experience!! Manager Larry handled my transaction mostly long distance and coordinated everything from product selection and custom ordering to at home delivery!! No matter where you are in the US I live in Florida .Habberstad BMW can get you your dream car. And yes special orders take awhile not dealers fault but trust me they make it worth the wait!

After a very long time of incredibly horrendous experiences with this dealership, they've made significant strides and have really improved their processes. My advisor Andrew has been phenomenal. Management changed over the summer and it's like going to a completely different dealership. From what was originally an apathetic and borderline incompetent staff, you'll now find engaged, empathetic, and honest people in the service side of this dealership. They've gone above and beyond for me. I'm not the best customer to deal with. I'm the person who will show up with BMWs internal service documents with instructions and labor hours, I've studied what goes into it, and I could do it myself if I had the tools and a workshop. Unfortunately, I'm not in that position and it's difficult for me to hand my car over to anyone, especially a high volume dealership. I do not have any concern here. Joe, who usually works on my cars is an enthusiast, and builds his own BMWs. Andrew is an enthusiast as well, which really makes this much better for me knowing they're excited when I bring the car in and they do the right thing when they work on it. Even the other day when I picked my car up from service, Andrew was with a customer and I didn't want to bother him, however he wasn't going to let me leave without taking the battery for the key that I don't even use and had no idea needed a new battery. I do not feel any other dealership would have done that. It's the small things that really exemplify how much this dealership has turned around. I'll continue to bring my car in until they tell me they won't touch it anymore because I've modified it too much. At this point, I believe most people who have issues are people who bought a used BMW under the false pretense that service would be inexpensive. These are luxury cars and in my case, a very high performance luxury car. Parts are expensive, and having a trained technician with all the tools and equipment to do the job right is expensive as well. Be prepared to spend some money. Thanks Andrew and Joe for always taking care of me and my cars.

Andrew at Habberstad was very attentive to my needs when I told him I was there for my service appointment. He was able to set up my shuttle service back to my house and stayed in touch with me to let me know when my car was ready. He is very thorough with his information and recommendations. I recently left Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore with my new X5 and we love the car!I have to say, my experience with Vick was one of the best I ve had with any luxury vehicle dealer. Vick was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my inquiries. He helped us pick all the right options for our factory order while educating us on their benefits.Larry (Manager), was also fantastic. Greeting us, explaining the process, and truly making us feel like we were family.Once we were finishing the deal we got to work with Callie in finance. Such a pleasure! Zero pressure, went over our options, and made the close of the deal seamless.Our Genius Matt was also amazing. He went over every detail of the advanced technology and safety features throughout and offered his time, if we ever needed to follow up later.I cannot recommend this dealership enough to anyone looking for a new (or pre-owned) BMW. Was at parts today to buy oil and filter for my e46 m3. Extremely pleasant experience. The lead person Eddie remembered me from being there in the past and gave me some unrelated important info on my M3. Needless to say Eddie is incredibly knowledgeable and easy going, very helpful.Then I stepped inside and chatted with a sales associate about a black i5 vehicle on the floor. I mentioned that I m old school and I like gas powered ICE vehicles. Once again this gentleman was knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with.It is refreshing to walk into a business and meet no nonsense informed people such as the two that I conversed with today.
