Everyone there was so nice and friendly. When I was checking in, the associate helping me (Jonathan) was helpful and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. My car was finished in a timely manner; projected to be done in one to two hours and finished in one hour on the dot. I've been to other Firestone locations and not one of them matches the customer service of this location. Thank you!

I came here to put on my tires that I bought ahead of time . On 1/13 I got told that we needed additional service on the vehicle while I was in church they told me in order to pass the inspection we needed to purchase an aftermarket piece , they charge so many items on this bill that none of the items were done on the vehicle , alignment , oil change , not even the brakes I m so upset I got charge for all this services and none were done . I thought all was legit like come on not even the oil change which was the cheapest transaction wasn t even done . Please take check the services that is being done I fell for it while I was in church should have checked the next day

Fantastic outstanding service by all the staff great positive attitude even going out the their way to make us laugh. This is what true customer is all about. I was helped by Jonathan at the Firestone in Bay Shore. Took the time to ask me what the problem was, then walked me to my car and explained step by step what I needed to do. He was knowledgeable and prompt and didn t waste my time. A+++ to Jonathan

The staff at the front desk and on the phone are always extremely helpful and willing to discuss any problems, solutions, pricing, etc. During my visit yesterday John was really great and I trust his recommendations.

Dishonest , and all because I didn t want to reschedule my appointment they tampered with my lug nuts on my car just to be petty . You go there and trust that they will be professional and honest and that is not what I experienced here.. be sure to take a picture of your vehicle before any type of service , Because all they will do is deny .

Customer service at the Firestone in Bayshore NY is excellent Very accommodating Very clean Nice space for sitting area as you wait for your car Can't say enough Any questions you have the manager and the staff take the time to answer They take the time to work on your car and when you leave there you know you can get into your car and feel safe

Came in a few days ago for an oil change and received the friendliest service from Thomas! Took all my concerns to heart, not to mention He was there by himself, working on all the cars. Give that man a raise!

The manager Jonathan Velez was outstanding. Friendly, professional and saved me $600.00 +I came in thinking I needed an alternator. He did give me the best quote over the phone and he had such a positive attitude in the phone. I knew I was going to come to Firestone for the fix. When he took the car in, he came back out within a few minutes. He advised me my alternator was fine. Again saving me $600.00. I needed two front tires, but because of that alternator. Well I went home with two brand new tires.From now on Firestone in Bayshore on Sunrise hwy is my regular car guys!Thank you Jonathan VelezFive stars *****

Boyfriend s mom took 2 cars to get inspected here and they got the two cars confused for one another and had to redo all the paperwork weeks later, wasting everyone s time.Update: I m currently watching a mechanic perform an alignment on my sisters car with a torch and a pipe wrench. I am incredibly certain that he is either straight out of mechanics school or generally unqualified.There s also customer keys left on the showroom counter with no one in the room to watch them. They re literally right up for someone to snatch and run

Some crooks over there. Be careful. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and after 2 hours I was told my steering rack is seized and my tie rods are stuck. They said they couldn t do the alignment and that I needed a whole new steering rack and tie rods which was over $1,600 and then proceeded to try to convince me to just take out a Firestone credit card and just charge it and pay it back over time. THAT MADE NO SENSE. I have a number of friends in the industry, so I called a steering rack specialist and explained to him what Firestone said and the first words out of his mouth are why would you bring it to Firestone? They don t know what they re doing . He then explained how they re trying to take advantage of me and that there is no way my rack was seized and I should get a second opinion. Or bring it to him. I went to my neighborhood mechanic, didn t tell him Firestone s diagnosis, and he did the alignment no problem. He said I needed wheel balancing and 2 tires, but $230 later my car is driving perfectly fine. Moral of the story, be careful what they re trying to get you to pay for! Corporations sometimes just want to run up the charges smh.

I brought my vehicle for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated as the thread wear had not changed from the fronts to the back. This lead me to check the oil and I noticed that the oil was still dirty/black and low, meaning the oil had also not been changed. On top of that they made me get the wipers replaced as they were too "worn" to pass inspection. I now have to bring in my vehicle a second time to get the services that I have already been charged for because they lied the first time.I shouldn't have to play quality control for services I'm already paid for. Will definitely cancel my Firestone card and not be coming back.This is absolute THEFTServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

Stopped in this store on Sunday about 25 mins before closing to get one tire that was bad on my car.... brought rim in and gentleman at counter was extremely helpful... in and out of there in under 10 mins!! These guys are great. They dont ignore you... and i will say everyone inran into was friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt get high pressure sales pitch... just presented with my options and i got to makena clear choice.Will definitley be using these guys for my regular work on my car!!

Brought car in for an inspection at 1230 was stated a time of 1 hour and a half when i returned at 2 the car had not even been taken into the bay and the manager was at lunch (of course) go somewhere that respects your time not these clowns

FIRESTONE in BAY SHORE COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!! LIARS and OVER CHARGEWent there for a simple inspection. I was the first person there when it opened and they still told me it will take about 2 hours to get to my vehicle. Got a phone call about hour and a half later saying my vehicle needs a light bulb over the license plate to pass the inspection. I asked them how much they told me 37+ dollars. I asked them how much was the bulb and they said 37$. I then asked how long will it take they told me another hour or 2. I decided to go up there bc I know that job doesn t take 2 hours. After a 10 minute drive I get there ask about my car and they say it will be ready in 5 minutes. I asked again how much was the bulb I was told 37$ for the third time. I told them what kind of lightbulb cost $40 on a car where mine is needed. They then tell me the lightbulb cost $3.50 and Manual labor was $34.While there they also give a print out list of all the things they suggested I should get fixed in my car in which some of these things was just taken care of with brand new parts. An example of this was my brakes. I told them I just replaced my brakes and rotors not even a week ago. They asked front or back. I said the back even though I replaced all 4 at the same time and they tel me yeah your car is front wheel drive and it s the fronts I start laughing and say that s funny I knew you guys would say that and I tell them I get all 4 done at the same time and pull up on my phone the autozone receipt. The guys face whose name I wish I could remember turns completely red and asked if I wanted to pay cash or card.

Good service and reasonable prices for my modest needs at the time, a couple tire swaps, inspections etc.Wish the corporate structure allowed oil changes with my provided oil and filter so I didn't still have to do them myself...

The customer service is lacking, to say the least. They are always trying to nickel and dime you for "recommendations." The car is never ready on time, and they overcharge you. I had an issue with the two front desk people. The guy is telling me he will make me wait for 2 hours for an inspection sticker even though the car was already inspected. Then I finally got my car, and they purposely had the heat blasting on 83, which when I got out of my car before the ac was on Lo and low speed. Honestly, save money, time, and frustration and go to a local mechanic.

Do your research about how much a service will cost based on your car and what has to be done. This place likes to scam / overcharge you for basic maintenance and up. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
