BEST TOWING COMPANY EVER, was stuck for 3 hours until this company got dispatched to tow my car, and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. CHRISTIAN was extremely professional and polite. Towed the car, dropped off, sent me pictures. 10/10! Will use again.

Flat tire problem. I called East coast towing, Christian came to help me immediately. They pick up in 30 mins, faster than I expected. He was very professional and skillful to secure my car quickly and nicely. I was so released to get their service. Needed 2 large toolboxes transported. Showed up when he said he would, loaded them up and strapped them down securely to make sure they didn't get damaged. Very fair pricing as well.

I recently had the pleasure of working with East Coast Towing Company and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service they provided. The team at East Coast Towing went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my vehicle was safely transported.Their tow truck driver arrived quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. Christian was a lifesaver! After waiting for AAA for 4 hours and them never showing up, he arrived to us in 20 minutes. He was able to diagnosis the cars issue, and tow us to the shop in 45 minutes! Mind you this was all at 3am! Highly recommend him if you ever get caught stranded with your vehicle!!

We were stranded on the side of the road and called our insurance company who tried for 5 hours to get us roadside assistance and couldn t not find anyone. We saw your number online and called and got Christian a very polite person who picked up our car and dropped it off for us. Thank you East Coast Towing.

Christian is awesome!!!!!!!! Made sure my car was at the mechanic shop safe, and made sure I was safe, came quick, most tow trucks take forever, my day was going bad at first, but as soon as he came, I was blessed, and my car was good in working condition right away, Thank God!!!! A wheel collapsed near Port jefferson on my car, needed a tow back to levittown, this company not only showed up extremely fast, but worked very hard to get this car on there tow truck , and had me home faster than I imagined i would be, I highly recommend this family business.. Christain, one of there drivers was extremely courteous and diligent.
