Was recommended this place because my brother paid about 60 for his tire to be replaced. They charged me over $200 for mine and said it was full service ONLY. I believed them instead of calling my brother and he even has a receipt that he did not do that. Terrible place. Never come here

Great place to get your tire plugged. I ve been using road runner tire service for years. They are a fast and friendly service and never push a tire sale. We ve picked up a few nails/screws in our tires from all of the local construction.

I bring all my vehicles here. Today the guys was trying to force a second tire on me. 1 tire was changed. The guy was saying im cheap in Spanish not knowing i speak Spanish. I leave and the second tire valve stem is cut. Horrible place to go. Racist towards darker people. I Spanish and saying this. The lady tried to fix it by saying comeback but i rather go to someone else.

First time going there and LAST!! Got 3 tires replaced that afternoon and on my way to work in the morning 2 blew up on me!! Went to get it replaced and Mrs thing that works there tried charging me for them even though I got it not even 24hrs ago!! Then once the 2 were fixed I head out and the 3rd one went flat!! had to go back to the place I always go to who always do a good job for years!!! I honestly don t even know why I went else where.DO NOT recommend and I ve told 2 other people about this place and was told bad experiences from them also!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm glad I came to this place. These guys where very quick. They were also very knowledgeable. My tires were done within 15 minutes.. pretty reasonable in pricing as well.

Went there to get my flat tire fixed. They took care of me right away. Very friendly and i only paid 15$. I was out of there in less than 15 min! My previous experience with them was also very positive.

I think that they overcharged just a little bit plus the service is not all that great they do a great job when they do the job but the service is not all that great

I promise you, it seems like if you are not Hispanic or speak the language, they will not help you. I have gone there and waited for 30 minutes while new customers were coming and were getting assisted over me.I was the only one there at first and then other customers who were speaking Spanish were getting assistance. I had to step in an speak up and ask why they were doing this, and two male workers stated that they could not help me. This was a horrible experience. No one should go here for their services, trust me.

I had live in bayshore 25 yearsAnd this place have nothing but young labores that they are clueless.And they price are ridiculous.I had my Cadillac escalade here to have my tires sensor replace.at $40 eachAnd they installed my sensor backwards.Retarded peoples. Just left there storming after 30 minutes trying to set my Tires Sensor

I was quoted one price then charged a different price. This wasn't fair business practices so I will never go back here. Don't waste your hard earned money with this place.

BY FAR THE WORST TIRE SPOT ON LONG ISLAND, I ADVISE NO ONE TO GO HERE. Long Story short, was driving on sunrise and hit a rock and had a blowout. I than come to this spot and the individual takes the tire off and shows me that my rim was bent than asks if I would like a new or used tire, I tell him a new tire and he installs and I drive away. 30 MINUTES LATER I have another blowout and go back to the spot and spoke to the owner. By far the MOST unfair individual on the planet, He states there is nothing he can do for me and that it is my fault. I STATED that the person that installed my tire should have advised me to get the rim fixed than to come back instead of installing a NEW tire that would blow up on me as soon as I leave the lot. Second, the individual did not CHECK FOR LEAKS. Its not ROCKET SCIENCE. When I went to the rim repair shop to later get my rim fixed the person owner said the blowout happened from the exact spot where the rim was originally bent and the new tire i had originally got was not holding air. The outcome was the owner did not want to keep a customer and ended up having me pay for half the cost of the tire meanwhile I had already spent $180 Dollars for the new tire I PURCHASED and THEY INSTALLED 24 HOURS PRIOR. They have officially lost a customer that has been going there for a while. If I knew how grimy this business is I would have never gave them my business.

Worse place to come had me waiting for an hour and couldn't even change my tire waste of time and joke of a place told the guy rims are expensive and scratches my rims and then he don't want to take charge

This was the worst tire shop ive ever been too. Ao unprofessional. Throwing things around at each other like children. And the boss lady just let it happen. The employees stair like they wanna fight. They could care less about the customer feeling appreciated. DISGUSTED PERIOD.

Wow drove up got my tire plugged in less ten minutes. Friend recommended and I can see why 10 dollar plug I gladly gave 10 dollar tip and told the guy to have a nice lunch

Good work. Poor customer service. Especially if you don't speak the native language. Excellent price. No system in place for customer service. You are served based on the value of your vehicle

The tech who repaired my tire was great. He jumped too work right away and had me up and going in less then 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

It s a shame that as a Hispanic female you still get taken advantage for being a female! Came here to get a tire, granted I understand it is used but I shouldn t have to stop at at a gas station to put air on the tire I just replaced in order to get home! I come here the following day and they are looking at me like I got ten heads giving me the run around! Sat here for over an hour for them to fix a used tire?! Does that make sense to anybody?!!! If I would have come here with a man best believe this would have not happen!
