One of this companies trucks came flying onto Wellwood Avenue off of sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst, completely running me off the road and cutting me off when they had a yield to merge onto Wellwood. Not only did they not slow down, but they missed me by about an half of an inch going about 65 mph. Why don't we learn how to drive before we promote a towing company on the side of the truck or drivers that actually are capable of driving a truck of that size.

Bruno s has picked up many of my fathers vehicles at my transportation company in bay shore. Always professional drivers who know exactly what to do for the big rigs. Even worked and fixed my gmc #400. now I m waiting for u to fix it again and HOPEFULLY have it for our busy weekend this Friday. praying for the part to come inService: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

I would like to leave this review due to an incident involving one of the drivers of this company.I was stopped at a red light in my Mini Cooper in Upper East Side, and one of the drivers with their large tow truck hit my vehicle. They drove off and I followed them for a number of blocks until we reached another red light. I stepped out of my vehicle and took a picture of his license plate and told him I will call the cops for the hit and run. He denied the incident. And since all witnesses were multiple blocks back, no one could confirm what happened. The police were called and we exchanged information. His work s vehicle insurance ultimately denied my claim because his vehicle did not have any significant damage. But the thing is, his vehicle is a massive tow truck. And I drive a mini cooper. I have thousands of dollars of damage.I have attempted reaching out to the employer of the driver to discuss the case. Not only did the company representative refuse to let me speak to the boss, but also accused me of being a cheat, a liar, and a con. As a physician, I feel social responsibility to let the driver s boss know about the incident since the employee in question is potentially a danger to the public.

I'vd been coming to Bruno's Towing for years. Their very good in repairing my diesel truck and very honest company. They don't need 5 stars more like a million stars. Their the best in Bay Shore and highly recommend my friends and family. Keep up the good work and thank you for keeping my vehicle's safe and in good running condition. Thanks.

Absolutely the best. We have used numerous towing companies over the years, and Bruno's is by the far the fairest when it comes to price. We've used them numerous times, but last week they bent over backwards for us when we had a truck loaded with asphalt that had to be towed. We'll never use anyone else. Tommy and his daughter couldn't have been more helpful to us. Thank you for your help and know you'll have a loyal customer in us and to anyone we know who needs a tow!

They did a good job taking my car from the accident but a lot of my stuff was missing from the car I don't know if it happened the Yard or where it went for it's Final resting place.

Bruno has been in business for over 50 years and still runs the shop daily. Rates are fair. No one is looking to turn the screws on you, they want your continued business not a fast buck. You will never find a more honest auto mechanic on Long Island.

Recommended by K&M, and was grateful for the prompt, professional, and reasonable cost for a early morning roadside repair that was in urgent need...I highly recommend them if road repair is needed... Thank you again for your services

My elderly mom got stuck in the rain in a puddle and called Exxon Motor Club and they sent Bruno's out to get her. They passed right by her and kept going. When she called the motor club back they said that they sent them out and gave her the number to call to see where they were. When she called and told them that she was still waiting and that they passed her right by, the man on the phone said yes he did pass her right by and that it was not worth it to him to go back and tow her car for her.Talk about RUDE!! I highly recommend that anyone needing towing service do not use Bruo's.

Today, one of our drivers broke down in Huntington. When the police came, they forced me to cancel my tow truck and use Bruno's. I knew they had a bad reputation. My tow showed up the same time as Bruno's and the cop said he had to leave. So when Bruno's charged me $1356.24 for a $250.00 tow what do you think... or where do you think the extra $1,000 went? Don't ever use them. And hopefully you will never need help in Huntington.

I was walking to my LIbrary in Syosset, at the light I had the right-of-way to cross the street. Bruno's flat-bed truck turned in front of me. He did not stop but slowed down. Then when I said to the driver that I would sue him he drives into me, HE OPENED THE F'#g window and SPIT AT ME! This company obviously does not deserve your business since this driver was very UNPROFESSIONAL ! Dunk Bums.
