This Dealer is the best! The sellers are very professional, Victor has already assisted us with two Cars that we have bought and he always thinks that the customer is very well... without pressuring and looking for the best for his customers! I recommend this Dealer to everyone!

As you can see from the other comments, the service department here is a scam. If you hear the name Glenn or manager Ken you might as well sell your car. I brought in my 2017 Mazda3 that I purchased and serviced at Bright Bay, due to an unexpected noise coming from the engine. The service advisor Glenn quickly called me and told me the engine had no oil in it. I know this is false because it just had an oil change and was full. The Mazda technicians then ripped apart my engine to diagnose the real issue only to find scored bearings and that the engine was unusable with the only option being a 10k engine swap but the engines were back ordered. They then called a Mazda engineer to come down due to my persistence that this should be covered under my certified preowned warranty as it was clearly an issue with the oil pump as was diagnosed by their mechanic. They told me that the engine warranty was voided because the original service advisor Glenn, had reported that there was no oil in the engine and therefore the warranty was void due to owner error, which again wasn t true. Ken the service manager did nothing to help or support the issue, he admitted that Glenn was wrong and committed some kind of wrongdoing on my part but never tried to help or reconcile the issue. The enegine was taken apart and destroyed to the point that it couldn t be put back together or fixed properly by the mechanics who tried to find the issue . I had to tow the car to an outside mechanic who on looking at the engine stated that the engine was clean, and fixable and for no reason needed to be changed or swapped except for the areas that were destroyed by the Mazda mechanics unnecessarily. Mazda essentially voided my warranty for no reason, except that they didn t want to pay for the engine repair. If you look at the service forum for 2017 mazda3 you can see that there is a known issue with the oil pump failing. Did Mazda ever acknowledge this? No. Did they ever give me a real solution? No. Was I ever satisfied? No. When I tried to call to tow my car, Glenn was at lunch and so they couldn t tow the car. It was 1:30, who goes to lunch at 1:30 and leaves their job unattended. Needless to say they re a bunch of scammers. Couldn t warn enough people to stay away. See below the pictures of the old engine that was scrapped and wasted for no reason.

Just picked up my brand new 2024 CX-5 Carbon Edition from Bright Bay Mazda!!! As a first time car owner, I was extremely impressed with this dealership. My salesman, Chris Lico, was the absolute best! Such a brilliant professional who truly went above and beyond to make this experience completely painless. Such a great dealership and staff. Can t recommend these guys enough!!!

We stopped into this showroom not expecting to buy a car on the spot. We just started looking and could not believe the prices we were getting for a small, standard SUV. We were greeted by Chris and he was as professional as they come. He was immediately likeable and pleasant to speak to. We looked at the CX-5 and pleasantly suprised. We never owned a Mazda and was suprised at all its features and the overall look of the car. The price fit the bill for all it came with and we bought the car that day. Chris was great and so easy to work with. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car and never looked at a Mazda, go see Chris at Brightbay Mazda today!

I've purchased many cars from Bright Bay in the past. I just purchased a 2021 CX-9 from salesman Chris Lico. No high pressure sales at all. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Walked me through everything, even hooked up my phone and helped me download the app. He sat in the car showed me everything and had no problem with any questions. Took his time with me and even said if I had future question to feel free to call or text him. What a wonderful way to do business! I highly recommend Bright Bay, I've actually been recommending them for years because they're that good! Thanks Chris for your knowledge, Patience and kindness!!!

James was my sales person & he was very thorough & patient with me since my last car purchase was over 10 years ago & so much has changed. The transaction went very smoothly. Once again the technician failed to top off my fluids. This has happened b4 so I check when I hot home. I paid a premium price at Bright Bay and expect excellent service. I have learned my lesson this CX5 won't go back to them unless I absolutely have to. The only saving grace was the service writer Mr. Walter Miranda who was great.

I bought the car more or less virtually (I live in Central Jersey) and Victor made sure to provide all the about the vehicle, Bright Bay's protocols and the buying process. The entire process, from virtual shopping to in-person purchase and pick up was friendly, smooth and efficient. And my Mazda3 is sweet!

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Rich. They didn t have the car in the color I wanted, but he was able to help me in getting the car delivered there within a week. Once I was able to pick up the car he also helped in teaching me how to use all of the brand new features of the 2024 Mazda CX-50. Great experience and great car. Will definitely let family and friends know about it and send them Bright Bay s way.

We had a great experience with Chris Lico and Bright Bay Mazda. Chris was very knowledgable and personable without being pushy at all - the first car salesman I've ever actually liked! The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish and we got exactly what we wanted. After a very negative experience with our previous car (engine seized after only 4 years and the dealer and car company refused to acknowledge responsibility), this was truly refreshing! I highly recommend Chris and Bright Bay Mazda.

I ve only brought my car to Bright Bay for service a few times, but the service has been great so far. I use to go to a different Mazda dealer closer to my home, but I wasn t happy with the service. Bright Bay is professional and quick and treat you with respect. I will travel the 20 miles for good service from now on.

I had a very satisfying experience at Bright Bay. After months of monitoring other dealerships and never getting a car secured, I called Bright Bay when I saw a great deal on what I wanted. They courteously agreed to hold the vehicle until it could get there. Victor was very professional, and no one tried to haggle me beyond offering various warranty extensions. We drove home in our new Mazda at the price we saw online in just a few hours!

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. I just purchased a 2020 cx5 today from bright bay I was helped by rich he was fantastic truly understood my needs and wants also didn't get frustrated at all when it came to negotiations. Worked with my budget and cash was no problem like other dealers where they push to finance he didn't I definitely will recommend the team at bright bay over and over again to all my friends and colleagues no pushy sales people. I completely dread going to dealerships but they truly helped me and make the expirence less dreadful.

Service staff is continually amenable, attentive, and detailed. Fair pricing for a dealership. They provide initial review of vehicle, provide recommendations but do not pressure you to do them all. Accommodating, and facility is modern and clean should you choose to wait.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a new car. They recently updated the showroom, and it looks great. Chris, our salesman, was courteous, knowledgeable, and affable. He made the entire buying experience refreshingly simple and easy. Anne Marie, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with and, like Chris, did not pressure us at any point into making any decisions.I would 100% go back to Bright Bay to purchase another vehicle in the future. We dealt with several other dealerships before buying, and most need to take notes on how Bright Bay treats its customers.
