Had a wonderful experience at Bright Bay Lincoln. My husband and I worked with Tom and decided on a pre-owned 2022 Corsair Reserve. He was patient and helpful in finding the perfect car for us. It was an extremely smooth process. Would highly recommend!

Bright Bay Lincoln did an exceptional job in helping me find my new car. My sales consultant, Tom Cali, listened to all of my needs and wants and walked me through the different models that could fit my needs. Tom was patient and took his time with me and wrote down the details that I asked for. He was great in answering my family s questions too. It was refreshing that I did not feel pressured to buy or geared toward any specific model and was not rushed into a decision. Tom Cali kept open communication with me during the purchase process, answering questions, and explaining the steps as I went through the checklist. Tom continued to check in with me after I drove my new car home and answer my questions about the vehicle that have come up. I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment that Tom Cali has given to me in this process.

Bright Bay Lincoln is phenomenal. I ve been going there for 9 years and Dominic has been absolutely amazing! I ve been going to him even though I moved 90 miles away. He offers top quality service and listens to my needs. Ann Marie was also wonderful when signing all the paper work. She was clear and concise. From our salesman, Bob Bush right up to the owner of the dealership. This was the most professional Stella service I have ever received with a dealership. I walked away, extremely satisfied and would recommend your dealership to anyone I know who is buying a Lincoln car. Bob Bush was not only kind but he was real. Not trying to push me into something that I couldn t afford or didn t want. This is my second time something from Bright Bay dealership and most likely will be my third one day again. Having retention in a customer is very important to accompany. And you absolutely will be the dealership that I work with again in the future.

We ordered our 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label with Bright Bay and could not be happier with the order details, follow up, lease information and handover. Tom and Jim helped with our order, Ann Marie was great with sorting the lease details and Rose was wonderful in handling delivery of our new vehicle!! We can't recommend Bright Bay more highly

I was thrilled with their all around professionalism, my sale Rep Domenick was great. Although they have a product that pretty such sell's itself. I was happy that there wasn t any unnecessary sales pressure to buy something I didn t want. They also explained how the warranties work in detail and I was well informed on how to use all the accessories work that come with my pre-own Lincoln.Thank you

The Bright bay staff in the service area.... Janice, Susan, & Service Manager Ken were very helpful to make our situation better & though we had a few bumps on the way, we were able to get our vehicle back. I am confident that we can continue to work with Bright bay in the future.

My husband and I went to Bright Bay a few days ago to look at a few used Ford Expeditions and ended up leaving with a Honda Odyssey! Obviously we were looking for a family car and I swore I would never be a van mom. Rose Stpierre was our sales associate and she was wonderful. We've purchased many cars through the years and have had many dealings with different sales associates and she was my favorite! I personally had fun test driving vehicles with Rose haha. This was also the fastest financing process with paperwork and there wasn't alot of back and forth and no hidden fees. 10/10 experience, we would recommend Bright Bay!

My experience with BrightBay Lincoln was to the least, fantastic!! The whole buying and trading process was effortless. Everyone at the dealership was helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back to purchase my next car or truck from them.
