The staff here is amazing !!! I been coming here for some time now and every time I need a service they do a great job .. Linda greeted me kindly and Wade is a great mechanic . I wouldn t take my car to any other shop I Also want to mention Marc ! Just thankful for the team over there .

Of all the Repair Shops I've been to, this shop and the staff there were the first to truly ever make me feel comfortable. Any time me or my wife have had an issue with our vehicles Wade has gone above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Not that I enjoy needing to take my vehicle in for repairs, but when I do I've no hesitation to call Bay Shore Auto Radiator & Repairs first.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Wade's knowledge and skill level is very far above the average mechanic. Wade and his team are really true experts and specialists - impressively talented is an understatement. Backed by years of vast experience, they know engines and how to diagnose and solve problems. Wade thankfully didn't give up on a bad engine situation and didn't take any easy way out by replacing every part possibly implicated in the problem and therefore would have driven the repair cost up dramatically. There was no guesswork involved and always tried and *did* keep costs to a minimum. Wade instead methodically implemented a strategy of patience, applying vast knowledge, proper diagnostics and testing to successfully target the correct parts and solved the problem.

Wade is truly the man.I moved to Bay Shore from NJ for a year, and finding a good mechanic in a new town is something you stress over a little bit. Well, it's really a shame I may only stay in Bay Shore for a year because Wade is one of those mechanics you wish you was always around when you need him.Wade loves to teach others how to better take care of their cars. When I first went for an oil change, he took a complete look over the car and printed me a complete report.I later had to go back for new rear brakes. Mine were down to metal on metal. Wade had my old rotor on the counter when I walked in, and he showed me the scratches where it had started to grind. He gave me a complete 101 on what happened, and in general what to look out for when brakes get low like that.He's looked out for my car, and my wallet.A mechanic of mine in Jersey, who my parents had been going to my entire life, recently quoted me an entirely new transmission in my Nissan Altima, coming out to $4,500.I asked Wade to take a look, and he determined it was just the shifter getting old, giving that little extra wiggle in the car when you go from park to drive, or back again.Wade is definitely a trustful mechanic, and a good man.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

My car was running hot. I thought I had a radiator/coolant problem. It was a leaking Head Gasket, so I had to bring my car to an engine repair mechanic. The wonderful people here, replaced the coolant in my car. They had my car for 2 days. they charged me nothing. There are still good people out there. I will be forever grateful for the kindness.

I finally found a place that I can feel comfortable/confident in bringing my vehicles to.Wade is a great guy and was able to fix in THREE DAYS my Low oil pressure issue that another shop couldn t fix in FOUR MONTHS!He was transparent about everything he did and his pricing was very good as well.Bottom line if you re looking for a quality mechanic that you can trust...Wade is the guy!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Wade is what every mechanic should be: honest, clear, and trustworthy, with a personality that shows he actually cares about the customer.I brought my car to him after a large chain shop wanted to make a ridiculously expensive repair (which I refused to let them do). Wade took a look at my car and told me that, not only did the chain shop (it was a Pep Boys) screw up their work on my car and leave it worse than when I went in, but that the actual repair I needed was something completely different that would only cost me a fraction of what the big guys wanted to charge me.I'd trust this shop with any future repairs I may need in a heartbeat. These are not fake reviews! I was very lucky to find out about this auto repair shop from a co-worker and they are the very best I have worked with. You can't put a price on honesty with auto mechanics, and not only are they honest about what repairs you may need and a very reasonable cost, but they are very skilled and knowledgeable and the job gets done right the first time. Wade is great to work with, great knowledge of the business and honest. You can have total trust in him and also the owner Mark. They really care about their customers and you can be worry free about bringing your vehicle to them. One of the very best I have used in my car owning lifetime. Wouldn't go to anyone else. You should give them a try! AAAA+++++

Took my wifes BMW here twice. Once because of a busted fluid line, which was fix at a very reasonable price, and another time because of check engine light. Wade and his team diagnosed the problem for me. Since it was a lot of work that needed to be done and some codes that had to be diagnosed by BMW, he did not charge me for the time that was spent on my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Its hard to find a fair and honest auto repair shop.

I have been going to this place for many years. Wade is an outstanding person with great customer service and care qualities. He is a very knowledgeable repair specialist. He and his staff are very thorough. You are not over charged and you feel confident your vehicle was repaired. I have recommended this place to family and friends. We are all repeat customers. Great shop excellent service!!!

Wade and his team do excellent work. Most importantly, he does everything on a timely basis. Was looking for a quality mechanic that I could trust after using same guy for 30 years who retired and happy to day i found that here. I trust Wade and his team 100% completely. Wade is honest, fair, reliable and he and his team do quality work at a very fair price. His shop is capable of every aspect of vehicle and engine repair and maintenance. Highly recommended.

I had an urgent problem with my car driving from the city to eastern Long Island. I had to make an emergency stop and found Bay Shore Auto Radiator & Repairs on Google. I don't always have the best luck with mechanics but Wade did not disappoint! He was professional and honest. I felt immediately comfortable during a very stressful time. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for trustworthy, honest, and amazing service! Thank you, Wade!

Wade helped me out about 2 months ago, I love working on my car and I try my best to learn things on my own so I don't get ripped off from sketchy mechanics. I was hesitant because of past experiences but I came in there with an issue and Wade instantly helped me out. My luggnuts were close to stripped and he loosened the bolts just enough for me to do my own brake caliper and brake replacements. He did it free of charge and even refused a tip. I have not been there for anything else, but I know where to go the next time I need help with my car. BAYSHORE AUTO RADIATOR & REPAIR; Wade was very professional and honest. He educated me on my engine and took all doubts that I had away about my engine being repair. Few days had passed and my low oil pressure light and my oil gauge is functioning properly. I will recommend this shop to other people. GREAT MECHANIC! I don't want to forget Mark the owner, he make you feel comfortable in his establishment and will try to help you in anyway he can. We need people like Mark and Wade all over.

Wade and his crew have been taking care of me, my family and friends for over 15 years, and I will whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking and fair-priced mechanic.My first encounter with him was in 2001 when we brought our Windstar van to him. It wouldn't go into reverse, and made horrible noises when going forward. Fully expecting to having the transmission replaced, I let him look it over. About 20 minutes later, he drives it up to the front of the shop, and it was running good as new. The problem: some sort of pin/connector cut loose in the shifter arm, and all he had to do was replace the pin and put it all together. I was so grateful that I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars - and when I asked him how much the job was, he told me "don't worry about it - bring your car back when you have a real problem".Since then, Bay Shore Auto has been my only repair shop - even doing better work than the Ford Dealer mechanics. Everyone I've sent his way has been happy; we get quality work at a fair price. Follow ups are free - if you think something still isn't right, he'll take it back and make it right.Out of everything I have to worry about in my life, this is one place I never have to worry about. I wish all of the companies and people I dealt with ran their business and customer relations like Wade and Bay Shore Radiator does. They're good people - and that's rare these days!

We have been using Bayshore Auto Repair for over 5 years. The team is friendly, reliable, courteous and overall a pleasant team to work with. Wade and Linda are excellent.We have used other repair shops in the past and with much sadness have had continued problems even after they had fixed a problem on our cars. That caused us lots of time off and grief having to bring vehicles back for the same constant repairs.When we found the Bayshore Auto Repair that all changed. Repairs were done once and right. We feel safe and confident bringing all of our vehicles to them. Its truly great to know that our cars (and us) are in good hands.We can and do highly recommend this team without hesitation.

Wade is the man! My wife works at the hospital right behind his shop and drops her car off there before work. Her car has very high mileage and we've been trying hard to extend its life for as long as possible without breaking the bank. Wade does a terrific job keeping it running great and is very straightforward telling us what should be done and what we should pass on. Highly recommended!

Wade is an excellent mechanic who provides Honest , Courteous , Professional , Quality service at affordable pricing. Will not try to upsell you on parts you do not need . If your looking for top notch car care service you will find it here ! They treat your car like it was their own .

Wade and staff are amazing I've been to other shops and the sale me ever service under there roof. The fixed only the problem I went in for. He made other recommendationsof things that made need fixing but they are not stuff to pass inspection. I will always use this shop for my cars service. Thank you Wade and Bay Shore Auto

Had my 2001 Jeep engine replaced 2 years ago, transmission 1 year ago plus minor repairs recently and it runs great! Their manager, Wade, is friendly, courteous , funny :) but most of all honest and makes sure the job gets done correctly. I've been going to BayShore repair shop for many years and am totally satisfied with their work.

Wade and his people are awsome! Second time bringing them an electrical problem which is common for my vehicle. Wade & Marc are literally the most kind and nicest honest !!! Mechanics i have ever meant . ! I purchased a gmc from them which was in mint condition and came with a YEAR warranty ! I have been going there for years, i have brought all my BMWs there. The staff is great and they know what they're doing. I have reccomended them to my friends and they always have said the same. One of the staff members there, Wade, is excellent and can tell you whats wrong with the car with just listening to it run and drive. Will continue to go back as long as they keep the same atmosphere and continue to do great work!

Will not bring my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are honest and professional. Have never done me wrong and I refer all family and friends here. Very nice people. Guys been in the business for a long time. He stands by his work. Never disappointed and I know I ll get honest, excellent work done.

Amazing wade and his team took care of me and my baby. Very honest and easy to work with. They are definitely into taking care of the customer. Will def use them again and glad they are walking distance from my job.
