These people don't like answering phones and don't open up store on time F this place with ther crazy prices asked for inner outer tie rods and told me the total is dam near $200 found the parts at ADVANCED AUTO PART for $80 don't waist your money here.

I woke up to a dead battery two weeks ago and was in a panic. I got a jump then headed over to the shop. Michael White helped me find and install a new battery. We had an eventful morning where it was extremely humid and hot outside. Michael worked hard to dislodge my extremely secure battery. The first battery replacement failed leaving me worried. Then he installed a second battery that worked out great! I have been driving around for the last 2 weeks without issue! The staff was so helpful, caring, and patient with those who are not educated on cars. I thank Michael and the crew so much!

Very friendly and willing to help!I just had a wonderful experience at this location.I don't know much about cars so its always refreshing to find people who aren't looking to take advantage of your lack of knowledge.I was just looking to buy new battery terminals and was pleasantly surprised when they changed them for me. Thank you AutoZone for going above and beyond!

Always a great experience. If they don't have the part you need they'll get it for you quick, but I'd say 4 out of 5 times they have it in stock. Fair prices. Staff is always friendly, accommodating, and tend to be much more knowledgeable than other chain auto parts stores. I always go to them 1st and never have complaints.

There's a young woman there that manages this store.She knows what she's doing some of the guy's give her a hard time. She is blunt and to the point she has to be.Making sure she get you the right part.I feel maybe that's why Pep Boys closed their parts department.Manager keep up the good work

Excellent service! Sarah was extremely helpful in making sure all my needs were met! She tested my old battery and installed my new battery and found me the best products for my budget! I will definitely be coming back here for more of my auto needs! Thank you Sarah for being so knowledgeable and providing the BEST customer service I could ask for!!!!

Nice store, nice staff. NOTE: Entrance into parking lot right after an on ramp to NY 27 north service road after going under an overpass soothe turn comes up abruptly. Watch for traffic!

Great and friendly service. The closing female manager was very professional and helpful and informative. Being that this was the first time I was doing my own maintenance on my vehicle. I left knowing more making me feel like I was a real mechanic.

My name is Brian I ve been coming to this autozone for quite some time now, I always seek out Sarah cause I know I m gonna get great help from her. As always she s super friendly and helpful. My 11 year old son say dad I like her she s nice. Anyway thanks again Sarah you make autozone a great experience. Keep up the good work

Came to check a part out for my car the other day , was super shocked to receive help from a female manager. She knew her stuff better than most guys . I was like yassss us women are taking over , seriously made me proud. Very nice lady

Frank was helping out quick and efficient found the problem and send me home without charging me anything. Amazing service. Grateful after someone else stole my gas from the ferry parking.

District manager Ryan Pinheiro is the worst district manager of all time hands downDoesn t care about his employees or customers only cares about himself there have been times employees have sat out there with the whole weekly truck shipment and not even a thank you can t even find a manger to run the store everyone keeps leaving because of him go to advance auto parts your better off

Came in for a lug nut and replacement stud for my tire and had a great experience. Working with Jeremy, we were quickly able to get the needed parts and he was also kind enough to check the check engine light code on my car. Would highly reccomend 10/10

The staff there was very helpful but the store manager was very rude.She was on her phone talking really loud.She had a very bad attitude and was talking disrespectfully which I did not appreciate.I was hoping she would of provided better customer service but she did not.She was also complaining to employees while on the phone slouched over the register counter,saying this is my store this is Celeste store.She smelled of alcohol and illegal substances.I hope my experience there is better next time.

Worst service ever. I was looking for lug wrench for my Nissan Altima and the guy gave me an attitude because i didn t know what size the wheel lug nuts were. Aren t ya the experts

The worst. And i mean the absolute worst service i have ever seen in my life. There is always a long line and the people at the register take phone calls while you are standing there and look stuff up for a long time while you wait. I took the time to drive there and the phone takes precedence??? I would never go back and spend my money where the employees could care less.

Drop my power steering cap in the Frame ofMy truck. I couldn t reach it. It started to rain. Sara came out the store, reached down and recovered the cap for me. Great customer service Sara!

Celeste was a great help just bought a 2008 BMW she helped me with check engine and purchasing the part. She also assisted me with learning how to use the IDrive in my car, I won't go to any other auto part store, staff was also helpful thanks autozone.
