Anthony from the service department and Carlos from the sales department are two individuals that work towards providing excellent customer service. The professionalism displayed is what contributes to maintaining a long lasting relationship. The few times I went there they lied to me.3 years ago they told me I need something changed.Went to my mechanic and he laughed.Last time they told me I needed a new battery while doing my brakes.The brakes were $100 more than what my mechanic was going to charge,Anyway 4 months latery and no battery problem Unfortunely My mechanic retired.Have to find a new one.

Had an 8:30am appointment for my car to be looked at, contacted them at 2:30 to get an update. They STILL hadn't looked at my car. I told them I needed it back by the end of the day. Never heard from them. Contacted them again at 4pm, car STILL was not even looked at. (Never got any warning that they might not even get to looking at it that day, let alone fix it). I told them don't bother and I picked it up. Never will I attempt to use their service station again.

This Honda Service dept is so good. It is clean and the people are friendly. I have been to Honda Of Valley Stream Service Dept and hate it there. This place is a million times better. I drive about 40 minutes to get there. I could go to 2 or 3 other Honda dealerships that are closer but I love the service I get at Atlantic Honda. I highly recommend it. Anthony and the rest of the Atlantic Honda service team were friendly and professional. They were able to resolve my issue quickly and even found that it was covered under warrantee, which saved me over $2000. Overall a very positive experience. They have earned a loyal customer.

Always a great experience when I have my cars serviced here. I work with Jessie usually but if she isn't there Christine and the others are good too. I've been going to this dealership for 6 years now and there always friendly and helpful.

After them being unable to find the cause of a leak in windshield (2 hours of labor just to look at it). I took the car go another shop and they found the leak and showed me (within a half hour). The windshield needed to be resealed. Today I brought the car in for oil change and they said I needed a few additional services. I agreed to a few then they come back to tell me the battery needs changing, drive belt and engine crank?. I said no way am I spending another 500+ on top of what I already agreed to for 390 (cash because they also charge credit card fees). Do they think we walk in with thousands of dollars in cash? DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE HERE

I had been contacted about getting an oil change and made an appointment. There was also a problem with the tire pressure, so I asked them to check it out.Everyone through the whole process was really nice and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with plenty of room. I was told one tire had nails in it and had to be replaced. It was covered under the warranty. The mechanic suggested buying another tire so they'd be balanced, and I totally agreed. I may have been there 2 hours and everything was taken care of.

Waited 3 hours for $300 battery change. Found out afterward that I could've just gotten a battery for $100 at Costco and that most people install it for free.

Highly satisfied with the service provided. I came here for a second opinion after it seem like the dealership near me was trying to scam me. Atlantic Honda was easy to work with and let me know my repair was actually covered by the extended warranty so I had nothing out of pocket. I had have a terrible experience here. Please be careful this place becuase they are not honest. I went there to get the inspection replacement. And they call me I have to change windshield blade for $42. I refused that they touch my car to get the inspection in other place. Then, they said they ve already taken off my original inspection sticker, and they can t put it back. I felt my car is hostage. Whenever I went this place, they charged something which doesn t have standard. They ask for me to replace transmission oil and Break fluid of my 2 years old car. I changed transmission oil, not break fluid. And break fluid is okay month later. Then they didn t mention that break fluid at this time for inspection.

Service was quick and good. Requested to replace a fog light assembly. They replaced it quickly and for a good cost but they did not put it back together well. I did not notice at first until sometime later. There were huge gaps between the bumper and the fog light cover. I tried to push it in myself but it did not do much. Before anyone responds and advises to contact them for assistance- I will not. I left you 2 Text messages with photos of the issue and nobody addressed it and first message was sent a week ago.Traveled there for 2 hours to get the service. Again- great place compared to others but I wish they paid more attention to detail before returning the car and double checking to ensure that all is in order.

Horrible Service!They make you buy a warranty for your car when you buy from them, but it conveniently never covers anything that breaks. Last time I went there to fix an electronic on my car that should be covered, the person checking me in said that it wont be covered UNLESS I buy brand new brakes from them even though I just got breaks earlier that year.Another time they told me to come back on a certain day because they needed a part shipped to them first. I came back when they told me to, I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours for them to tell me the part didn't arrive yet. Few days later they said come in it's here! I did. Another 2 hour wait just to be told they just opened the box and saw it was broken in transit and they wasted my time AGAIN!Also my car reverse camera ALWAYS without fail pops up on the screen no matter what gear its in whenever I step on the brake. But every time (easily at least 3 years now) I bring it there and tell them, even with video evidence on my phone in hand, they still say everything was fine when they checked it out, "it wasn't broken in the short window we looked at it so we didn't replace anything."As we speak, I'm on hold for over 15 mins while I'm writing this review, but I have to put up with it to fix a recall AC part on my Civic.I guarantee you whenever they decide to take me off hold, I'll be making another useless appointment that wont fix my car and will still somehow cost me a ridiculous amount of money before I walk out.Go somewhere else! ANYWHERE ELSE!Yelp has more accurate ratings with less plants in the reviews (2 Stars). Still sounds pretty generous to me.

Real nice people over here- my family has been doing business with them for years. Don't think we ever had a bad experience with them in terms of purchasing/ leasing a vehicle. But their service department is a MESS.First thing is their "appointment" system. Others have mentioned it before but I'll add on to it. It makes zero sense to have this in place if it doesn't follow a set time schedule. I came here on a Friday morning and was asked to wait TWO hours. It did not matter what service I was getting my advisor said they were understaffed and that was going to be the wait time. Only reason you should be going here is if you have a free oil change as part of your purchasing agreement.Lastly, LEARN ABOUT YOUR CAR before going in to get service. These guys will not hesitate to push you into getting service (overpriced at that) that you don't need. I made an appointment for a recommended oil change as shown on my car's dashboard but my service advisor had other things in mind. He never really explained it to me, rather just said my car needed 3 other things (tire rotation - $33, Filter change - $139, and wheel alignment - $139). Anybody who does their research will soon find out that is absurdly overpriced and UNNECESSARY for a car under 20,000 miles, especially if leased. Honestly I respect their hustle and a part of me doesn't even blame them, but that's not gonna fly with me next time and hopefully not with other ill- informed customers. Good luck thinking i'll come back here for another service. Lesson learned.

Service was great. However knocked a star off for the time it took. I was waiting for around 4 hours for a oil change and flat tire. Staff are great and they did tell me they were backed up and it would take around 2 hours.I ended up waiting an extra two hours. They had coffee and I was able to bring my computer and work my remote job using their Wi-Fi so it wasn't a total waste of time.Overall highly recommend location.

My wife brought her 2019 Honda Fit in for an inspection. The car passed all aspects of the inspection. The service rep contacted her about the the decorative cover on her passenger side mirror being missing. He could not pass the car without installing a new mirror.When my wife explained that it was passed by Atlantic Honda 1 year earlier with the missing cover, he said the mirror doesn't work anymore. Both the camera and motor controls didn't work.My wife showed him that they do, in fact work, and he said he would not pass the vehicle.The following week a local service station passed the vehicle and even commented that what he did bordered on being illegal. Bad service doesn't even deserve a star it takes hours to check your car even if it's just for an inspection they give you an appointment for 8 am They leave you waiting until 4 pm They make people wait for hours, it would be understandable if they check more cars,before your car but even if it's only you waiting, they check it your car only when they want.and if you ask about your car they don't even answer you.

My headlights weren't working so I came here with the intention of getting them fixed. I replaced my fog lights, but they stopped working too. My headlights weren't working months prior to the foglights not working. They were trying to tell me the aftermarket foglights caused the problem, even though my headlights weren't working in the first place, way before the foglights were installed. Then they told me my harness was burn out and needed to be replaced for $2,300. This isn't fair at all. I paid $170 for them just to tell me that and not actually do anything to my car.Service: Electrical

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very forthright with the prices and gives you the best options. Don't try to twist numbers or options to benefit them better. The whole financing part of the purchase took a bit longer than we expected, but overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get another vehicle

I am deeply unsatisfied with the service at Atlantic Honda.I called on Tuesday May 11th to schedule an appointment for a recalled part on my Fit. I called and made an appointment for 7:30AM that coming Saturday, which was confirmed via text message later in the week. I arrived Saturday to find myself the sixth in line, my "appointment" did not matter and they would get to me when they could. I knew from previous experience at Atlantic Honda that I could be waiting some time for service, so I checked in with Stanley and sat to wait for my ride. After a few minutes, Stanley entered to tell me that they had not ordered the part for my vehicle.Why, if I called four days prior expressing my need for an appointment that they would not order the part? I wish I knew who I spoke with that day. I also don't understand that if a vehicle from the dealership has a recall, why they wouldn't have some of the necessary parts on hand.Stanley ordered the part and told me it would arrive that Tuesday, a week after I had made the first phone call. Fine. I asked Stanley if he would call me when the part was in, he said yes, but by 3pm Tuesday I hadn't heard from him. I had to call the service desk twice and wait several minutes to finally speak to a mechanic who told me the part was in. I dropped off my car that night for an appointment the next morning.I left my keys in a bright purple envelope in the key drop with my name, phone number, license plate number and model and I received a call the next morning from a confused associate Kris who did not know why my car was there. I did not understand why she couldn't just type my name in the computer to find out. I explained the situation and she told me my car was already being worked on.She called me about an hour later to say that upon inspection I needed a brake job and an AC filter replacement that all told would cost me upwards of $200. I understand inquiring about the brake job, but if I had a dirty air filter that could have been replaced as a courtesy, especially after all of the waiting, miscommunication, and the fact that the part only cost about $10.I had to call that afternoon to make sure that my car was finished, nobody had bothered to let me know.My car was done and I picked it up around 2 p.m. I started looking by myself in the lot and then asked one of the mechanics if I could walk through the bay to see if my car was in the back, to which he barked at a sleepy valet to get the car for me. This is the second time I have had service at Atlantic Honda. I have had no problems with Atlantic Honda sales but the service is beyond subpar and I would not recommend them to anybody.Service: General repairs & maintenance
