Me and my fianc� have been so busy enjoying our brand new 2023 Tahoe I didn t even get a chance to say thanks! I had the best experience with Atlantic Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle and drove home same day. From the initial scheduling of my appointment with Paul was very easy. He was extremely helpful and courteous. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul. Paul was very detailed and helped me find the truck that best suited me. Thank you Paul for your time and patience and experience was top notch.Ryan was great with explaining all the different warranties and helped me in choosing a deal I was comfortable with.I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Had a great experience with Lorena, this is our second vehicle from Atlantic Chevy and she has helped us get the best deal possible both times. Lorena definitely goes above and beyond for her customers and I could not be happier with her service and friendliness, she does not make you feel pressured to buy/lease and most importantly makes you feel as though you made the right choice. She stayed late with us even past the times she was supposed to leave and helped get us through this whole process nice and smooth. I cannot say enough how great she is and am very happy we our second vehicle!

I have had so many bad experiences buying a car that it's nice to report that I had a wonderful experience with Chris and Dylan. I told them what I needed and they did all they could to accommodate my needs! They took a lot of my anxiety away and they made the process very easy. I highly recommend going to them!

Very happy with service. John was my advisor and they followed my instructions to the T. I also helped the service manager with a mini cleanup and she without my knowledge gave me a complimentary car wash and detailing of my car. Very happy with service. I alsohad a 15% off coupon for my service which helped me greatly.

I had a terrible experience with this car dealership. Not only did they provide us with the wrong price at the time of closing, but they also failed to deliver on their promise of providing car mats. The lack of transparency and follow-through is appalling. I would not recommend anyone to deal with such unprofessionalism. Avoid at all costs!They gave me price cheaper than Sarant cadillac but at the time of closing they increased the price to $4000 by adding warranty and if I dont take warranty the car apr jumps by 4% so they just want to fool you.And after getting my credit check and everything during closing they guys were so rude and asked me if you dont want, go back to sarant.And i would also like to say that the Finance guy Karl was very rude at the time of closing i have all the chats in which they have agreed on a certain price but at the closing they raised the price around 3-4k bucks i would recommend everyone to go to sarant Cadillac rather than going to Atlantic chevy and buying car from these thugs.And in brand new car they have a dent and they asked me that come any other day will get it fixed. When all the loan and everything is closed. Now i have to waste another couple of days to fix the dent on a brand new car

Just purchased a 2024 Chevy Silverado HD LT package. Not all the bells and whistles of the high country but still a good amount of extras. Checked out the prices online. Spoke with a rep, Paul, and setup an appointment. So many dealers are shady but these guys were all transparent. High volume dealer and do what it takes with no pressure. I bought from Joe Jr. He knows his stuff and was very helpful. Joe Sr. was happy to help. Highly recommend.

There aren t enough stars to give to explain how amazing everyone at Atlantic Chevy was. Paul C and Ryan were a tag team that made an extremely stressful situation due to a house flooding into a seamless transaction. Aside from arriving 3 days early from my pickup date, they both were extremely accommodating. And I couldn t be happier. I usually dread buying cars, which is odd cause I love cars, yet these two made it a wonderful experience. Like I said, see you in 2-2.5 years when the Blazer goes to my son! Ty again both of you! In short, Ben Kowal was absolutely amazing with everything he did to get me across the finish line with the leasing of my beautiful 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss truck. I have been a loyal and returning customer since 2004 when I leased my Suburban from Ben s dad, Dave, and we ve gotten multiple vehicles from Atlantic Chevrolet. It s always a back and forth negotiation, but Ben has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I ve gotten any and all applicable rebates and dealership incentives. He s always looking out for the best interests of his customers and this is the main reason we keep coming back to him. We all know a sales rep works for the dealership as well as for himself, but there is something about Ben that makes him exceptional and the only one I ever want to work with. He genuinely thinks of his customers as hard working folks who deserve to get the best deal for their money. And, in his line of work, this is a rarity. I loved working with his Dad and he s a chip off the old block who is making Dad proud that he followed in his footsteps. Ben deserves to be recognized for his extremely hard work and dedication to his customers, and Atlantic Chevrolet is very fortunate to have him on their staff.

It was a pleasure working with salesman, Steven Blank. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade we purchased. When we requested to have black rims added as one of the features he made that possible and it really brought out the beauty and classiness of the truck. We have leased many vehicles over the years and our experience at Atlantic Chevrolet was the best of overall. Our salesperson Gina Cordasco was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Also, the general sales manager Jeff Randazzo was on sales floor and very approachable to answer any questions, which we have sadly never experienced before at any other dealership. He understood exactly what we were looking for in the lease of a new vehicle. He was very honest and straight forward in giving us options to make it happen. We are extremely satisfied with our new lease at Atlantic Chevrolet and would highly recommend them.

Perfect visit. Needed a pump replaced. Suggested to wait for it. I did. 40 min later, job well done and a freshly washed and cleaned car returned to me with a coupon for a free car wash any time I d like. Comfortable clean waiting room. UPDATE: I was able to pick up my car last night and left satisfied. Megan was a great help with keeping communication open to update me on the status of my vehicle. Word of advice, please treat all customers like they are a priority. I feel if I did not write this negative review I would not have gotten the positive results that I received. In the end I am happy that my car got fixed and seems to be running excellent.My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing. Not only has my car been in their service side for almost 2 weeks, at NO point was I ever able to get a call back to let me know a status update not even if they said they would. I understands that I am not the only customer they deal with at a time but the customer service sucks. They make you feel like your not a priority and and like you should just sit and wait until they decide they are done with your car. I mean 2 weeks and every time I need an update, I have to call even though they advised they would call me back. I mean it doesn't take much to be human and be helpful. Nobody seems to want to help. If I could give them no stars, I would. I would NOT recommend taking your car here. The girls that answer the phones are very nasty as well. I had one tell me" just like when you order anything online, you have to wait till it comes in" like we don't live in the 21st century with tracking numbers. I mean absolutely horrible experience with anything with ATLANTIC attached to it. I got the car from Atlantic Honda, and the experience I had with both of these places I wish for NO ONE. I am still waiting for them to finish my car, and waiting for a call back. We will see if I get one. Don't worry though, if they don't call, I will. Like I have been doing, its seriously like pulling teeth. 0/10 would never recommend.UPDATE: I did receive a call from a lady named Megan that helped put my mind at ease a little with an update. Although it was not the update I wanted to hear, I appreciate the call back. It proved that someone does care there.

Worst dealership I ve ever been to in my life. They re extremely unprofessional, rude, lazy, and just flat out don t know how to do their jobs or how to treat their customers. I went in thinking it would be a smooth and easy process, as I ve experienced with other dealerships, but that was far from the case at this dealership. They lied to me about the price of a car, lied to me about the trade in value for my old car, and are blaming me for an issue that is CLEARLY their fault. They aren t taking any action to help resolve this issue, and basically told me to deal with it myself. This all could ve been avoided with clear communication but it s apparent that they don t know how to do that. I m absolutely appalled with this entire experience. Never again would I come here. Don t waste your time, energy, or money here.

The Atlantic service worker, are very respectful and kind. While my car was being service on ,they informed me early that it would be a while before my car would be finished, and offered me a ride home, which I was extremely pleased.So when they were finished they offered me a ride to pick me up to get my car. He was here quick, no long waiting and I was a very happy customer. My car was taken care of.Thank you all.

I purchase a new vehicle approximately every 18 months. This is the first time I have shopped for a vehicle at Atlantic Chevrolet and Cadillac.. It was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Sales consultant Ryan Musinski made it a wonderful and memorable shopping experience. I will definitely go back to this dealership again and again and again. Usually when you have a shopping experience like this, it means management is also doing a great job !!!

Ben is awesome! My lease was up on my Jeep and Ben pointed me in the right direction of the next steps to take with my lease company and shortly after that got me into the exact Silverado I wanted! The entire process was seamless from start to finish and was truly the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Mohammed in finance was on the ball, had all my paperwork ready to go and no changes at signing which made me very happy. I ve never been in and out of signing so quickly. Ben has sold my family many vehicles and highly recommend going to him as your next car sales rep. The service side of the dealership sucks! Took my truck in for an inspection and a back up camera issue and they told me they ll call me when it s done. 3 hours later I called for an update and they told me they haven t gotten to it yet. I asked will it be done today and they replied with they don t know because they are backed up apparently a bunch of technicians called out. Sorry not my problem. Then I asked if they had any loaners to give out. Of course they didn t. I d rather you reschedule my appointment than waste my time
