Matt at Acura of Bay Shore went above and beyond in helping me purchase my vehicle. I was making a three hour drive from CT to visit the dealership and he was very thoughtful in providing me with information (such as availability of the vehicle, detailed photos) before coming in. I was stuck in traffic and arrived thirty minutes after my scheduled time - he was very patient and had prepared the car for a test drive. He was very attentive to my budgeting needs and got me a price I was happy with. Due to long hold times at the insurance company, Matt and the people in the financing department had to stay past closing time to help me take the car home that day. Despite the frustrating situation, I was treated with respect throughout the entire process and Matt did everything he could to make things move quickly on the dealership s end. If you are looking to buy a used car but are worried about being taken advantage of, I would highly recommend this place as someone who was in the same situation. Their transparency and commitment to making your car buying process as easy as possible really made the drive from CT to Long Island worth it.

From start to finish, we could not tell you about the impeccable service we had received from Bay Shore Acura. I think they were more excited than us in getting this amazing 2024 RDX. Ricky our Sales Consultant was amazing as well as Pedro. They took their time in explaining the quality features that this vehicle had from A to Z. The Finance gentleman as well. We will make this Bayshore Store our # 1 Dealership in the Tri State Area. As everyone knows, car shopping while fun is one of the most stressful things people have to do. Dealers are crafty with their advertisements and offers and are certainly looking out more for themselves (for max profits) than for the buyer.Having said that, I was in need of a second vehicle and went around and tested a number of 2020 and 2021's ( off lease ) of different brands and dealers. I wound up purchasing a (certified) 2020 RDX tech package from Ricky Collado who was very professional and helpful in the process. My follow-up visit with the service department ( on a busy Monday morning ) with Chris, was also a pleasant experience as they furnished a second key fob and helped get the Android auto up and running for me. I look forward to doing future business with them.

Had an incredibly pleasant experience at this dealership while shopping for a used car with my wife. They are pretty fair with negotiating the sticker price, (Peyton was our car salesman and he was great!) and transparent with the financing side (go see Rob who's in charge the finance side - he's extremely professional and even refunded me money because he noticed I overpaid). Will be recommending to friends and family!

My car salesman was MIKE GAMEZ .Remember that name because he was so KIND and so SWEET always asked my little sister and I if we wanted a snack or water. I was very confused and nervous buying my first car without any help.He was AMAZING and very PATIENT with my questions.When you first go there DEFINITELY ask for him.Whenever my family is looking for a car dealership I m definitely going to recommend this place especially the managers they were so kind and helped me so much.I can not thank them enough for helping me pick out the vehicle that I wanted and they made sure I was HAPPY and satisfied with my purchase and I love this car with all my heart! I went to six (6) different Acura dealerships to price out the model I wanted. Four of the six refused to discuss pricing over the phone. All four of these dealerships later presented the most ridiculous prices and markups. Bay Shore actually worked up a preliminary deal with me over the phone, which I really appreciated. I visited their showroom and was out with my car in a couple of hours. No back and forth. If you call a dealership and they do not want to talk about pricing over the phone, don't buy from them. Bay Shore is representing the Acura brand very well.

Bought a 2024 Integra at this dealership, and the particular reason that I selected this dealership was that they had the exact car and color/transmission combo that I wanted. I dealt with a guy there named Matt who was very straightforward and honest with me which was much appreciated. Compared to other dealerships that I bought from in the past, I felt like this dealership was pretty straightforward with the exact price of the car which was a bonus for me. Considering that I got my car for almost MSRP, I suppose I can't complain. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and I thought it was unique that this dealership had a gong in the showroom. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone considering an Acura vehicle.

One of the best, if not the best dealerships I ve been to. Fredis helped me every step of the way with my car purchase, and I couldn t have been happier with the car he helped me pick out. I forget the finance managers name, but he was extremely helpful as well. Never felt pressured by anyone, which is rare nowadays especially when buying a used car. I will always come back to this dealership, and if I know anyone that s looking for an Acura, I ll recommend this place every single time.

Went to Acura of Bayshore with a friends recommendation . The person to see is Ricky Collado. He is genuinely a great guy. He was calm, relaxed, didn t rush, answered all of my husband s questions on finance available, msrp, the stats of the vehicle and finding the price that was right. It was a Sunday nonetheless and he was able to get the car prepped and ready to leave with me. It made the whole experience so smooth!I just wanted to thank him on the excellent service he provided. I could of went to the Wantagh Acura that was close to home. The drive to Bayshore Acura was worth it.This is my second Acura , love the brand .Thank you

Got there at 9 am, at 12pm was told the finance people are at a meeting I ll call in 2 hours never got a call back so I decided to stop by at 5 for them to pull a credit score 100pts lower than every other bureau I could find and tell me that it s normal for a bank to take 5 hours to respond. Gave me the option of a co-signer or putting 12K down on a 18k car definitely would not recommend unless you have $10k+ of disposable income laying around

Excellent dealership and staff. I had a great experience dealing with my salesperson Matt. I found the whole experience to be very simple and I felt comfortable dealing with Matt who was very knowledgeable and accommodating when asked to see different color combo s of the new RDX. I never felt rushed or pressured.Walked in around 6:30pm last Monday, and had a deal in place by 8:15pm after test driving and going over all the features of the new RDX.When I did come back a few days later to pick up my new vehicle, I then dealt with Peyton and Pedro. Both were also excellent to work with. Pedro went over all of the features of the vehicle which was much appreciated. Peyton finished all the remaining paperwork and was great to deal with. I would highly recommend Acura of Bayshore.

Awesome customer service! Big shout out to Larry. When I went there, it was only him running the show. I went there to get an oil change and something else but also my car was making some funny noise I told him what happened and what the other car dealership did Smithtown Acura the worst dealership ever they put my parts in wrong and I called Smithtown Acura left messages and they never called me back so I brought my car back to my dealership Bayshore Acura. Larry found the problem and the team fix it.The best experience is Bayshore Acura highly recommended the staff are wonderful

I bought a used 2017 Infiniti for Bayshore Acura, the car was in impressive condition on the outsides but the brakes were shot. I told the sales rep when I test drove that the car was vibrating when I applied pressure to the brakes. I told him I m interested in the car as long as all the issues were fixed. He called me and told me the car was ready, it was nice and clean but I brought it back and they kept the car for a day and only changed the front rotors no pads. I brought it to my personal mechanic after the brakes were making grinding noises after 2 weeks. All the pads were worn. I bought from a large dealership to avoid what I thought a smaller used car sales man would do. This dealer put my family at risk to save a few dollars. I would never buy a care from Bayshore Acura again! If anyone else decides to tell them to make sure the brakes are new, and wave the reconditioning fees, because they are not doing so.

Highly recommend this dealership! Sat down with Ricky a few weeks ago in hopes to bring home one of their used cars. He made the process very smooth and there was no pressure at all. If the deal was doable we would proceed and if the numbers didn t make sense, then it wasn t meant to be. Luckily everything worked out perfectly and I was able to walk away with one of their used SUV s. Thank you again to the salesman Ricky and also everyone else at Acura who made the deal possible.

I had a great experience when shopping for my new car at Acura of Bayshore. There was absolutely no pressure making a deal. Matthew Moraitis was very knowledgeable, and he really made this buying experience very simple. The dealership took full control of my trade-in and got me out of my prior lease with 4 months left. Another Acura dealer wanted nothing to do with my trade-in. (Smithtown) too bad for them! I love my TLX Aspec!!

I leased a new Acura MDX and I couldn't be happier with the car and the dealership. For two days their finance representative had trouble getting through to my credit report, which was locked and I was having trouble unlocking it. Acura of Bayshore found a way to make it work. When I received the car on Wednesday, Brandon's coworker went over the car in detail and answered all of my questions. Thank you Brandon for you help and patience! I highly recommend this dealership.

Feeling a little let down. Called in with a pre-approval knowing very well the condition of my credit wasn t the best (also not completely awful) but I was transparent about it. I was extremely hopeful that things would work out. Especially after reading reviews, looking at finance options, etc. I had terrible experiences in the past, and had so much anxiety around the process. I m devastated that this time wasn t much different. The bank I received pre-approval from was never checked although I was told it was I was later told it was because the dealership would lose money on the deal . And while I totally get it, those words have left me feeling completely disregarded. My once diligent and kind sales person stopped communicating completely. Sales managers said they would look into things and get back to me but haven t, so far I ve been the one calling them so now I feel like a burden. My credit was racked with inquiries from every other bank. I was told I would need $15K down on a $19K car. It was so shocking compared to other rates I ve received elsewhere that I just couldn t believe it. I had plans to check my credit union if things didn t go well with typical lenders. But rather a solution they completely ignored me. Again I was not expecting this. To the non-credit folks, subprime, or not excellent or rebuilding credit folks don t have $15K to PUT DOWN, or a co-signer folks. Stay positive and look elsewhere. Where you are considered and acknowledged even IF you re not their ideal customer. You ll be much happier going with a dealership who at least pretends to care.

These crooks sold me a car with a clean carfax in 1/2023. About 6 months later I found a buyer for my car, he ran the carfax and it showed an accident in 10/2020. Do not be fooled by the salesmen, they just try to push you out of the dealership with any vehicle. I tried reaching out to them for help regarding the 3 year discrepancy and they completely ghosted me and did not help me at all. I will never return to this dealership!

Had a problem with the front strut on my RDX, called the the Service Department, got a schedule right away and I was provided with a loaner car. Brought the car in the morning and got a call back in a few hours that the car is ready. I am very pleased with the Service Department especially with Larry who was very pleasant to deal with. I called the Acura of Bayshore on Thursday night to verify a 2020 Kia Niro Ev was still available. I spoke with Paul Williams. He sent me pics of the car and answered all my questions. Paul is a professional without the sales tactics. I test drive the car on Friday and picked it up on Saturday. Great dealership and highly recommend Paul!!
