The overall purchase was easy. Sales was responsive and willing to make a good deal to get the sale done and finance was helpful throughout the process. The actual walk-through on the day of pick-up could have been better. It took forever and could have been more informed. I also feel the trailer should have been gone through more thoroughly before we got there which would have caught anything that needed fixing ahead of time. They were willing to make any corrections necessary which was a positive. Overall, happy with the buying experience.

This is the 4th dealership my wife and I have bought campers from. By far this has been the best experience we have had. Dallas was our sales person and was very knowledgeable. He helped us find the camper we fell in love with. Matt the technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He had answers for every curiosity we had. Bath is further away from us than Waterloo. If it weren't, we would chose Matt as our guy for service.

We had an amazing experience at at Wilkins they went above and beyond for us. The sales team listened to us and what we needed and answered all our questions. They didn't push anything on us they allowed our pup to check out his new ride. The shop was amazing taking 2 hours just to go over all the important things and gave us great advice. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and took time with us. Highly recommend them. When we contacted them about the battery straps when we saw weren't on it they shipped them out next day without any trouble. Great customer service made us feel great about our purchase. Will definitely be coming back when it's time to upgrade. Thank you guys.

After previously having the unfortunate experience of doing business with a dealership very close to Wilkins RV of Bath NY, I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier. The staff at Wilkens were professional, knowledgeable, and honest, quite a contrast to their neighbor. We had the opportunity to interact with two salesmen, a manager, finance specialist and the parts and service department, all were a pleasure to deal with. They were personable, able to answer all questions we had which resulted in us purchasing our new travel trailer! We can personally give Wilkens RV our highest recommendation to anyone looking to purchase an RV. Thanks so much Wilkens RV! Happy Camping!!

We had a great experience overall, we went on a Saturday.We had Dallas for our sales rep, he was fantastic. Sat down, told him what we were looking for. Showed us a few different options.Fell in love with one and got the process started right awayBrought the kids for this trip, since it was a Saturday they put on a little lunch. Hit dog chips drinks they have a popcorn machine which was a big hit for them. A nice little lounge area with a TV. So the kids got to sit eat relax while we did paper work.My one and only complaint is that there was a leak In one of our tanks and something wrong with the seals that we weren't told about until we went to pick it up so we have to go alllll the way back to get it fix.They are going to give us a gas card for the Inconvenience which is very appreciatedI'd recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for a camper

Wilkins RV is an awesome RV dealership with employees who are extremely customer focused. Jeff our sales person, was knowledgeable on all the RVs we were interested in and always returned emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. Andrew, the technician that walked us through the pre-delivery training, and Paige, who handled the financial aspects were both highly professional. The sales people working in the stores area did a great job of showing us around and answering questions about various RV accessories. This was truly a great buying experience.We highly recommend Wilkins RV in Bath to anyone looking for an RV

We purchased our camper from Wilkins at the Hershey RV Show. We couldn t have asked for a better experience, from our salesman, Gregg, to the rep Wayne and Dustin the business manager. They made it so easy and did right by us. When they realized I loved the camper but not outdoor tv, they found the one we wanted. I recommend them highly. We even traveled the 4 hours for the walk through and well worth it with Jim the demo guy. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the Nichols location. We just had our camper delivered today and Jim was great. Thanks Wilkins for helping us get the camper of my husband s dream.

We had a great experience. Jeff and Paige were super helpful and knowledgeable to work with. Sales and service were so friendly and helpful. The tech who went thru the camper on pick-up day was friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience start to finish. Can't wait to take the camper out once weather warms up.

Heather in customer service is a great employee who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us with the issues we presented with our camper. She detailed our issues on the shop order wonderfully so the service dept understood our problems. The service staff even called me to make sure they understood our concerns. The Saturday we picked up our camper, Heather was diligently trying to handle all the customers working by herself. We watched as her dept lead ate pastries then waved goodbye as heleft her with multiple customers in line

We came here for the free dump station recommended by our RV host nearby. The sales Hans was very helpful to guide me to it. After he found we needed to repair our RV, he quickly arranged the estimations. We deeply appreciate his help.The dump station is super clean and easy going through in/out. Such wonderful!

What a great experience we have had with Wilkins RV. Paige has gone above and beyond to help with our decision. She provided us with all the information so we could make the right choices when it came to financing. She promptly responded to every question and had our best interest in mind. Great people, great atmosphere, great ownership. Not only as a employee, but as a customer that has purchased 4 times. Wilkins rv is a family and I'm proud to be part of it. Latest experience was with Ann Burdett and Bret installing a new generator. Took our camper on first trip and generator ran flawlessly. It was a quick turn around for installation and was happy to get it taken care of quickly for our camping trip

UPDATE:It doesn't matter whether the error was caused by intentional or unintentional human error, it is still an error. Both Paige and you did email saying it was an error.To address your concern about me trying to scam you and the subsequent downgrading, I would like to clarify that we did not take advantage of the lower price you offered us. If I was looking to take advantage of an error and I was such a shameful human like you are trying to say, I would have purchased the warranty you counter-offered.Thank you for revealing the kind of business owner you are to everyone online.The salesman we purchased our motorhome with was great. My recent experience with Wilkins RV of Bath NY was beyond disappointing, to say the least. After we purchased our motorhome we received an email specifically addressed to us with a quote of an extended warranty from Paige. When we contacted her to move forward with the quote it magically increased $1200 and will not honor the quoted price. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Nothing like a business scamming people for more money.

My sales representative was fine and very knowledgeable. Once I signed the papers, however, the service department manager was very rude. I had a list of things that needed attention and had to drive an hour and a half there more than once to get all the work completed. The repair technician was wonderful, even when the automatic leveling system gave him trouble.The entire after purchase experience with the service department left a bad taste with this company, especially with the Bath location. Unless I have to for covered repairs, I will not be going there again. By the way, I bought the new motorhome in September and just got this review link on March 8th. Perhaps the wait was in hopes I would forget the nasty treatment I received in the service department? When a person spends well over 100K on an RV (or any price spent) they should not have to experience such treatment.

Sold me a nice camper.Went out of the way to correct a few things on a used camper,living up to their word to cover it. Service warranty? I bought it as I have a 2018,and travel much.Not cheap but then neither are parts and labor.Hans was the most accommodating salesman I worked with ever,techs are polite and knowledgeable.Of all the rv dealers I have been to,Wilkins rates a ten.

This is my first camper purchase, and I went for brand new. The sales team is great and very knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with them. I was pleased at finding a camper that meet my needs and beyond, and one that fell within in the price range I was looking for. We pointed out during the walk through that the fridge wasn t cold, but tech said it was just turned down too low. After arriving home, fridge still wasn t cold, checked in the morning, still not cold. Multiple calls and the soonest anyone can look at it is in a couple weeks. The very next day the furnace stopped working. I can t even begin to say how disappointed I am, spending nearly 40k, adding extended warranties and all, and there s no prioritizing for a brand new camper that should be working as promised. This was supposed to be an exciting week for us and it s just turned out stressful and disappointing.Update . The key to satisfaction is proper communication. It s natural I think as a customer to get disappointed when a purchase doesn t work as expected. When I reached out to the proper department, issues were resolved immediately. The management team was in communication daily and after 2 tech visits the 3rd a complete new refrigerator replacement. This took less than a week and I am so happy that extra effort was taken to get this resolved so quickly. Thank you all!

Great place to buy, trade, or get your RV seeviced. They do everything they can to satisfy the customer. We had some things crop up and they handled them to our satisfaction. There were times the manufacturer was the problem and they steped up and handeled the issue to our satisfaction. Defiworth a stop in and see what they can do for you.

Sales people were good to work with, at least the guy I had was not pushy and was cool.Finance guy was sketchy, did not answer some of my questions.Everything fell apart with their service department. They are a pain to work with, never call you back when they say they will and have so far failed to fix anything.Be aware that you MUST bring your RV back to the wilkins you purchased it from, it does not matter if its 1 hour away or 5 hours away. The store policy is "because the techs are familiar with this..." and its kind of bull as the service people have yet to fix a vast majority of the issues I brought it in for.With the following being said, I would look else where.Update: About a year later, the sealing around the windshield fell off. About what you can expect from them.

Took our Heartland Trailrunner in for a recall last week. Checked it and said part didn't need to be replaced.They did a free 12 point inspection that I didn't ask for which made a 20 minute appointment last over 2 1/2hours. And they recommended 900.00 in service of which 28.00 was parts. They said the battery cables were corroded and needed to be cut off and replaced at a cost of 85.00. I took pictures of the cables before leaving the store. No corrosion whatsoever. They also said all 4 tires were weather checked and need to be replaced. I found 1 tire that had minor cracks on it. I wouldn't trust any work they recommend needs to be done. Sales department is great, service department terrible.

Prompt service upon arrival, greeted by friendly, smiling staff. We were shown around by Austin and shown several floor models we were interested in. We ultimately didn't purchase from Wilkins, but they were in the running right up to the final decision. We decided to go a different brand (similar layout) which wasn't available there. Everyone was very friendly, willing to help and get answers for questions if they didn't know.

We had a positive experience when we brought our motorhome in for a service check. The friendly staff worked to get the coach in quickly to check the propane tank, knowing we were nervous about any possible safety issues. We know how busy service centers are so we valued their consideration. Ann at the front desk was thoughtful and helpful. The friendly service team quickly identified the problem and were happy to report that only a simple correction was needed and it wouldn't cost us anything. That's refreshing these days when RV customers face huge repair bills and sometimes even wonder if they're accurate. Even though it's a bit of a drive to get to, we will definitely use Wilkins of Bath for future service needs. And even though one service member was a Dolphins fan and we're Bills fans, we found common ground in our love of the game!

Went in to look at travel trailers and met Dallas as soon as we entered the store. Such a kind and knowledgeable sales person he is. He was very interested in what we were looking for and not high pressure at all. Wilkins RV is very lucky to have him on their staff. Will definitely buy from them when we are ready to buy a camper!

My recent experience with Wilkins RV of Bath NY was quite disappointing, to say the least. After being lured in by promises of a great sale and significant savings. They even knew I had to drive for over an hour each way. I subjected to a back and forth haggling match between the sales person as the middle man and the manager. It felt like a awful car buying experience and a complete waste of time and energy. I bailed early as I caught on to their tactics. The making you wait, the write a ton of numbers on paper and the annoying where do we need to be to earn your business question. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I left feeling tricked and frustrated. I expected a smoother and more transparent process, but unfortunately, Wilkins RV failed to deliver. I wouldn't recommend them based on my below-average experience.One day RVs will be sold online as Tesla does. For a better customer experience and none of this haggling grimy tactics.Extremely disappointed.
