I wish I caught the name but the gentleman who worked 2/13/24 was absolutely amazing. He was the kindest most patient person. My vehicle broke down and he helped guided me to the info he needed and the tow guy who towed me was also incredibly nice. Made such a rough situation so much better. They even paid me more money than I even thought I'd get for it. I would recommend them over and over. Cash on the spot also!

Sadly our 2005 Lexus ES 330 reached its end. Almost 300,000 miles. We would still be driving it if not for the cracked k frame.We called several places for a quote and found Wilbert's offered the most. Because we were able to drive it to the junkyard ourselves we got the full amount of $390. Otherwise it would have been less because if they had to tow it to their yard. They made the transfer very easy. We gave them a copy of the original clean title and registration. The young lady that waited on us was very pleasant with great customer service. It took less than 10 minutes once we pulled in walked to the counter where she took our information looked up our reservation because we called ahead of time to get a quote and what it was worth. She then walked out checked it over We took our license plates off went back into the office where she printed out a receipt that we walked over to their ATM machine of sorts and were paid out $390. That was it done and over with. Thank you Wilbert junkyard !

Great experience! Online quote was easy to do. They did a follow up check to see if I was interested via text. At drop off it was professional and quick. Made me feel welcome to junk my car but not pressured. A well balanced experience all around

Wilberts was great, the driver that picked up the vehicle was super friendly and helpful, cash was received immediately when they picked it up. They were very quick when it came to coming and getting the vehicle and everyone I spoke with at the company was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Did a quote online and received a text message soon after asking if I had any questions and how they could help. They answered all questions I had. Dropped the car off and the worker checked the car and I was out of there within 15 minutes with the cash offer. Definitely a place to go to get rid of your unwanted vehicle.

Communication between Seller & Wilberts is NOT Good. Never contacted about any issues or contacted when vehicle had been brought to them. Purchase Department doesn't Communicate with front operations & doesn't seem to deal with customer directly in person. Communication is Key to the Success of ANY business.

Great yard. Was driving from Baltimore, Maryland to Buffalo, New York last fall and ran into a deer on Rt 15 just before the New York line and damaged the headlight, grill and bumper on my '95 Jeep Cherokee. Since I had my tools with me I stopped in Wilbert's and found all the parts I needed to get fixed up and stopped in the rest area and swapped everything out and continued on my way!

Have dealt with wilberts many times in bath and they are always great, they give fair prices for vehicle s! I ve picked many parts in the yard, the yard is maintained well easy access battery rack and tire rack, highly recommended

This location is always nice inside, and has very friendly staff. This is one of the only yards who seperates the vehicles by make and style (truck, car, suv), which makes it very easy for customers. There is always a wide selection of parts available for most of anything. They offer a good price for vehicles, unlike other yards.

Gosh, people are such cry babies leaving one star reviews. The facility is amazing! Clean, and friendly, well marked inventory (rows), clean kept yard and constantly growing. Not to mention you can buy most parts for the cost of a few packs of cigarettes. Don't even look at the one star reviews people this place should have a ten star option in my opinion.
