Whenever I'm in The town of Bath I go to Smith's Auto body and service for their self-serve car wash. It is a very decent price. Four and a half minutes for $1.75. The wash bays are very tall so I can get my work vehicle in there to wash as well as my personal vehicles. Their car wash is actually cheaper than all of the other car washes around. And that's what makes a returning customer. I feel that it's a fair price for what you get. Again this review is only on the car wash I haven't used them for any repair services yet, but from what I've heard from others they're good at that too. Thanks

My son made an appointment here to get 4 tires changed and wheel alignment done, he arrived for his appointment only to be told it was canceled. They moved it up a week. He went to new appointment, took hours to get 4 tires changed and wheel alinment done. For a new customer they should have been more attentive.

Very disappointed in our experience so far. On Thanksgiving this year my grandfather had an accident and we had his 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited sent to Smith's Auto body because he said his family had always done business there. On Saturday after Thanksgiving we went out to see the damages because the website said that they were open and we were hoping to be able to talk to someone at the shop. When we were driving past the car wash on may st I could see from the road that the back window to the vehicle was down and it was snowing inside the car. The car had only sustained front end damages and there was no reason the drivers side rear window should be down. No windows had been damaged at all. When we rolled the rear window up I noticed that the carpet under the floor was sopping wet. I personally contacted the driver at T and R towing who brought the car to Smith's and he stated when he left all windows were up.We attempted to contact someone who works there twice leaving two separate messages on the answering machine. It has been over a week and no one has responded to either one of the messages we left. The only information we have received about the car and it's repairs has come directly from the insurance company.

Have never used their services other than the car wash stations and change machine. I did talk with a few workers at the front desk; they were nice and approachable when asked if I could metal detect on the side lawn.

Great work!! After the deer hit my new car causing $4300 worth of damage, Smiths Auto Body did such great repair and paint that my car looks like it came off the show room floor!!

Got 4 tires changed when I left the tpms light was on. Apparently they don't know how to reset the system.
