Clean. Had a good sale on a few clothing items. No Bags! Had to carry everything out juggling it and looking like a thief. Had to use self checkout and the lady was NOT helpful. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

driving for 10hrs tired. Just wanted to shower. 4 shower's open Just need to be cleaned. Found out 1 Guy who cleans showers is also picking up garbage out in the Yard. Ask for a assistance and lady at register elderly lady blond or red hair nasty attitudewas no help. Hate to bring color in place but out of all the women at register only the philipino women was doing all the work even helped to clean the showers while the rest gossipCorporate check camaras for proof. Today's date 2/29/24 4pm. Unacceptable for 1 person to do 5 people's job

Best shower EVER! Showered yesterday across the street because it's free on my loves account. It wasn't bad. Today showered at the Pilot and whoa! What a difference. Super hot water. Amazing water pressure. And everything was spotless. Even the fan on the wall was squeaky clean. Customer service couldn't have been better. Laundry app is CSC and washers/dryers are well maintained.

I ve been going to pilot for over 13 years. I choose it over the loves directly across the street. I feel pilot is more personable. Yes, prices are high, but it s a truck stop, so that s to be expected. They have premade subway subs in a cooler and other foods like salads and sandwiches. I basically only gave 4 stars because of the prices being so high. Other than that, I love them.

Decent truck stop, looks fairly new but it's a pilot so I could never give it a five-star, nobody working, some of the pumps down like all of them and takes forever to get a clean shower

They are always out of everything like French vanilla, like coffee cups, lids, sugar, they eventually get it in, but they make you wait on yourself then get mad at you because you don't remember how to check yourself out. All and all pretty nastyattitudes in the place!!

These showers in this pilot are so nasty I don't even think they clean them there was piss dried on the toilet and pubic hair on the seat good thing I had my own towels and washcloth I would have been scared to use them with the rest of the bathroom that nasty I say if you got to stop go across the road to the loves

I'm sorry. I still can't use the pilot shower here. So there are plenty of empty parking lots. If you really need a shower, go to loves next door.

Worst service history of historyThey never clean washroom.From last theree months they close shower and they always use cheap shower body wash and hand wash. Today they close washroom as well. Whenever we enter the store never feel positive.

We are a small trucking company based in WNY. We have been fueling here for over 15 years! The staff has always helped our drivers out with faxes, emails, efs, and other tools they need to complete the job. We are very lucky to work with such a great location! I personally have fueled up in my private vehicle and have always had fast, easy, and friendly service.

Very nice facility, clean restrooms and clean, nice showers with good water pressure. 70+ truck spots out back. Nice friendly service!

Didnt buy anything or shower this time I was here so I would feel silly for giving 5 stars but the store looks like its run efficiently. Smooth lot, not very much litter, nothing looks broken. Management team is doing a good job

This was my favorite place to stop for coffee and other stuff but today there was no creamer no cup lids and since they updated to self checkout it's a joke so guess I'll be getting fuel and coffee elsewhere.

Quick stop for fuel. Bathrooms were reasonably clean, and the staff was friendly.

It's under construction but fully functional. Pilot needs to hire another person to work midnight shifts. Waited 30 min as 1st in line before giving up. The person at register apologized as she was the only person working. Dear Pilot, right across the street from you is a Love's. Do better.

Bathroom smells like pee, laundry room is dirty, the fan in there hasn't been cleaned in forever. A dryer is completely rusted inside. Only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't leave a review without giving one.

This gas station has been here for a while. It is always decent inside. The staff have been iffy before, but currently are nicer. This place offers not just nasty hotdogs, but some pretty good pizza, cinnamon buns, and other unhealthy food items that taste good. They are open all night usually, and when plowing locally during the winter it is nice to stop in and get coffee, something cancer causing to drink, or a nice warm slice of pizza.

Truck Parking more than half empty at supper time.-Subway and Cinnabon as well as the regular PJ fresh itemsBig shower room, some pilots can be quite small.BEEROnly downside to this place is the WiFi, I have a year subscription so to come to a place like this with the free legacy wifi in the parking lot that never works is dissapointing

Usly, don't write reviews for these places. But tonight, after getting out of the shower, I closed the door. 9/10 flying j's n piolts you close the door when you leave the shower. Well I guess the guy who cleans was having a bad day. He cursed at me for closing the door. Said " thanks for closing the door" , which I applied in im sorry, I didn't know. Then he turned around nd said f you, f this ish, tried of this ish. I'm a grown man, doesn't bother me much but I glad I have respect for my elders or I give him words back. Don't want truckers to close the door, put a sign up!

Horrible place to work, They'll hire new people to take up hours before giving those hours to those who need them. When they have employees already hired who are more then willing to work, my advice; work somewhere else.They've called me slurs numerous times, and fat shamed me on several occasions, passing it up as a "joke" when I've asked them to stop numerous times.Do not waste your hard earned money here. They dont deserve it. Instead spend it at Loves where you'll be appreciated for your business.

Cheapest gas for miles! Restroom is nice but I really wish they would do something about the stall doors that SLAM whenever you let go of them. Some type of cushioning would make a world of difference.

It's good place fir resting area, they have less food options , subway / cinabon and from deli they have some sandwiches & pizzas

Excellent rest stop with gas station. Parking lot is a busy place, always full of cars trucks and people. The restroom inside is neat and clean, and large enough that i never had to wait in line. They have a weighing scale in the restroom, that runs for a quarter. The staff is friendly. Good fast food and coffee is available, and also has a gift shop where you can buy souvenirs and other necessities.

We stop here due to us not living that far from the pilot, when we're coming home for the weekends.The staffs that works there knows us pretty well due to use always going there and taking showers. The staff is always friendly.The bathrooms are always clean half the time, the showers are always clean. The showers have brilliant water pressure and always have hot water! Which is amazing.

No Showers place in under construction and for the Showers not being redone they use them for storage.

Usually the best gas prices in the area! Great snack a d warm food selection too. I love that they usually have some type of promotion for beef jerky there. Decent size restrooms too. For the trucking traveling ones, they have showers too. To top all of that off, they also have a subway attached to the building. Great one stop shop when your on the road!

Great place to stop for us on trips heading east. Clean bathrooms, great snack,food, and drink selections! Excellent customer service.
