I came to this location today around 2:30 PM.I was poorly greeted by Mr. Scott, and was told that they were two cars ahead of me. I decided to wait and after an hour and a half both cars were cleared to go.As I was getting my car ready to come in. Another lady came in, and she was admitted before me for absolutely no reason.I had to wait one more time, and Mr. Scott did not explain to me why the line was not respected as both of us did not have an appointment and I was there at least a couple hours before she was.Mr. Scott was not fair and unjust in treating the line, and he gave me absolutely no reason as why I had to wait more time and more people were able to come in before me, even though they were the latest to come to the location.I kindly ask him to explain and justify the reason, and there was no reason given he lets people come in as he wishes not on basis of appointments or first come first serve as he said.Even the customer who was let in before me was apologizing to me, as she had no rule in bringing her first, even though she was there last.Long story short, I felt treated unfairly, and was given no reason as why my car was not checked. If you want port treatment and discriminatory behavior, this is your location to go.I can promise you that you will not feel comfortable at this location and will be given no reason as to why other cars come after you and are treated before you. Furthermore, if you need extremely bad professionalism and unjust treatment with poor service, this is your location to go to.When I asked Mr. Scott for the supervisor to write a complaint, he told me that he was the general manager, and that I cannot go beyond him so if you have a complaint, your complaint will be treated by the same person who is providing poor service, discriminatory behavior, and letting cars come in as he wishes.Today was my first and last day at this location. I will never ever waste my time going to such horrible place with such poor service.I wish there was rating under one star because this location does not deserve one star. I apologize for writing this long story, but I did not want anybody to have the pain waste of time that I had today.

Scott and his helper were great. We were on our way to Florida and had an oil leak. They found the issue and fixed it right away! Great customer service!

Mike is wonderful I was a walk in and Mike took me rite in and fixed my truck rite then I don't know any other place that would do that. I want to thank him again! I would definitely tell people to go there. Your treated with respect and kindness. Thanks again

Scott Raish and Ryan Degraw like to charge for courtesy inspections and add it on the bill calling it a scheduled maintenance package, all you idiots did was look at my car not a maintenance done won t ever trust this company or men period

Easy to make your appointment online because times available are shown and you just pick one. I always get in and get out of I'm not just dropping my car off when I make an appointment this way.

Always go to our local Monroe for service. The employees always wear a smile and explain what I need, when I ll need it , if there is a sale on what I need, and do the job right and on time. Highly recommend Bath Monroe to anyone needing service.

Worst service I ve ever received! The store manager (John Bray) should not be a representative of Monroe muffler. He is unprofessional in every way. He ordered me exhaust parts and charged me $400 for NOTHING! I questioned his judgement last week when diagnosing the problem but he swore he was right. He wasn t even close to correct. After paying the bill I left only to find the exhaust as loud as before. When I came back 30 seconds later to inquire about the problem he wanted to work me up a quote for the flex pipe that needed to be replaced. I m sorry, but the exhaust pipes, flex pipes, resonators, mufflers, and tips are among the easiest repairs to diagnose. Yet this Manager couldn t get it right (his assistant manager spotted the problem in seconds). He then wanted to make me come back another day to fix his original Misdiagnosis and maybe offer a discount. I told him I d go buy the correct part today that I found at advance auto but he said he will not do it with parts I bring in myself. Was he polite while trying to problem solve his mistake? No! He was loud an unapologetic. Finally I insisted on a refund and he did that. What a joke of a store manager. He cost the company money because he is inept and has an attitude problem. I now have new parts I didn t want (at his expense) and a terrible impression of Monroe muffler. I will tell everyone to go elsewhere.

They were polite. It took a little longer than expected and was not given an estimate time when they would be done but they were able to provide me with exactly how much I'd be paying (not an estimate) which I truly appreciate. They put new tires on my car to pass inspection and they are good tires.

New update, they have gotten worse. Window weather strip came off they said it's fine for now. I had to force them to seek a quote that I still haven't received. This team doesn't care about servicing your car.This place is getting to be a hit or miss. Their staff tends to have a higher turnaround. Besides straightforward fixes, brakes, oil changes, I would take my car elsewhere.

On the last evening of our vacation we hit the curb and punctured our tire. I quickly googled tire centers nearby and saw that Monro was closing soon. I called to ask if we could get a new tire that evening so we could make our 10 hour drive home the next day.The attendant agreed to stay open late just for us and even gave us his personal cell number so we could let him know when we were on our way. But first, he checked to make sure he had our tire size in stock. After that was confirmed, we changed our tire and drove to the tire center. The attendant quickly mounted our new tire and even added air to our spare!We are very thankful for the excellent service we received. If he had not gone above and beyond we would have been able to head home on schedule. He saved our last day of vacation.

I can't say enough about Monro in Bath, NY. My dealings with this store have been excellent every time. The staff is thorough, accommodating and friendly. Justin is the store manager and he's such a pleasure to do business with. I've witnessed him going to great lengths for not just me, but others who called or walked in with an issue. Shout out to the technician, John, for taking the time to look at my car when I walked in with a potential safety problem. He and Justin made time for me to fix the issue, if possible, but otherwise to just be sure that my car was safe to drive. In addition to great service, the prices here are totally reasonable. I totally recommend!

Justin and his crew are the best ever I love this place and I come back time again and again..I wanted to update this it s been about 8 months and like I said I would be back I came back over and over and over! They continue to give me the best service and the best deals. I have now bought two sets of tires from them. they have fixed stuff from breaks to o2 sensors to random little quirks and done inspections.Justin is the main reason I go there! He is knowledgeable about what he s doing and he is patient with me when I m not so patient! He answers every time I call even when I just called him about something. My husband also agrees that if it wasn t for Justin we would probably not keep going back. We like to go places where we feel welcomed! The store is always cleaned and bathroom is also very clean. Before this we moved to this town a year ago. we have never been to a Monroe muffler before this one and let me tell you that any other store probably won t do as good as this store when it comes to customer service! We will continue to come back for all our issues.

Started having car trouble on the highway and was able to make it to the Bath exit to get off. Luckily on a Saturday morning Monro was open and able to see my car immediately. The guys at the shop were very friendly. One guy in the mechanics area was very caring and since my two dogs were in my car even cracked the windows for them so they didn t over heat while the car was in the garage. He also took parts that needed cleaning on my car out back so that the loud noise wouldn t scare my dogs. After my car was fixed this technician also test drove my car with the dogs inside so that I wouldn t have to hold them in the waiting area (didn t have leashes with me). This guy really made the difference for me and would make me come back.

I was traveling on I-86 when I got a flat tire, and Monro in Bath was the only bright spot that day! Not only were they friendly and understanding, but they stayed after hours AND drove to the next town to find me a replacement tire, so I could make it home that day. I will never forget their awesome customer service and would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle there!

Kevin at Monro Auto Service in Bath was the lone bright spot when I got a flat tire on I-86 on Tuesday late afternoon. Roadside assistance completely failed me, but Kevin provided outstanding service at EVERY step along the way! Without going into all the details, Kevin ultimately: 1) suggested a nearby towing service after my roadside assistance said there wasn't one in the region; 2) stayed open almost an hour extra so that I could get the new tire on and not have to stay overnight in a hotel - I was 4+ hours from home; 3) declined my offer to pay extra for staying open late; and 4) replaced the tire and got me on the road again in less than 30 minutes. I wish I lived closer and could patronize your business regularly!

This place is a joke. They which I know for a fact passed two vehicles with dry rot tires but yet said my tires which have no bald spots or wires won t pass. Would not recommend this place for any business.

I have brought my truck here twice this month for different issues, and both times the work was completed quickly and reliably. Pricing is fair, and I will continue to keep this shop as my go-to. Friendly and knowledgeable crew.

I had to get a tire fixed, and I needed an inspection. Scott got me in immediately and we had a great conversation about food and foraging. Best time I ever had at an Auto shop. I hope you enjoyed the donut Scott. Thank you for everything

Recently took my 2012 Jeep in to get heater core flushed. Told manager I wanted heater core flushed. He had them flush entire system. Not what I wanted. Here it is later and STILL have no heat in Jeep. Had some when I left building but nothing 4 miles up the road. Today I changed the thermostat. Only accessible from the ground. When everything was done, still no real heat. In my opinion they should have done what was asked.

The guys at Monro in Bath were fantastic. Super nice guys, quality service, and very responsive. I requested an appointment online around 10pm for 9:30am the next day. Got a confirmation around 7am and was good to go for an oil change. Thanks so much, will definitely be back next time.

Kevin was awesome!!! Very pleasant and friendly. I'm not sure of the name of the man that did our brakes, he was very professional and pleasant too! I called about our brakes squeaking, Kevin got us in the next morning!!! I would recommend Monro Auto in Bath NY to anyone who needs brakes. The service is top notch!!!

I couldn't be more grateful for the services I received for my vehicle! I walked in with no appointment and with no hesitation they said yes even though they were so busy! You could tell how dedicated they are to make sure every customer walked out with a smile! Big thank you to the manager Justin for his professionalism and how well he runs the store! I will be recommending to anyone who needs there vehicle fixed and ill be returning for any future work :)

These guys scratched up my daughter's rims just changing 2 tires. And I'm not talkin a lil scratch or 2 I'm talkin they mutilated both rims so bad I can stand 5 ft away and see the many many scratches on both rims. Thought they were taking so long bcuz they were being careful w/ her pristine 2019 Imprezza sport... But I was wrong! Wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy

Jon has excellent customer service, and is knowledgeablee about cars. He has worked with me every time I have been into the shop. I ve had problems with Monroe in the past (other locations) but Jon has made me into a regular customer again. I will only come to this location for my car needs. This man needs a raise! Thanks Jon!

Great place for oil change and tire rotation. To expensive for anything else.Managers are pressured. One told me three years ago I needed a new battery, I declined. Still have the same battery without a failure.
