I just want to take a moment to thank Chad Villnow and Matthew Lutcher for going above and beyond to give me great customer service. These guys worked around the clock to find the best fit for my family. Even after hours they still took the time out of their personal lives to answer any questions I had. Finding me the best deal possible to close the deal. With camping season coming up, I highly recommend these two. This review is also for the Caledonia store in which I finalized the deal due to commute. Everyone worked together to make that happen. Thank you again!

I rarely provide feedback reviews but in this case I thought it was appropriate. In November we purchased an RV unseen from Meyers RV and we couldn't be happier! We had the unit inspected and found some issues which Meyers RV immediately addressed without hesitation. We drove to NY from Florida in December to obtain the unit and everything went very well. We have camped in the unit a few times now and everything is working as expected. The techs working on the RV were excellent and Mike H. and Mike G made sure everything went as planned. Our salesman Jay G. was excellent and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. We would definitely recommend Meyers RV in Bath NY to anyone looking for a trailer. They are awesome!

Look no further! I recently purchased a new lodge style travel trailer here. The service and attention to detail I received was top level. Extremely satisfied with the product. Matt L did a super job of making our buying experience smooth, seamless, professional and quick. We were treated extremely well from the very beginning when we initially talked on the phone all the way through closing the deal on site. Matt and the Rick H (business manager) were top notch professionals. Would consider them again and refer others to them without hesitation. Looking forward to taking out new to us 2022 R Pod out for the first time.

I contacted Tom in sales about my interest in a new Solis NPF. He was professional, easy to talk to and really helped me get a GREAT price !! We scheduled a delivery date and I traveled 4 hours to pick up my new RV. When I arrived, Tom was there with a smiling face to guide me through the process and introduce me to the folks who would be doing the walk through. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions and even took care of a few minor things I noticed on the walk through. Spot on!!Finance was courteous, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. They had all my paperwork prepared before I arrived, so after signing some papers ,I was on my way.I had an amazing experience at Meyers in Bath and would recommend working with Tom, to help you get a GREAT deal, like I did !!

We purchased a Class C motorhome from Meyers in Bath this past January. Tyler J. was our salesman and he has helped us tremendously through some glitches in the finalization of the sale. Rick H. also was very helpful sewing up sale details. Likewise, the service personnel were very thorough in explaining how all the systems work. If you are RV shopping visit Meyer s in Bath and ask for Tyler.

Recently purchased our first new travel trailer with here. Matt, our sales representative helped us out. He listened to what we wanted and what price range we were looking to be in. He helped us find our beautiful camper. I am looking forward to the warmer weather so we can get out and enjoy it! If you are new to the camper world and don t know where to start I would recommend you come here and ask for Matt! He will listen to you and help you get into the camper of your dreams!

We Bought our first camper at Meyers up near Syracuse, and didn t have any problems with it. But it was brand new. Traded that one in for a year old camper at Meyers in Bath, and I ve never been more disappointed. When they winterized it, they did it terribly wrong. The toilet leaked, the water pump leaked, and the hot water tank had a 1 inch wide crack right on the top. I called them right away and no call back, we emailed them and they didn t get back to us at all. Just terrible. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware .

Just purchased our first fifth wheel from Meyer s RV in Bath. This is our third time purchasing a camper and it was by far the best experience yet. We traveled two hours to get our dream camper because the price, our trade in and the service we received from our salesman, Chris Crowley exceeded our expectations. No question was too trivial for the entire team to answer. When it came to installing our fifth wheel hitch their team explained the entire process. The technician went over how to use it step by step which made my husband who was a first timer extremely comfortable as we pulled out of their lot.

Great experience. We bought our 1st 5th wheel,Saleman Matt L was terrific, we told him what we were looking for, and he did all the research and found the perfect unit for our family. The service team was also great. They walked us through the unit in great detail and made sure we were comfortable before pulling off the lot.

I worked very briefly with Jay, a Salesman from Meyers RV in Bath, NY. When I called into his branch that morning, I informed him that we were already working with another Salesman from the Meyers RV near where I live and told him that I didn't need the whole sales pitch, just to see a model of travel trailer that ultimately ended up fitting our needs.We arrived around 1:30 and informed us that he would be at the RV we wanted to see with it opened, lights on and slide outs, out. Jay did exactly that and was extremely friendly and with a smile on his face the whole time! He also showed us the finer details of the RV that helped add to our decision making in this RV. For anyone who doesn't have an RV Salesman and are looking in Bath, NY and the surrounding area for any RV needs at all, Jay is your guy!As for whether we bought from Meyers RV or not, well, we did and have been extremely happy throughout the whole process. Both my Meyers RV location in Apollo and my salesman, Nate, have been incredible. We take delivery in about a week and couldn't be more thrilled.Again, for anyone searching the RV world for RV needs, Meyers RV Superstores is the place to go for family friendly and pressure free RV service!

We purchased an East to West Della Terra travel trailer in August 2023 from the Bath location. We traded our Trail Runner travel trailer for it. We are not too happy with the transaction at this point. There were several issues with the quality of the East to West trailer. The fresh water fill was not installed correctly, two of the over head cabinet doors were poorly constructed with the door glass being loose, the knife holder behind the stove was warped, and one of the water heater reset buttons was torn. Then there was a large amount of bubbles in the decals on the exterior of the trailer. Also, the microwave was missing the glass turntable and rollers.We had to wait until November to get the repairs done. The repairs were not well done. The microwave turntable got taken care of right away, but the rest of the repairs we're not too happy about. The fresh water fill I fixed myself. The cabinet doors, they just put more silicone chalk on it but the glass still has a gap in the front, we will see if their fix works. The knife holder appears that they just flipped the warped one upside down, so the beveled edge is on the down side. We were under the assumption that it was going to be replaced. Even if it is new it's installed upside down. The bubbles in the decals could not be fixed. When they did attempt to fix the bubbles they put over an inch long tear in the decal, see attached photo. They said the factory rep was there and they were going to look into a solution to the bubbles. We are waiting to hear from them on the solution.The stabilizing jacks were of very poor quality. They were very loose and cheaply made. We replaced them immediately. Not too sure that we want Meyers working on the trailer anymore, so far we are not too happy with their service or the quality of the trailer. Time will tell. Take this review for what you think. Bought a camper from Meyer s Bath NY location. Relatively smooth buying process with the exception of being told my SUV needed the 7 way plug and brake controller in the 11th hour. Manager Nick Calzone rectified the situation and they even accommodated me by delivering the camper 4 hours away when my vehicle was in the their shop and leaking gear oil on the rear axle. Mike G the product specialist is a true professional and Don the delivery driver is a great guy. Brandon Banks in sales was also quick to respond with any questions. Appreciate it

When buying a camper WATCH YOUR LOAN! The 1st time we bought through Meyers, Bath, NY. They offered $15,000 on our trade-in camper we owned free and clear. To our negligence we didn't realise that what they offered us as trade in. They ADDED the $15,000 to the buying cost of the new camper. Of course we were excited on the new camper and it was within our budget. So we paid no mind to it till it was too late.We went back thinking "our fault" but now we wanted a 5th wheel. Folks they tried adding our ENTIRE current loan to the new loan and saying they were giving us $21,5000 for trade it. If your adding the entire loan together then your not giving us anything. Of course they tried painting a.picture that it wasn't and made no damn sense.THEY ARE SCAMMERS on loans. I RECOMMEND TO WATCH YOUR LOAN TOTAL CAREFULLY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY CAN! They have offically lost all respects and business from us!

He was there for every question we asked and had all the answers for all our questions he didn t quit until he had finally got us to where we wanted to be with our deal I would recommend meters Rv in bath ny if you are looking for a new rv

We purchased a 2022 East to West Alta from Nate today! He was super helpful! I called him when they opened at 11 am to be sure they had what we were looking for, he confirmed they did and we headed over. He showed us that unit as well as several others and answered all of our questions. So excited to go pick it up later this week and get out camping!

Typically have a good experience when working with employees at Meyer's. First experience was when we had our Montana repaired years ago when Meyer's first took over the Bath location. We were very pleased.Working with salesmen Jake, Brandon and Tom we recently purchased a new 5th wheel. They were very patient and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision.It took us six months to finally decide to trade the Montana that we loved.No':

Update- we have problems with our RV (haven t even used it yet). The Bath location has been horrible with keeping in touch (they were fantastic when trying to make a sale). We are going to the Syracuse location since it closer for service. The Bath location has NOT followed through with anything. After conversations back and forth for the last month we are just going to fix the problems ourselves since Syracuse is so backed up with appointments. Beyond disappointed. We spent well over 65k. I expect more with such a large investment. I will say Alyx (salesman) has tried to keep communication going.Myers in Bath, NY helped us find our perfect RV. I would say I m a difficult, indecisive customer. I knew what I wanted but still had trouble finding the perfect used RV. Alex, the salesman was amazing. He looked at all of their locations for us. His communication throughout the whole process was what helped to seal the deal. We live over 2 hours away and we were able to do everything from home. He even sent me YouTube videos with full walk throughs to help me narrow down the choice. More importantly, once we arrived for pick up we had a few hiccups in the process. He and another salesman Jeff (along with the other staff) made everything go seamless. I hope this amazing service continues now that we purchased because normally that s where service lacks (in my previous experiences). I highly recommend speaking with Alex at the Bath location to help you as well. You will not be disappointed!
